I work from home, sometimes for 8 hours a day, but mostly less than 4 hours a day. A typical day for your dogs will be waking at approximately 7 am. They'll get outside potty and play time until breakfast at 8 am. Depending on my work schedule and their ability to relax, they'll either get quiet time in my office while I work or in their crates. We'll go out to the yard again around noon to potty and to play and then more quiet time for the afternoon (every time I get a break, the dogs get potty/play time) If I'm not working or have a short day, we may get out to a local conservation area for a run too. Dinner is around 5 pm to 6 pm, more yard time and then bedtime when I go to bed.

Safety, trust & environment

All dogs must be friendly. At the very least, I expect them to get along with or happily ignore the other dogs in my house. All dogs in my care receive one-on-one playtime in the yard each day. All dogs will get lazy/rest time throughout the day I prefer dogs who are able to be crated or, at the very least, are able to kept contained when I'm not home. I never leave strange dogs loose together when I'm not there to supervise. I feed your dogs on whatever schedule they are accustomed to. Dogs must be fully vaccinated (particularly for bordatella) and must be on flea and tick treatment

Information Sonia M. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know of any special needs or behaviours you dog has. For everyone's safety, all dogs will be sleeping in their crates at night or anytime they can't be personally supervised by me. Please let me know if they're flight risks (it's okay, I have one myself).

Sonia and her dogs were great hosts for Toby! She kept us up to date with pictures and even took him on an outing to his first Barn Hunt. He came home very happy!

Sonia took in our three-month-old puppy as if she were her own! She uploaded videos, and photos and sent messages daily, socialized her with other dogs, played with her, and walked her daily. She took great care of our dog and went beyond my expectations. I would book again!
