For sure a friendship "fur"ever!
Hi everyone! Our names are Pedro & Joana and we are the best pet dream team ever because we love to meet and to be on presence of new fur friends...Why two people? In our personal live we always try to work as a team in almost everything we can or are involved with, summing up, we are a real pack and we would appreciate to have your loved one to be part of it and, to be honest, for you it will be like: double love and care for the price of just one sitter! Definitely they are the most honest, joyful and beautiful creatures around the world, so that is why we feel so blessed to have the opportunity to be part of their lifes! We grown surrounded by animals, especially, dogs, so for us it is super natural to do anything so your fur baby feels happy, healthy and special...by the end of the day we always will take care of your best friend like our own! To add, Joana, back home in Portugal, has had professional experience working as a groomer and a petsitter too. Safety is our first priority when caring for a pet, so while you are away please know that your little one is safe with us. We currently live in a condo by the Etobicoke Creek trail with our friendly 10 years old mixed breed by the name of Scott. Therefore, our weekends are filled with long walks, depending on weather, and lots of active and fun time. We cannot wait to meet you and your furry friend and we hope to fit in all your necessities. Joana took such great care of our cat while we were away for a couple weeks! She communicated with us consistently and shared many pictures which was much appreciated. Our cat is very shy so we were impressed with how quickly he warmed up to her which is a testament to how amazing the experience was. On top of everything, Joana kept the area free of litter which was a big plus when we came back. We can’t recommend Joana enough and will certainly book with her again next time we are away ☺️ thank you Joana!
Working with Joanna was an absolute joy. She took incredible care of Mac and went above and beyond by even putting together a sweet holiday gift bag with treats and a toy. It is clear she truly loves animals and treats them like her own. We are so sad she is moving away, but any pet owner in her new city will be lucky to have her! Highly recommended.
Joana is THE BEST! We are so grateful to her over these last two years. And wish her family well for their travels back to Portugal. Much love, luck and well wishes!!!
Joanna took wonderful care of our dog, Saga, while we were away on vacation. From the very beginning, her approach to boarding was extremely professional and reassuring. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Communication was excellent throughout our trip—Joanna kept us updated and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. When our return was unexpectedly delayed by a day, she was incredibly helpful and flexible in arranging an extra stay, which we truly appreciated. We’re confident that Saga absolutely loved her time at Joanna and Pedro’s place, especially enjoying the company of Scott. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joanna to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional dog boarding.
Hands down one of the best dog sitters and such wonderful people! My dog Jerry spent over 10 days with Joana and her family, and it truly felt like his own little vacation. They cared for him so lovingly and kept us updated with plenty of photos and messages throughout. I can’t thank them enough for treating Jerry like one of their own. We love to estimulate your pets physically and mentally...a normal day will be full of activities, starting with enjoyable walks, socialization, games and teach them new tricks, not forgetting all the love and care that we adore to give them!!!
