“To begin, we would like to say that WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NAOMI TO ANYONE! When our regular sitter was unavailable for our 14 night Europe trip, we found ourselves in the stressful situation of having to find an “alternative” caregiver for our (nearly) 12 year old poodle cross, Spenser. After interviewing almost a dozen potential candidates, both through Rover and independently, we finally came across Naomi. As a full time pet professional, well versed in pet first aid, we were comfortable that our boy, would be in good hands. Even so, to be certain, we arranged for a one night trial, mostly to ensure that everyone would be compatible. During the trial period, Naomi kept us updated and thankfully, it became clear that Spenser would be safe and comfortable in her care. We were especially thrilled to hear that when our boy experienced some nighttime separation anxiety, Naomi slept with him on the couch. So when the time came time for his 14 day staycation, we were very optimistic. And we were right; during the time we were away, we received constant updates, photos, and videos making it clear that Spenser was having a great time. Happily, he and her puppy Kratos were becoming “besties”, so we were able to relax knowing that he was having a lot of fun and that we had truly found a great sitter. But more importantly, when this became even more clear, was just a few days before the end of our trip when Naomi messaged that Spenny was having some stomach distress, and that she was monitoring him closely. But then, on the last day of our vacation, Naomi advised that he was still unwell, and that she was taking him to our vet. There was no, “should I take him?” or “what do you think?” It was simply a statement of fact, “I am taking him.” This was exactly the “take charge” reassurance we needed, being an ocean away. When we picked him up, Naomi provided us with detailed instructions regarding his diet and medications going forward, and when to book a follow up with our vet. In the end, Spenser’s condition turned out to be a flare up of a stomach issue he had experienced in the past and thankfully he is recovering now, largely thanks to Naomi’s quick and decisive action. So to repeat, WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NAOMI TO ANYONE, and will definitely be using her services in the future.”

“It is always worrisome with a hint of guilt when you leave your beloved pet with a stranger for a couple of days but leaving my 4 year old black male cat with Azar was the best decision I had made. Her home was neat and tidy and she took such excellent care of him, he complained when we put him back in his carrier to bring him home. Vicky asked for her routine and her medical information and followed it religiously. She took Rue for many long walks and provide us with lots of pictures and videos while we were away. We chose to board our dog with Javier after our regular boarder was unavailable. Lexi seemed to have a great time there. She came home with a beautifully brushed coat, and we received regular photos from Javier showing us what she was up to. We’ll definitely book again in the future!
