“Madison and Jenn were the best dog sitters for my Bella. My Bella loves to be outside in the backyard and I wanted to make sure she had that time. Not only did Madison and Jenn was patient with Bella but they managed to get her go for more then one walk a day. Being a senior dog her walking has slowed down but they managed to get to go later in evening when it cooler and that helped her so much. They gave her ear medicine she been fighting this infection. They both went above and beyond for Bella!! I can feel so relax with Madison and Jenn with all the daily updates I received that Bella felt so comfortable with them. I even say to Bella now that she home do you want to go Madison house? her head goes up and she gets excited. I feel so good to know my Bella is in good hands. Rie is an experienced pet sitter with patience and understanding of dogs’ nature and behaviour. This is the first time my dog has been separated from me and stayed in a stranger’s home. I can imagine how scared my dog could be. Today marks the fifth day my dog has been back home with me. He looks healthy and normal. It was a great experience for my dog to stay with the sitter and play with other dogs during boarding time. I appreciated Rie's good care in keeping my dog healthy and safe.

Damini was amazing with our dog Clicquot! We were very anxious being away from him and had never spent a night without him but we knew he was in great hands. From their initial encounter, Clicquot warmed up to Damini immediately and she was so patient and kind with him. Damini was so responsive, always keeping us in the loop and sharing photos. This is the 2nd time that Agnes took care of our senior dog. My husband and I are very impressed by how Agnes cared for Penny and with her excellent customer service. She sent photos and messages often so that we knew exactly how Penny was doing. Agnes followed instructions very well. She is super friendly, caring, responsive, and flexible. When we picked up Penny, we noticed she wasn't too excited to see us as if she wanted to continue to stay with Agnes and her lovely dog. Hahaha! Fergus has become Penny's great playmate. I know Penny misses them. For sure, we will ask for Agnes again for our next trip.
