“Ruhani and Sagar have house sat for us on a couple of occasions now and we feel very comfortable leaving our two dogs with them for both short and longer stays (most recently 7 nights). Normally I would be very stressed being away from our boys for so long, however we received regular updates and photos which put me at ease. Our bigger guy can be hit and miss with people however when they popped by in between visits, he (and the little one) seemed very happy to see Ruhani and Sagar! They are very respectful and left our home tidy. We are so grateful to have found them and will for sure be booking again!”

About: I have yet to meet an animal that did not like me, or vice versa. I have experience with a diabetic cat and subcutaneous injections. I am cat-less for the first time in 25 years or so and am happy to help out in another direction. I had a cat for the last 30 years and do not have children so pets filled that role for me! Newly pet-less and ready to help. I can come to where your pet is- displacing them is the last thing I want to do. I am mobile and do not have any pets or kids at home that require daily attention.

About: I have had three dogs throughout my life. My oldest is 12, very sick, and was adopted as a very anxious and fearful dog. I have extensive experience with training and dealing with anxious dogs, and also dogs with a variety of sicknesses. I don't shy away from a vomit or soft poop. I can accommodate a training schedule, giving medicine and baths, and walks throughout the day. If your pet stays with me, I will happily accept them in my bed, couch or furniture (for cats!). I love to cuddle, snug and pet them, but will respect their boundaries if necessary. Dogs and cats are one of things I love the most in the world and will do my best to make them (and you) feel safe with me. I will also take lots of pictures and keep you update throughout! I work from home, so I'll be able to give full attention to your pet. I only have some minor meetings and commitments out of the house, but the schedule is very flexible. I'll gladly stay home as much as possible cuddling with your pet! If you host me in your house or need visits from me, the same flexible schedule applies as I'll bring my computer and work from your place! Because I rent, it would be great if your dog is housebroken when they stay with me, but I understand accidents might happen. I live in a very walkable area and there is a (small) pet play area in my condo. I also have a small balcony that dogs trained with pads can use (but I do have screens in the windows so cats won't run away!). I am very loving towards animals and will give them plenty of attention. I am very able to follow instructions (and discipline if necessary) and adapt to you and your pet's needs. I don't mind pets in my bed or couch or lap or cats in front of my computer! My previous pets all had a variety of issues from young to old age, I have had to give medicine, baths, clean ears, cut nails, brush hair, impose discipline, etc... they all continued to show deep affection for me. For me, taking care of animals is one of the most rewarding experiences.

“It was good to finally connect with Crystal. We felt she really took a liking to Harley when we met over the summer, and Harley seemed quite comfortable with her. Harley is 17 and blind. She may not see you, but she sure seems to know when she's safe. When we briefed Crystal this morning, Harley was right there at her feet (perhaps just waiting for us to leave?). When we finally did leave, Harley was lounging on Crystal's lap. They had a busy day, including a walk to one of our regular spots, a few naps and she was comfortable enough to go about her usual business of exploring. I don't know if we were missed or not. Thank you, Crystal, for your patience and calmness watching our girl.”

About: I have been lucky to enjoy 10+ years of experience looking after dogs of different breeds and sizes from my own to friends and family. I currently work a flexible full-time job from home and get to set my own breaks, and I'm also a homebody so I'm home even on the weekends! I live in a secure condo, with a beautiful area downstairs for walking pups, and a bathtub I'm happy to share for post-adventure clean ups. Pet care is of the utmost importance to me, I prioritize physical and mental stimulation and I am dedicated to ensure your pet is both safe and happy during their stay. Because I work from home, you never have to worry about your pet being unmonitored. I also only accept 1-2 dogs per booking a day, so they will never feel any lack of attention. I treat all pups as if they were my own, with care, protection and respect. I yap to them regularly and truly get myself good and attached, I miss them so much when they leave! I have lots of space in my condo and pets are allowed on all of my furniture as their comfort is very important to me.

About: I have a beautiful, five year-old Jack, Russell and golden lab mix whom I love with all my heart but while I’m doing school, I am away from her so I’m happy to provide all the love and attention to your pets I would to my baby! I work a part time job but it can absolutely be worked around with proper notice! I am willing to do one time or regular walks. I have a fenced backyard as well as a nearby dog park and family park to make sure your pet is stimulated and tired from a day of fun and play!
