Though one is reactive dog and needs cautious attention on walks, she did amazing job on walking my dog and the video showed how happy she was with her on walk, which made me really surprised! On heavy rainy day, Sophie entertained them with a variety of indoor activities. Each update including photos and videos showed how happy my dogs were with Sophie and felt comfortable and relaxed. She followed instructions precisely but more than that she gave them extended care like cooking handmade chicken toppings which was perfectly similar to mine! They loved Sophie’s toppings very much ! I was very impressed with her thoughtfulness and kindness to take care of my dogs. The house has absolutely been well taken care of. She left home spotless, even windows! I can’t say enough good things about Shima! My dog is usually very shy and cautious around new people, so I was a bit nervous about leaving her for two days, But from the moment they met, I could tell there was something special about Shima.
