The crate was quite heavy, but she went out of her way to help me carry it all the way from my doorstep to hers. My dog received attentive care Sarah took him to the movies, for walks in the park, and kept me regularly updated on how he was doing. After coming home, my dog seemed to really enjoy his time at her place and even became better behaved. Sarah is truly a dedicated and caring sitter, and I highly recommend her. After not eating much the first day, Rachel went the extra step and cooked plain chicken for him on the second day to ensure his belly was not empty. My cat feels really comfortable with Chaochao. I noticed the difference with how acclimatized he is compared to previous boarding options in the past. He used to come home not eating for a few days and when he went to previous places he didnt eat and was a bit sad. He now adjusts well and upon return home fits right in. Chaochao and her family loves my furrball. I would recommend her.
As always, I strongly recommend Hao 100%. Him and his family treat Chester like a king. Hao sends me pictures and videos often. He let's him run around in the yard, he takes him on walks, and I can tell that Chester is always happy and looking forward to go back to Hao's. I trust Hao and I absolutely appreciate him for his amazing services. He truly is the best !

I can’t recommend Hau Yee (Ella) enough!! It was my first time leaving my senior (medically compromised) dog with a dog sitter, so naturally I was very anxious. Ella made the entire process so easy, asking important questions about Mio’s routine & medication schedule. She made me feel so comfortable the entire weekend, updating me constantly with texts and photos during Mio’s stay. Thankyou so much Ella (&thankyou to your boyfriend) for taking such good care of both Mio & I during this process. When I picked Mio up, he looked so happy and relaxed! I rarely leave reviews but I strongly feel I should leave a review this time ! This sitter was sooooooo nice, responsible and friendly ! My dog is huge ( 200lbs) and he is anxious when caregivers are not around . He is not very easy . But this dog sitter is so patient and caring !! She spent so much time accompanying my dog and even slept with him in the same room . My dog and our whole family loved this sitter ! We will definitely leave the dog with her again next time when we are out of town ! Highly recommended! Best sitter ever in my experience !
