They provide daily "pupdates" which is awesome because we really do miss our Rosie when she is away from us but we know she is having an awesome time as well. The daily videos are always such treat and it is so nice to see her out for walks, exploring the neighbourhood, even chilling at home and being around other pets makes this experience so interactive for her and her well being as she is away from her own creature comforts. We truly and honestly recommend Mark and Lorena if you are in need of boarding or even just for the day. About: We crate-trained our Shiba Inu since puppyhood with patience and walked him to release the energy so well until he became famous of his gentleness among our neighborhood. He likes to make friends with other dogs and to play with them. I am working for my own project with freedom of time arrangement, while my wife takes most of time working from home during the weekdays, so we have flexibility to take dogs for walk during mornings, evenings and even nights before bedtime. Sometimes we go to dog park or trails nearby if your dog just has a bored day. Our condo unit is cozy enough with a large living room with giant carpets on the floor, so the pets can run around and play safely on soft and cozy ground. We do also have a large balcony with high glass fence as extended play area for larger dogs.

One of our dogs is a little more sensitive and barky than the other, and Xiangwen handled it with no problems, taking them to the dog park and tiring them both out. I'll definitely be booking Xiangwen again. She sent lots of videos and stayed connected the whole time - and it was a treat to see the dogs having so much fun with her.
Carmen looked after my two ragdolls, Benji and Millie, while I was out of town. She was easy to communicate with from the start and responded promptly. Jin took excellent care of our little dog, Boba. We were initially anxious about leaving her behind but we appreciated how Jin sent us an update and photos immediately after drop off to let us know that our fur baby was settling down nicely. This gesture put our minds at ease and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing our dog was in good hands. Additionally, Jin sent us updates and photos multiple times a day. Honestly, Boba may have looked happier in Jin's care than ours. She was smiling brightly, asking for belly rubs, hanging out with Muffin (Jin's dog), and frolicking in the backyard.

Would definitely recommend others to book with Claire as we were very happy with the care she provided for the time our doggie spent there. Claire took time to update us throught the stay and provide pictures and the occasional video. She has smaller dogs and this made our dog feel very comfortable as as she is on the smaller side as well. She is very caring and we will definitely book in the future again.
I am so happy and content with how Venus took care of Ash, my 4 month old kitty. It is my first time owning a cat and hence my very first time to trust someone and leave for vacation. Venus did an amazing job taking care of my kitty- which included alot of play time on top of feeding and cleaning litter. I was updated daily with pictures and videos atleast 4-5 times in the day. I highly recommend Ashley and Eric! They watched our dog Milo for two weeks and from the very first day, we knew he was in the best possible hands. Hefeng watched our two dogs while we were away, and we had a wonderful experience! We had a meet-and-greet beforehand, and our dogs took to her right away. Winnie and Pete were so great to our elderly Bernese Mountain Dog, Archie. They thoroughly took the time to understand his quirky personality and schedule. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
