“It was our first time ever leaving our dog Buddy with anyone and in the beginning we were very very worried and scared leaving him but Hao and his family made him feel at home and cared for him alot and he got to meet other dogs and they got to play, go for walks and everything. He updated us with videos and pictures everyday. His home is also big with lots of backyard space for them to enjoy and run around. His dog burger is great as well. I would highly recommend Hao and his family and we have found another family we can trust to care and love him like we do.”

Our dog Moose is 6yrs old and this was his first time away from us, so naturally we were a little nervous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Xiangwen was amazing and kept us updated throughout Moose’s entire stay with lots of photos and videos. Seeing how happy and comfortable he was made us feel so much more at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We’re incredibly happy with the care, attention, and love Moose received. We have been so grateful for having Laura take such good care of our pet! We got constant visual and textual updates and it was clear that our Milo had a very good time. Plenty of walks and play. It was also incredibly convenient how flexible and Laura was when we needed to extend his stay by a substantial amount of time. It couldn’t have gone better :)
Hefeng watched our two dogs while we were away, and we had a wonderful experience! We had a meet-and-greet beforehand, and our dogs took to her right away. She provided us with regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were happy and well cared for. We would definitely recommend Hefeng and would happily have her watch our dogs again!
Winnie and Pete were so great to our elderly Bernese Mountain Dog, Archie. They thoroughly took the time to understand his quirky personality and schedule. They were also very communicative and sent daily updates and photos. From the photos, I could tell Archie was happy, safe and generally in good hands from the moment he was dropped off until we picked him up a week later. I highly recommend them!
Liz did a great job looking after our puppy! This was our dog olive’s first time being watched by someone other than us and it seems as though she had a great stay. Liz constantly sent pictures keeping us updated on how she was doing, how much she was eating and how she was getting along with other dogs. It was really nice to have those updates throughout the days we were away from our puppy as it gave us the reassurance we needed to have a good time being away. We would definitely recommend Liz and next time we need a sitter, we would definitely consider booking with Liz again. Thank you!!
Monique was an excellent sitter for my dog Kingston. He stayed over for a night and the whole time her was there I got lots of pictures and updates. She made sure Kingston was always happy and comfortable. I could tell he really felt as home as he relaxed settled pretty quickly. When he came home he was calm and happy - the way I like it when he comes home from another’s care. I also appreciated how she was thorough during our meet and greet to make sure she really got to know him and the ensure that he would be a good fit. I could also tell that safety was her number one priority for the dogs that would be under her care. I will definitely be using her services again!
