Hefeng watched our two dogs while we were away, and we had a wonderful experience! We had a meet-and-greet beforehand, and our dogs took to her right away. She provided us with regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were happy and well cared for. We would definitely recommend Hefeng and would happily have her watch our dogs again!
She took very responsible care of my dog, treating her like her own. She even prepared extra fresh food, which we didn’t expect, but our dog loved it and we truly appreciated it. She also handled walks and hygiene very well. We are sure we will book with her again, and I highly recommend her.

Hefeng and her husband were amazing! They were very attentive to Rocky’s needs and accommodated him with the best care. They communicated with me whenever necessary and sent lovely pictures of Rocky to reassure me that he was well cared for. Rocky enjoyed his stay so much that he didn’t want to leave when I picked him up! lol I will definitely have them take care of Rocky again should the need arise. Thank you Hefeng for being such a great host!
Iris was very responsive, communication has been great. I got updates, video and photos of my dog constantly.

I work from home all the time so I have plenty of time to play with the furry friend. I provide lots of bathroom breaks and opportunities to play indoor/outdoor. I am always happy to discuss a routine that best fits your pet’s needs!

My home has a secure fenced yard, + a nearby park perfect for daily walks, giving a safe and fun space to play and explore. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority! I carefully follow your instructions to keep food, water, and exercise routines consistent, and I always keep an eye on their behaviour and well-being. I believe in creating an stress-free environment with gentle handling, safe playtime, and secure walks. I am happy to send regular updates and photos so you can know your pet is safe and loved💕. At the heart of my care are trust, love, and reliability - because every pet deserves to feel at home 🏡.
A typical day
Morning: gentle wake up, breakfast, fresh water, walk During the day, I balance exercise, rest, and enrichment - a game of fetch, a puzzle toy, or just relaxing together. For cats or small animals, I keep their space clean and provide interactive play. Evening: another walk before dinner and quiet time Bedtime: another walk before sleep if the pet likes Bringing their own bed is welcome!!!
