I highly recommend Ashley and Eric! They watched our dog Milo for two weeks and from the very first day, we knew he was in the best possible hands. Ashley & Eric sent us regular photo updates and fun messages that completely put our minds at ease while we were away. Milo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly so well cared for. It’s hard to leave your furry family member behind, but they made the whole experience worry-free. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Schedule
Our Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with flexibility to work from home or in the office. There may be occasional gaps during the day when neither of us is home. However, rest assure we will always have our webcam set up and ready to closely monitor your furry child. On weekends, we’ll be home and excited to spend quality time with your fluffy companion. 😊

For added peace of mind, we also have webcam monitoring, and we’re located in a quiet, secure neighborhood. We are thrilled to welcome your furry companion into our home! 🐾

- Let us know more details about your furry child such as allergy or any special needs. Also what are the activities he/she likes or dislikes to create a warmer and customised stay for them. Here are some important things to bear in mind: -vaccinations: Your furry child will likely be required to have all their core vaccinations up-to-date before being accepted for boarding or sitting. Please be ready with the documentation of vaccination history. -Flea/tick/parasite control: Your furry child is recommended to be on a flea, tick, and parasite prevention medication regimen. This helps ensure the safety and health of all pets in the boarding or sitting environment. -Dietary and medication needs: Please provide detailed information about your furry child's diet, feeding schedule, and any medication requirements. -Habit We would love to meet your furry child in person to have a small behavioural assessment to ensure they are non-aggressive and able to safely interact with other furry friends. However, if the booking condition allows, we are happy to provide special accommodation depends on your furry child. -Emergency contact information: Owners will need to provide emergency contacts and preferred Vet, also confirm the action needed when emergency happens. We believe clear communication can boost a smooth, safe and positive boarding experience for all of us.
