“Hiro stayed with Hao and his family for over 2 weeks ans at this point, Hiro already gets excited whenever he realizes he’s staying with Hao and his lovely family again 🐶💛 He has stayed with them a few times before for doggy sitting and boarding, so seeing how comfortable, happy, and familiar he already was with them made us feel even more confident leaving him for over 2 weeks while we were away on our honeymoon. As fur parents, being away from Hiro for that long was honestly not easy, but Hao constantly sent us the cutest photos and videos throughout his entire stay which gave us so much peace of mind. Seeing Hiro happily playing, relaxing, cuddling, going on walks, and enjoying his little vacation made us feel completely at ease while we were away. You can truly tell how much Hao and his family love and care for dogs. Hiro wasn’t treated like just another dog being boarded — he was genuinely welcomed and cared for like part of their family already. It was so heartwarming to see how loved, spoiled, comfortable, and happy he was every single day. When we picked Hiro up, he looked healthy, relaxed, and sooo happy — honestly like he didn’t even miss us that much because he was having too much fun there 😂 We are beyond grateful to Hao and his family for taking such amazing care of our baby and for making us feel reassured throughout our honeymoon trip. They are incredibly kind, sweet, thoughtful, and trustworthy, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving family to care for their fur baby. Although he had some separation anxiety and some nervous behavior due to an encounter with a different dog in the days prior to him staying, Xintian and family were so patient and understanding with him and kept us up to date with pictures, videos and messages to keep our mind at ease! “Diana and Kris did an excellent job. They took good care of our toy poodle Luca who is an active dog and likes to be the centre of attraction. Diana went above and beyond because she was able to teach some tricks to Luca. They consistently sent photos and videos while we were away for 4days and kept us informed about Luca’s well being. It really gave us peace of mind because she was comfortable with them specially with their kids. We were so fortunate to have found a reliable pet sitter for Luca. We highly recommend them!”
