I'm working part-time, so I have time to take care of your pets. I'm available for boarding on weekdays and weekends except Wednesdays and Thursdays. I keep my dog at home and walk him every day. I always prepare sufficient food and water for him and make sure he has enough exercise. I regularly take him to the vet for a check-up to make sure he is healthy.

About: I've been boarding dogs in my home for over a year, welcoming everything from gentle giants like Samoyeds, Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, and Cane Corsos to sweet little Shih Tzus, Malteses, and Miniature Poodles. Big or small, every dog gets the same warmth, attention, and care — my home is their home. I also have experience with cat drop-in visits, stopping by to feed, play, and tidy up so your cat stays happy and comfortable in their own familiar space. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine as a university student who studies from home. Most days I'm around the house, which means your pet always has company and attention throughout the day. My only full days away are Tuesdays and Fridays, when I have on-campus lectures from around 8 AM to 6 PM, but the house is never left empty. My household members are experienced with pets and are always home to ensure your furry friend is looked after, comfortable, and never alone. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have morning lectures, so I'm back home around 3 PM. Thursdays and weekends I'm completely free and fully available. My home is a safe, spacious, and welcoming environment for pets of all sizes. We have a fully fenced yard where dogs can run, explore, and burn off energy with peace of mind. I also share my home with a friendly cat, when boarding larger dogs she's completely comfortable keeping to herself upstairs, so there's no stress for either animal. Most importantly, I believe every pet thrives best when their routine stays as close to normal as possible. I'm happy to follow your feeding schedule, walking habits, house rules, or any other preferences you have. Whatever helps your pet feel at home.

About: It's been two years since I began fostering and in that time I've learned a lot about the importance of caring for a pet whether it be basic training/ commands, thresholds or ensuring they receive proper mental stimulation. With my first foster (eventually foster fail), it was a lot of trial and error to figure out which training method was best suited for him because every dog response is different based on their breed and unique personality. The rescue (Sea Paws Rescue) was very complimentary of my foster's training and said he was one of their best trained intake! I've since fostered a rescue puppy and provided the same basic training to ensure they found their forever home, which we did! The family was also very impressed with how well the puppy responded to sit and down commands. During this time, I also watched 3 dogs in the same household over a two-week period, while ensuring each dog received the required training and engagement on a daily basis. I treat every dog in my care as if their my own and ensure safety precautions are in place to avoid any unnecessary incidents. I also understand that leaving your dog in an unfamiliar environment and person can be nerve wracking, so I will always provide regular updates via text, pics, or videos! I also have my Pet First Aid certificate through Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon! I currently work part-time retail with 2-3 shifts per week, but I have flexible hours. During my two-week stint of caring for three dogs at the same time, it brought me a lot of joy to be surrounded by three loveable (and different) dogs. It also helped my foster pup understand proper boundaries with other dogs to know when and when not to engage or give proper space. In my home, I ensure that it's a safe, clean, and inviting environment for my dog. I also provide a structured routine to ensure he is properly stimulated - both mentally and physically (ex. Morning potty break, breakfast, and morning walks). For your pets, I guarantee they will receive the same treatment as if they were my own. If they have a routine, certain boundaries, or essential needs, I will do everything I can to ensure it's followed exactly as required.

Afternoons and evenings: We go for a second walk to help them burn energy and maintain a balanced routine. Afterward, they can relax and enjoy family time indoors. My home features a fully fenced private backyard where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time under supervision. We are a quiet, family-oriented household with a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment. My husband is a veterinarian, which reflects our family's love and respect for animals; however, I am the primary caregiver and personally responsible for the daily care and attention of every dog in my home. About: I love all types of animals. I know how to train little puppies and I’m pretty sure I did a great job in training my own fur baby! I will make sure to keep them busy and active. I am fully experienced in administering medications for both dogs and cats. Always on top of cleaning their food and water bowl and providing fresh water and make sure they have full and easy access to food and water at all times. Fully experienced with bathing small dogs. Comfortable taking dogs for a walk. Also, my favourite activities are puppy yoga, cat yoga, goat yoga and visiting animal farms and sanctuaries. At the moment, I have a full time job. I am free after 6:00PM on weekdays and fully available on weekends. I love to spend my free times with animals. About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for all kinds of pets. I have my own dog, whom I’ve trained and care for every day, giving me hands-on experience with training, exercise, feeding, and providing lots of love and attention. I’m patient and responsible, and I'll treat every pet like my own. I’m currently in Teachers College, so my schedule is flexible and allows me to fit pet care into my daily routine. I love staying active and working out, so I’d be happy to include walks, playtime, and plenty of exercise with your pet while also giving them lots of attention and care. Some things to note about my schedule: As mentioned, I am currently in teachers college. I’m in a placement from September 21–October 26, Monday–Friday from 9:00–3:30, but I do have an hour lunch break each day, so I may be able to work something out depending on what time you’re looking for. I’ll also be away for school November 14–December 18 to which I won’t be available. Then I’ll have another placement January–February. Outside of those times, I have more flexibility. I’ll provide care in my clients’ homes, following each pet’s usual routine and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll keep up with feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions, while giving them lots of attention and making sure their home is kept clean and secure.

About: I don’t have my own pet but helped taking care of friend’s occasionally. I take care of my 6 year old on my own, taking care of pets are just like taking care of kids! I’m currently off work during summer and have plenty of time to spend on, I like to going out and being active to keep myself healthy.
