He came to check on Ray and my house within 30 minutes of my request before agreeing to it. He understood my instructions perfectly. For the actual service, he arrived right on time and took care of Ray as instructed, sending me pictures to reassure us. On the second day, he cleaned the litter box, communicated with me, and went upstairs to check on Ray to make sure he was okay. She did a pre-drop-in visit and patiently listened to all my concerns as a first-time Rover user worried about leaving my two babies home alone. My dog, Chance, is an almost 90lb Labrador who is wary of strangers, but Sophia was incredibly capable of building trust with him. She even brought toys from her own home to play with him! She also bonded with my cat, Cathy, very well. Sophia sent numerous photos and videos during her visits and even insisted on walking Chance despite the cold weather. She is truly passionate about animals and very observant. For example, she noticed Cathy had moved her cat bed and asked if she should put it back. She even picked up a delivery for us that arrived earlier than expected! It was a pleasure working with Sophia. Chance and Cathy like her a lot, and I cannot wait to have her watch them again during my next trip.”
