About: I am honoured to have been trusted with the care and custodianship of cherished pets, furry, scaly, and slimey, since I was a young child, which has given me invaluable experience and skill. Whether you need occasional help with walks, feeding, or sitting while you are away, I'm your gal! I've also got lots of exotic pet experience (I have three bunnies myself, and many aquaria) as well as experience caring for diverse houseplants and gardens. I pride myself in meeting the needs of even the most specialized critters, big or small, and look forward to providing the best experience for your pets, especially those that need a little extra love. I will make my schedule work with yours and look forward to talking soon! I am a mechanical engineering student, so my schedule is very flexible. I walk, cycle, and TTC, so no need for parking! I love having the opportunity to integrate furry friends into my routine. I am a seasoned carer for my three buns (dusty, soup, and drosophila), gerbil (miso), leopard gecko (artemis), and have had many hamsters. I maintain several freshwater aquaria with my partner, and have TONS of plants. I will follow your specifications and requests to a tee, and can be contacted on my cell whenever you need. I am also seasoned in housekeeping, should that be a plus!
“Maria Paula S. was so incredible taking care of our two cats. She was punctual, respectful and very reliable. She went above and beyond our expectations. She was also a great communicator and always let us know how our cats were doing and if there were any issues. We will be using her services going forward for as long as she is available. She is a rare person with a big heart. Thank you Maria !!!”

I treat every dog I care for like they’re my own and focus on keeping them safe, exercised, and happy while you’re away. I’ve taken care of and owned myself big and small dogs, male and female, including Rottweilers, chowchow’s, labradors and many more amazing breeds. currently I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give your dog plenty of attention, exercise, and supervision throughout the day. Dogs especially puppies need constant stimulation if they’re not resting, which I can 100% provide in a fun manner for your dog! Trust is an important aspect of taking care of pets and it’s important to me that your dog feels comfortable with me, but also within my space I take pride in making sure that my space is clean and dog friendly!
“Dilara was absolutely amazing with my finicky and shy cat, Ivan. Honestly, she did a better job with his litter and food than I do! He warmed up to her quickly and was soon literally eating out of her hand 🙂. She was also incredibly kind to my elderly mother who was home but unable to perform all the cat-care duties. My mom loved Dilara and so did Ivan and I. I highly recommend her, she is kind, caring and very responsible.”

About: Dog lover with 9 years of pet care experience. I have previously worked at PetSmart PetHotel as a Night Care Specialist caring for up to 80 pets ensuring they received the proper care throughout the night. I analyzed and regularly monitored for signs of stress, behavioural and health issues to ensure the safety of each pet (the cuddles were a bonus!) I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule and work from home. If you are looking at boarding for more than 7 days - There are days where I will need to be out of the home for up to 4-5 hours I treat every fur baby as if they are my own with love and attention. I am right by the Belt Line which is perfect for walks and outdoor time! I love being outdoors and exploring my neighbourhood, giving them tons of new opportunities to explore their world around them. I keep in regular contact and give updates multiple times throughout the day!
About: What sets me apart is my experience caring for dogs training for accessibility use. I handle every dog with patience, details, and a strong understanding of structured routines. I’m comfortable reinforcing training, maintaining consistency, and providing calm, attentive care to each dog’s needs. My background in psychology helps me understand animal behaviors better. Pet care fits smoothly into my routine because I work part-time and have a flexible schedule. I handle daily responsibilities such as feeding, fresh water, short walks or playtime, and basic health checks each morning and evening. I provide personalized care whether pets are staying in my condo or in their own home. I live in a condo with limited indoor space, but I’m fortunate to have a dog park and walking-friendly neighborhood nearby, so dogs get plenty of outdoor exercise, enrichment, and fresh air each day.

“Sinead provided Meowy with excellent care during their drop in visits. She arrived promptly, gave Meowy her food and antibiotics, cleaned the litter box and sent the cutest check in photo of meowy playing with her wand toy. I would be happy to re-book with Sinead in future and can confidently recommend her services.”

About: What sets me apart is my hands on experience caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. I have over 5 years of pet care experience, including raising my own beagle for the past 4 years before moving to Toronto. Through that experience, I became very comfortable with daily walks, playtime, feeding routines, basic training reinforcement, and giving pets the patience and attention they need to feel safe and comfortable. Since moving to Toronto, I’ve continued caring for pets in both Toronto and Montreal, helping owners with reliable sitting, walks, and companionship while they’re away. I understand how important consistency, communication, and trust are when it comes to pet care, and I always treat every pet like family. - 5+ years caring for dogs and cats - Caring for 1 pet at a time so your pet has my full attention - Experience with puppies, seniors, and different breeds - work from home and can give your pet all my attention - Daily photo updates - Building has its own garden - Close to dog parks and walking routes - Active on both Rover and Pawshake Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to give pets consistent attention throughout the day, whether that’s feeding, playtime, walks, litter box cleaning, or simply keeping them company. I’m able to adjust my schedule around a pet’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and never rushed. I also enjoy spending quiet time with animals, so providing attentive and reliable care is something I genuinely look forward to each week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, playtime, and any special care needs. I make sure pets feel comfortable in their own environment by moving at their pace, especially with cats, who often need patience and calm energy to warm up. I keep the home clean and respected at all times, especially around feeding areas and litter boxes, and I’m attentive to details like fresh water, tidy spaces, and making sure doors and windows are secure. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe and well cared for while they’re away.
“Yamini was great. We needed someone to check in on our cat while we were on vacation as she gets stressed when left alone. Yamini came each morning and gave her affection and attention so when we came home, our cat was happy and not stressed out. Would definitely book with Yamini again in the future.”

“Thank you Carrie for making Gusto feel comfortable during the drop in. You really have make us feel at ease leaving Gusto at home in your care! Love the photos and happy he has warmed up to you.”

“My cat Suki absolutely adored Lauren, possibly more than me! It did not take long for Lauren to establish trust and comfort with Suki. I could see this from the super adorable photos that Lauren sent me while I was away. It gave me such comfort and peace of mind seeing how happy and at ease Suki looked in the photos, and this was also evident when I came home. Lauren was fast to respond, very diligent with all my instructions, and also very detail-oriented and responsible. I would absolutely recommend Lauren for cat sitting.”

About: I’ve always loved animals, but for years I hesitated to have one of my own because I took the responsibility seriously. Recently, I began fostering my orange cat, Pippi, and it completely changed my world. Living with Pippi taught me that pet care goes far beyond feeding and walks. It’s about understanding routines, personalities, comfort levels, and the small details that help animals feel safe and happy. That experience has made me an even more attentive and patient caregiver. Alongside caring for Pippi, I’ve spent years dog sitting and dog walking for friends and family. From energetic dogs who love long walks to pets who simply want companionship and consistency, I genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal as an individual. I work full-time, so pet sitting isn’t my primary source of income. That’s actually why I keep my rates affordable. I do this because I truly enjoy spending time with animals and want to provide reliable, loving care for pet owners who need an extra hand. Whether your pet wants to play, explore, cuddle, or just have a calm and familiar presence around, I’ll make sure they’re treated like family while you’re away. I work full-time during the week, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care before and after work, as well as on evenings and weekends. As a cat mom to Pippi, pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. Feeding, playtime, enrichment, grooming, and keeping a clean, comfortable environment are things I do every day. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, not just a task on a checklist. Because pet sitting is something I do out of genuine love for animals, I make sure every pet receives attentive care, companionship, and plenty of patience. Whether it’s a dog who needs a long walk or a cat who prefers a quiet visit and a clean litter box, I’m happy to adapt to their individual needs and routine. At this time, I only offer drop-in visits and care in my client’s home. Since I have a resident cat at home, I do not provide boarding or pet care in my own home. During visits, I carefully follow each pet owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medication, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, and any specific routines or preferences. I understand how important consistency is, especially when pets are adjusting to their owners being away. Beyond the essentials, I make sure pets receive attention, companionship, and enrichment during my visit. Whether that means an energetic play session, a walk, brushing, or simply spending quality time together, my goal is to help them feel comfortable and less lonely until their family returns home. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can have peace of mind while they’re away.

It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
