Wenwen is truly an exceptional sitter, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We left our cat, Ivy, with Wenwen for a week while we were out of town. From the moment we dropped Ivy off, Wenwen was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and reassuring. She carefully followed every instruction we provided, proactively asked questions about things we had forgotten to mention, and went above and beyond to make sure Ivy was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. We were honestly quite nervous about leaving Ivy with someone new, especially with a stranger in an unfamiliar place, but Wenwen completely put our minds at ease. She sent us detailed updates and so many photos throughout the week that we always knew how Ivy was doing. It is very clear that Wen Wen has a wealth of experience with animals, but more importantly, she genuinely loves and cares about the animals she looks after. She was so attentive to Ivy and clearly took the time to understand her personality and make her feel at home. We felt completely comfortable being away knowing Ivy was in such caring and capable hands. And perhaps the best endorsement of all: when we came to pick Ivy up, she did not want to leave! It was obvious that she had been incredibly happy and comfortable with Wenwen. We will certainly use Wenwen again.
Wenwen dropped in on my cat Gnocchi when I had to go out of town overnight and she did a fantastic job! She was super communicative, sent lots of pictures, and did everything to make sure Gnocchi was happy and comfortable.
Wenwen is seriously the best! 🥹 She takes such amazing care of my cat and always goes above and beyond during every visit. She sends me 40+ photos, 5+ videos, and a long detailed update every single time, which I really appreciate because I can see exactly how my cat is doing while I’m away. She’s incredibly patient, caring, and attentive, and I can tell my cat genuinely likes and trusts her too. I never have to worry when he’s with her. You can really tell how much effort and love she puts into taking care of him. I’m so happy I found Wenwen and would recommend her without hesitation! 💗
Very professional and communicative. My cat gave her a particularly difficult "welcome", but she handled it very well and discussed / adapted her approach accordingly. Super happy and would book with her again!

A typical day
Every pet is unique, so I tailor my care to their personality, energy level, and routine to help them feel safe, happy, and comfortable. 🌱 🐶 Dogs Walks are never rushed — I believe they're about more than just potty breaks. Every outing includes plenty of time to explore, sniff, and enjoy the neighborhood. 🌳 For boarding and daycare, dogs can expect at least 2 personalized walks or outdoor breaks each day, along with playtime, cuddles, and plenty of time to relax in a calm home environment. 🎾🧸🏡 Safety is always my top priority. 🔒 Dogs remain on leash unless we're in a fully fenced off-leash area with your permission. 🦮 🐱 Cats Whether your cat enjoys interactive play, treats, brushing, gentle pets and cuddles, or simply having a quiet companion nearby, I'll always follow their pace and respect their personality. 🪀 For cat boarding, I provide a calm, low-stress environment where they can settle into their routine and receive plenty of personalized attention. 🛋️🌙 🌟 My goal is simple: to make every pet feel relaxed, loved, and at home while you're away. 🤍
