First she took really good care of our little 15 yo girl, sent us several updates throughout the day, and made sure she was as comfortable as possible during her 5-night stay. But on top of that, she dealt with unexpected situations with such care and grace (including administering eye drops 3 times a day, which was a very last-minute need!) Cynara even adjusted her schedule to ensure that Lulu spent as little time alone as possible, in order to help her manage anxiety/get comfortable being away from home. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and Louie instantly connected with Yvonne, which gave me so much confidence right from the start. When I dropped him off, he ran straight into their home without hesitation — I immediately knew he felt safe and comfortable. While I was away, they sent regular updates and photos, which meant so much and allowed me to fully relax knowing Lou was in great hands. Louie can be quite reactive with other dogs, and they took the time to really listen and understand his needs. They handled him with such care, patience, and awareness — I was beyond impressed. It’s not easy to find people you completely trust with your dog, but I am so grateful to have found Yvonne and Manuel. Louie was so happy there, and I will absolutely be booking with them again. I highly recommend Celine’s dogsitting services. I booked Celine for an overnight stay for my two dogs, one of whom is very anxious due to being abused. She made sure they were happy and comfortable. She cares for your dog as if they were her own. Her regular communication put my mind at ease. If only all dog carers were like Celine!!!!
At our initial meet and greet it was clear that Adam and Maya were very comfortable with larger dogs. They took excellent care of Barley, sending frequent updates, photos, and videos. During the hot summer days they even took Barley to their cottage for outdoor time and swims in the lake. Barley almost had more of a vacation than us! Adam and Maya had great vibes and showed Barley so much love, like he was their own. We are so happy they are on Rover and no longer need to stress about who will watch Barley next time we need boarding. Thanks again both of you!
Michael is the only person (or kennel) we trust to take care of our husky, we are really glad to have found him! He is attentive and caring, and patient and flexible. We know that she is safe, and since she tries to walk to his place all the time we know she's happy with Michael.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
