Man Sze was amazing! She prepped me by telling me she will provide very detailed updates in the first 24 hours as a start, then detailed updates daily around the same time. By detail I mean what my Spock ate, what he did during the day, how his poop was, how much he walked, etc etc… Communication was top notch and really put me at ease. She also gave my Spock enrichment activities every day, and when I miscounted the amount of Spock’s food, she helped me get more at the pet store. Definitely will recommend Man Sze as a petsitter!
Our Bear isn’t the easiest dog to bond with but she had a great connection with Anusia. We received many updates and photos and Bear looked happy and content. Anusia has a natural way with dogs and we were grateful for her instincts and genuine care for our four legged baby girl.
Elit was amazing with Buddy, she not only took care of him but gave me updates while I was away with pics and videos and letting me in on whether he has pooped or peed and ate his food. I will highly recommend her to anyone who needs their furbaby to be looked after. This is my second time and Buddy enjoyed his stay. Buddy had a Furrrtastic weekend 🐾🐾
Sheanna was fantastic with my dog, Nora. She was very attentive from start to finish, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure Nora’s routine and quirks were well taken care of. Communication was great throughout the stay. Sheanna checked in regularly, was quick to respond to messages, and it gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, Nora seemed to really like her and settled in comfortably, which says a lot. I came home to a happy, relaxed pup who clearly felt safe and well looked after. I am writing on behalf of my cousin who dropped of her Lilly with Laura for overnight and day boarding. To say thst Laura went above sbd beyond, in my opinion, is an understatement. The photographs that were provided clearly showed how much fun Lilly was having. Laura's messages were uplifting and also educational about the young pup. We have a 9 month old puppy Ruby - we had to go out of town for 3 nights and it was our first time away from our baby- we even did a 1 night trial run with Rong in advance so that Ruby would be familiar with the space. Safe to say Ruby LOVED Rong - when we went back for the weekend stay, Ruby’s tail was wagging and she was so excited to see Rong. Rong was great at communicating and providing us updates, we felt so at ease knowing our baby was in good hands while we were away! Would definitely use Rong’s services again
Daisy Mae was so happy with Milagros and her husband on her first time staying with her. We got regular pictures, videos and updates which made us feel very comfortable and miss Daisy a little less. We could see as the days went on how quickly she became comfortable and how well she was being taken care of. A good sitter is responsive, caring and honest. All three traits that Sam possesses. From the meet up to the drop off,to pick up, it has been a seamless process with Sam. I have recently moved to a new neighborhood and was nervous leaving Luna behind but Sam took such great care of her. I got lots of pictures and regular updates. I could see in the pictures that Luna had made herself at home. Luna had a paw flare up while I was away Sam kept a close eye on it and also bandaged it to stop Luna from gnawing at it. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
