From start to finish of Elvin’s vacation, Jashnoor showed a level of professionalism that was superb. A thorough friendly phone consultation allowed me to feel at ease that Elvin would be left in capable hands. When dropping off Elvin, Jashnoor allowed me to see her apartment and it was extremely clean and prepped for Elvin. Throughout his stay, Jashnoor kept us updated and provided plenty pictures to show just how much he was enjoying his time during his stay. Even though Elvin struggled a little bit over night with being restless in a new space, Jashnoor expertly handled this and eventually he was able to get some rest. I can’t thank Jashnoor enough for being extremely professional and taking expert care of my Elvin!!
Absolutely wonderful hosts!! Maddy was well taken care of. Lots of walks and plenty of pictures. The hosts were very communicative, and I never had to wait too long for a response. They were willing to meet me at the train station for drop-off, which was super convenient. I’ll absolutely keep them in mind the next time Maddy needs a sitter!!

Cam and Nina exceeded our expectations taking care of our golden doodle who needs a lot of human touch. Their communication and attention to our dog was exceptional. Their home is very dog friendly and they ensured lots of walks and fetch in their big backyard. We won’t hesitate to book again.
If you want your dog to have the time of their life while being safe, you can hire Yumin. She took such good care of Ivy and updated us constantly with photos and videos. She even cooked plain egg and rice multiple times for Ivy. I would rebook with Yumin every chance I can.
Carlos is absolutely AMAZING! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Drax. He and his girlfriend treated Drax like his own baby and gave him so much love, attention, and care. Drax looked incredibly happy every single day, enjoying lots of outdoor walks, cuddles, and even sleeping on the bed! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
