About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life, growing up with a family dog and learning how important consistent, loving care is. I also have hands-on experience pet sitting, caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and energy levels (plus my sister was on Rover before she had to move so you might have worked with her as well!). I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, administering basic care, going on walks, providing plenty of playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always aim to give owners peace of mind through dependable, attentive care. I currently have a flexible work schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. I’m available for weekdays, weekends, and many evenings, and I do my best to accommodate different routines whenever possible. Whether your pet needs walks, drop-in visits, daycare, or overnight care, I’m committed to providing reliable and consistent care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and enjoy time outdoors under supervision. My family members also love dogs, so your pet will receive plenty of attention, affection, and care throughout their stay. I take the time to follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, exercise, and any special instructions, to help them feel comfortable and at home. The whole family got involved: walks, backyard playtime, cuddles and they treated him like he had always been a part of their home. But what really blew me away was when Adonis ran out of treats, Rommel went out and bought more without a second thought. After filtering my search criteria and reading a lot of reviews (I wanted to make sure there were repeat visits), I reached out Jacky and Rocio. They were quick to respond, friendly and so patient with me. They answered all my questions and even wanted to learn about my dog. I asked to meet up with them beforehand so that our dogs could meet (to make sure they got along and to calm my first-time jitters 😅). They were more than happy to meet up for a dog walk around their neighbourhood. Jacky and Rocio were very accommodating to our schedule. At drop off, they made the transition so seamless and comfortable (for both myself and my dog). They sent me many updates, photos and videos of their day together over the entire 4 day stay. Honestly, my family and I joked that our dog might not want to come back to us because of how happy she looked in pictures! The pick up was also very efficient. Yangyi was absolutely wonderful with Cash! From the very beginning she was so kind, caring, and understanding. The constant updates and photos she sent made me feel so comfortable and reassured while I was away. It meant so much knowing Cash was in such good hands. She was incredibly patient with him, especially considering he’s still a puppy and can get extremely excited and hyper at times. This was our second time leaving Haze with Emily, and once again, we couldn’t be happier with the care she gave him. Haze is a very picky eater and usually only eats when he is hand-fed. Emily was incredibly patient with him and went the extra mile to make sure he was eating properly and getting the nutrition he needed every day. She truly took the time to understand his needs and care for him like her own. We also really appreciated Emily’s constant updates and the photos she sent us throughout Haze’s stay. Seeing his daily activities and knowing that he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
