About: -experience owning a variety of pets including dog, cat, and bird -pet sitting for my neighbour every holiday for the past 3 years -experience walking dogs for friends and family during exam season when students become busy As an undergraduate student, pet care falls into my weekly routine according to what days i have off from school. Tuesdays are ideal as I do not have classes, as well as Mondays between 1:30-4:30 , and weekends. I am also available every other Thursday depending on which week of the month it is. -I am always alert and putting my focus on the fur baby i’m working with: making sure the space is clean and free from dangers for the pets like objects and poisonous flowers. -Depending on what i’m provided, i utilize what the pets love most… feel free to show me their favourite toys and treats!

She also went the extra mile by removing his boots, especially helpful since I was holding my baby at the time. About: Dog trainer in progress… I have experience petting different kinds of dogs, from large breed to small ones. I enjoy walking dogs in all weather conditions, sometimes I jog with them. About: I’ve dog sat for many pet owners who have relied on me to walk, feed and groom their dogs and puppies. I’m hard-working, caring, dedicated, and organized. I absolutely love taking care of dogs and puppies! I have plenty of time to devote to your pups as I do Rover full time. It is so important to be that your fur ball feels well cared for! I have a spacious park area around my building as a play area for the dogs and moderate sized apartment. I can also crate the dog if needed.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since the day I was born and have developed a special bond with them! I love the excitement and joy a dog brings to daily life. Having had 2 of my dogs live to the age of 16, I have experience giving dietary supplements and medicine to my dogs. Such as arthritis medication etc. I also understand care when it comes to being out in public with traffic. As well as being with other dogs, animals and humans. I have had great experiences with living and looking after 3 different families dogs which included a senior, a young golden retriever and 2 Labradors. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine — my schedule is flexible, my days are active, and I love building my time around happy paws and wagging tails. I live in a spacious apartment with pet friendly furniture. The apartment building has a fenced in dog play area as well as a grooming facility for pets. I live next to a couple parks perfect for walks.

About: Hello, my name is Tvega (pronounced Ta-vay-ga) and I love caring for animals! Myself, I have a senior Collie/Retriever named Misty and a dwarf rabbit named Nugget. In addition to caring for my own pets and babysitting for friends (ex: Rye, the Airedale in my pictures), I worked at a boarding facility for dogs and cats. There I gained a lot of knowledge about dog behaviour and training and it has become a passion of mine! There is a special place in my heart for senior dogs and toy breeds like Yorkies, however, I loved working with ALL breeds and learning their different personalities. I also volunteered at a cat rescue for 4 years and developed a better understanding of cat behaviour through the variation of cats that came to the rescue. This included kittens, seniors, cats with health conditions, semi-ferals and timid cats (which were my personal favourites!). With the rescue, I also cared for different species of small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds). I have an open availability at the moment to leave home and take care of animals. Once I start working, my availability will be updated accordingly. Pet care varies upon different personalities and needs of the pets. I will work with owners to provide what their pet specifically needs during their visit.

It is very evident that Kirsten is experienced with dogs and our dog took to her right away. Kirsten was communicative, kind, reliable and accommodating. I honestly appreciate her helping out because it was a huge relief knowing that our dog was being walked and well-taken care of. Our pup is higher energy and needs her long walks and I would not have been able to do it without Kirsten - she even walked her in the rain.
