Walking dogs gives me the perfect reason to enjoy fresh air and exercise, something I miss doing daily with my own pup. Things like leash behavior, energy levels, favorite toys, any triggers or fears, and how they do with other dogs are super helpful. If there are any health concerns, medications, or special instructions, I’ll make sure to follow them closely. The more I know, the better I can care for your pup like one of my own!

Every dog is different, so I love tailoring activities to their personality and energy level! I’m also happy to reinforce training during walks or play, if requested. My goal is to make sure your dog feels happy, engaged, and loved while we’re together.

My family and I adopted Molly when she was 4 years old, and while she came to us with anxiety and fear, with time, patience, and a whole lot of love, she blossomed into the most loyal and loving companion. I had the joy of caring for her for 8 beautiful years until she passed in 2022. During that time, I learned so much about adult dog care, understanding emotional behavior, and adjusting to different needs and personalities. Dogs have such a special way of bringing joy into everyday life, and I truly miss having that energy around. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s hands, I’ve been there and I don’t take that lightly. Whether your dog needs a brisk walk, some playtime, or just a calm, reassuring presence, I’d love to support their routines, give them the love and attention they deserve, and help owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away.

Valerie was able to schedule a walk for Pepsi even on short notice and did such an amazing job with him. She was very professional and caring when it came to understanding Pepsi’s needs and getting to know him. From their initial meet and greet it was clear he liked her and that he would be well taken care of.
