About: We have been the loving owners of our dog, Brutus for 17 years and just recently had to say good-bye to him. Our condo feels empty and we would love to welcome in dogs to spoil while you are away! We are around the corner from a dog park and plenty of green space so your dog can play to their heart's content. We primarily have weekend availability so that we can dedicate all of our time to your pup, but longer stays are available. We'd be happy with dogs of any age! Our prime time for pet vacations are the weekends because that is when we can give your pup the full attention they deserve. Longer stays are available throughout the year, and our summer availability is all week because one of us is a teacher. We know how important it is that your pup gets exercise and attention so we focus on weekend bookings so that we can spoil them, take them for multiple walks and trips to the dog park, and make sure they are spoiled while they are here. Dogs have full range of the condo and can curl up on couches and beds. We want our place to be a home away from home for your dog!

They are so close to Jack Darling Park which is a huge plus because Dex loves going for walks there and they happily take him. When I picked him up, he was snuggled in with them having a nap. After filtering my search criteria and reading a lot of reviews (I wanted to make sure there were repeat visits), I reached out Jacky and Rocio. They were quick to respond, friendly and so patient with me. They answered all my questions and even wanted to learn about my dog. I asked to meet up with them beforehand so that our dogs could meet (to make sure they got along and to calm my first-time jitters 😅). They were more than happy to meet up for a dog walk around their neighbourhood. Jacky and Rocio were very accommodating to our schedule. At drop off, they made the transition so seamless and comfortable (for both myself and my dog). They sent me many updates, photos and videos of their day together over the entire 4 day stay. Honestly, my family and I joked that our dog might not want to come back to us because of how happy she looked in pictures! The pick up was also very efficient. I’m already booking them again for another out of town trip. If you need somebody to look after your fur baby, I highly recommend Jacky and Rocio. They treat your pet like their own.”

But what really blew me away was when Adonis ran out of treats, Rommel went out and bought more without a second thought. “It is always worrisome with a hint of guilt when you leave your beloved pet with a stranger for a couple of days but leaving my 4 year old black male cat with Azar was the best decision I had made. Her home was neat and tidy and she took such excellent care of him, he complained when we put him back in his carrier to bring him home. Azar is a wonderful caregiver who sent me periodic pictures and videos of Zenny during his stay. I will definitely use her again when necessary and not feel guilty about it! Thank you so much Azar!”

We were very happy with Lindsey's and Jonathan's care of our dog Nyla. They were good with updates and sharing pictures and helping Nyla settle in. Our girl took to both of them right away which is not often the case as she will bark in the beginning. You could see that they both are dog people and truly know how to care for one. We would definitely recommend Lindsay and Jonathan!
Paola did such a great job with my puppy Mocha. She is not fully trained yet but she had no accidents during the stay and she was always tired out from play and her schedule was followed perfectly. I also got many updates and Paola really cared about Mocha. Will book again!
As always, Beji had the best time at Ebyan's! The moment we brought out his carrier, he hopped right in like he already knew he was going to see Ebyan and Violet LOL 😂 A huge THANK YOU to Ebyan's mom for taking such wonderful care of our little menace. He was very loved and well looked after. We also love that he gets to spend time with Violet!! They get along so well, and it's always reassuring knowing he has a friend to keep him company. We had a great experience with Myra watching our almost senior 12 year old cat. Myra was great about having text and phone conversations leading up to the week and wanted to learn about Mojo”s quirks and habits. Drop off and pick up was very easy and I received lots of updates throughout the week. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
