18 Years Loving Pets Like Family
Dogs and cats have been part of my life for 18 years, like family. I raised Labradors from the time they were tiny puppies till they grew old, so I have been through puppy training, house training, and also the slower, more gentle care that older dogs need. I have also lived with a German Shepherd, so bigger and more active dogs do not worry me either. Cats came into my life a little later, and they taught me something different. With cats you cannot force anything, you just have to be patient and let them come to you. My own cat Melody (a) Cookie Brook, is here with us in Canada rescued from Mississauga Animal Shelter, calm and used to people, so your cat will have gentle company too if that is something you would like. Since I am home through the day, your pet is not getting a rushed visit and then left alone. There is someone actually present, checking on them, sitting with them, giving them time. Back in India, I also contribute to animals through Besant memorial animal dispensary that looks after animals. I mention this only because it shows this has always come from love for animals, nothing more than that. My Pet Experience Roshini (Labrador) raised her from 2008 to 2013 Jeni (Labrador) raised her from 2010 to 2017 Jeni 2 (Labrador) with us since 2017, living happily in India Emess (German Shepherd) with us since 2020, living happily in India Precious (Domestic Cat) with us since 2023, living happily in India Melody (a) Cookie Brook (Domestic Cat) joined our family in 2025, now living happily with us here in Canada

Sachin and Yasheka took amazing care of my dog, they communicated with pictures and updates all the time and provided videos and pictures to show my dog having a great time with them, I’ll definitely rebook with them again and I’m sure my dog will have a wonderful time.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my day since I work full time from home, so I am giving attention throughout the day, not just at fixed times. Mornings usually start with feeding and a walk if it is a dog. Since I am home all day, every day, I stay relaxed and available, checking in regularly for company, bathroom breaks, and playtime whenever needed, not rushing through it at any point. With cats, I keep a steady rhythm for feeding and litter cleaning, but also give them their own space and time. This flexibility stays the same whether it is a weekday or a weekend.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet will be cared for in my home, which is a gated apartment on the 20th floor in a pet friendly building. The balcony is fully netted for cat protection, so there is no risk of pets going near the edge, it is completely secure. Since it is a gated building, there is also an added layer of safety before anyone can even reach the door. Inside, I make sure the space stays calm and safe, no loose wires or small objects a pet could get into, and food, water, and litter are kept in a consistent spot so pets settle in easily. My own cat is also at home, so the environment is already used to having a pet moving around comfortably.
