We're so lucky we found Sid and his wife; they're both amazing, kind, and responsive. For Peanut's very first time leaving home, we thought Peanut was having a hard time adjusting to her new environment. Sid was willing to accommodate Peanut's daily routines, sending us pictures and videos for seven days. It was a big deal to see our baby was taken care of. They are an amazing and lovely couple; they treated Peanut like family, which is hard to find. We will definitely consider them again for our next vacation! A big thank you 😊
Our golden retriever Sunny stayed with Sandra and her family for 3 nights over the March Break. We know Sunny had a good time because he was reluctant to leave at the end of his stay! He thrives on attention and I believe he got a lot of attention at Sandra's house. He also became friends with their dog Molly! Sandra sent us the cutest picture of our dogs together on my dog's XL dog bed. We were kept up-to-date with how Sunny settled in with their family and we received photo updates as well. The whole family really loves dogs, so I would recommend leaving your dog with Sandra and her family.
Zakaria did an amazing job with our cats Ollie and June. He was responsive and sent us lots of pics/videos during their stay that helped ease any anxiety we had leaving them with a sitter. We've already booked their next stay with him! Would definitely recommend.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
