My cat feels really comfortable with Chaochao. I noticed the difference with how acclimatized he is compared to previous boarding options in the past. He used to come home not eating for a few days and when he went to previous places he didnt eat and was a bit sad. He now adjusts well and upon return home fits right in. Chaochao and her family loves my furrball. I would recommend her.
Rohith and Samyuktha are fantastic dog sitters! They communicated well the whole way, sent pictures, and updates. My dog took to both of them right away. It is obvious they love dogs and have a ton of experience providing care. I will absolutely use them again in the future!
Angie was absolutely incredible, and I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough. ❤️ I was extremely nervous about leaving my dog, he had never been away from me for that long, and to be completely honest, my anxiety was probably worse than his! From the very beginning, Angie made me feel completely at ease. She sent me at least two updates every single day, usually a photos and/or a video, which meant so much to me. But what really stood out was how attentive she was to Fermi specifically. She didn't just send generic updates, she noticed and remembered all of the little things that make him uniquely him. She was also unbelievably patient and accommodating with me. I checked in frequently, and occasionally messaged her about things that were probably completely irrational worries. She was always kind, reassuring, responsive, and never made me feel like I was being difficult. She was incredibly attentive, and on top of everything. She remembered his routine, his quirks, his needs, and all the little details I had shared with her. Most importantly, when I came to pick him up, he didn't want to leave! That tells me everything I need to know! ❤️

The Best Cat Sitter Ever! I cannot recommend Nafis and Nowreen enough! From the very first meeting, it was clear that they genuinely love cats and treats every furry guest like their own. They were incredibly patient with our shy cat, giving them all the time they needed to feel comfortable. They never rushed the process and even took the time to explain me cat behaviours and what they might be feeling, which really put our minds at ease. Every day, without fail, Nafis sent us photos and updates, so we always knew how our cats were doing. It was such a comfort that. They made sure our cats felt safe and loved. We were also so touched by how well they accommodated they. They accommodate our cats on their own private room where they could settle in peacefully, and it was clear they were receiving top-notch attention. And we can’t forget sweet Mochi, their own cat, who was so gentle and friendly. It showed us just how much love and care exists in their home. Nafis went above and beyond in every way. He is patient, kind, communicative, and truly understands cats. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your little furry one like family, look no further. We are so grateful to have found them!
This is our 3rd time booking with Zak. As always he took great care of our pets - there was a medical issue with our dog which he addressed quickly, getting to our vet and treating till we were back, keeping in touch with us at all times throughout. Highly recommend as a caring and committed pet sitter.
This was our first time boarding our 2 year old cats Boots and Beans. Mofei was very accommodating, attentive and gentle with our cats. He has two very friendly and well behaved cats but was able to provide a large private room for our cats to stay in until they felt comfortable socializing with his cats. Beans is very shy and he had a hard time adjusting to his new environment. Mofei was responsive with updates and went above and beyond to help Beans adapt. Your cats will be well taken care of with Mofei and we're happy to have booked with him again for our upcoming longer trip. Thank you Mofei!
