We had a wonderful experience with Xianqin! She is very caring and responsive . Our dog enjoyed at least 2 hours of walks every day, and we loved receiving daily videos and updates. She always responded immediately and gave us complete peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Amariss, Max, and Vinayak were amazing hosts to Mochi! Max had been a guest at ours previously and Mochi had taken such a keen liking to Max that we decided there was no better sitter than a friend for Mochi, and they were the sweetest people to Mochi. They played with him, had him have his treats, and Max kept him company at all times. Mochi was truly sad to come home with us given what a wonderful time he had at Amariss's! They fed him as instructed and sent us lots of pictures for our peace of mind on our trip. Would give them a 1000/10 and are sure to be repeat guests!
Lana looked after our dog Cosmo for 3 weeks! We were hesitant about using Rover at first as Cosmo had never been watched by anyone outside our family before. Lana alleviated any concerns that we had and was fantastic with Cosmo. We received daily WhatsApp messages (with pictures) showing how much fun Cosmo was having with her and how well he was being cared for. I would 100% refer Lana to watch your dog!

The Best Cat Sitter Ever! I cannot recommend Nafis and Nowreen enough! From the very first meeting, it was clear that they genuinely love cats and treats every furry guest like their own. They were incredibly patient with our shy cat, giving them all the time they needed to feel comfortable. They never rushed the process and even took the time to explain me cat behaviours and what they might be feeling, which really put our minds at ease. Every day, without fail, Nafis sent us photos and updates, so we always knew how our cats were doing. It was such a comfort that. They made sure our cats felt safe and loved. We were also so touched by how well they accommodated they. They accommodate our cats on their own private room where they could settle in peacefully, and it was clear they were receiving top-notch attention. And we can’t forget sweet Mochi, their own cat, who was so gentle and friendly. It showed us just how much love and care exists in their home. Nafis went above and beyond in every way. He is patient, kind, communicative, and truly understands cats. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your little furry one like family, look no further. We are so grateful to have found them!

From the moment we met them, they made Charlie feel comfortable and at ease. It was clear they genuinely love dogs, and that gave us so much peace of mind. Charlie isn’t usually comfortable staying with strangers, but he settled in so well, which says a lot about the care and kindness they showed him. They were also excellent at communicating. We received regular updates and photos, and they kept us informed about how Charlie was doing throughout his stay. Their flexibility was another huge plus—they were incredibly understanding as we had to change our pickup time a few times. We truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism.
