This is our first time using Rover dog boarding service and we were very happy with the care Yu-Chi provided for our pup, Georgie. She observed his needs and provided the appropriate care he required to stay there comfortably and happily. We also appreciate that Yu-Chi was available and responded quickly when we decided to make a last minute decision to stay in Toronto for another day. She also offered to cook fresh meals for Georgie for the extra day's stay. Her kindness was very much appreciated!! Through video and photo updates, we could see how Georgie enjoyed his time with her, had lots of fun and was well cared for. We would definitely book with Yu-Chi again when we go to Toronto!
