My cat feels really comfortable with Chaochao. I noticed the difference with how acclimatized he is compared to previous boarding options in the past. He used to come home not eating for a few days and when he went to previous places he didnt eat and was a bit sad. He now adjusts well and upon return home fits right in. Chaochao and her family loves my furrball. I would recommend her.
Chaochao kept me up to date with pictures and videos and updated me more frequently at the beginning when my cat was having a harder transition. Would rebook with them again for a future stay when needed.
Chaochao was really great with sending daily photos, videos, and updates of our girl. We knew that Mia was well cared for and that meant the world to us.
She has looked after both of my cats and has been amazing every time. One is very high-energy while the other prefers a quieter environment with more downtime, and she was able to accommodate both of their very different needs. She’s easy to reach, sends daily updates with photos, and takes excellent care of them. I always have peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands. I highly recommend her!

Chaochao took good care of my cat during her overnight stay. She sent me pictures and updates, which I appreciated and helped me know how my cat was doing. Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate her taking care of my cat while I was away.
