Chaochao was accommodating and responded to questions/concerns quickly. My cat had a nice room set up for her and I got many photo and video updates throughout the stay. Would definitely book for a boarding service again!
My cat feels really comfortable with Chaochao. I noticed the difference with how acclimatized he is compared to previous boarding options in the past. He used to come home not eating for a few days and when he went to previous places he didnt eat and was a bit sad. He now adjusts well and upon return home fits right in. Chaochao and her family loves my furrball. I would recommend her.
Chaochao kept me up to date with pictures and videos and updated me more frequently at the beginning when my cat was having a harder transition. Would rebook with them again for a future stay when needed.
