She is a real dog lover , cares deeply and shows genuine concern about their well being, their daily routine and their eating habits. Eva is a great communicator, she sent pictures every day and let us know how our dog was doing the whole time she was in her care which was very comforting to us. Eva took our dog for multiple walks per day and also gave her lots of play time in her yard . She is also very responsive to emails in regards to pick up and drop off times etc.”

It's an unfortunate story but I had to send my beautiful boy back to the rescue bc my other 2 cats would not give him a chance with his special needs. It was so tragic and I was a complete mess. And with all the moving parts with the person who took my boy to the vet to get travel papers, the woman who was coming from the rescue, and me away on my trip wanting regular updates - they handling everything with so much compassion and grace. “I cannot recommend Rong enough! She's been looking after my girls for the past 8 months for walking and boarding. This is the second time she boards the girls for 7 days, and everything that could go wrong with their health (they are special needs' dogs) went wrong.
