Amazing! They took such great care of my puppy overnight and kept me updated the whole time. Both of them are super kind, caring and overall just great people. Their communication made me feel reassured and relaxed, knowing my dog was in such good hands. I will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend!
Ka Ying and her boyfriend are a friendly young couple! As soon as Milo saw them again,he remembered them and got excited and immediately wanted to play fetch. She is good at communicating and sending pictures and updates daily. My mind was at ease leaving Milo again with them and will definitely leave him again with them! Thank you!!
Ka Ying watched Louie for two days while we were away - she sent pictures and updates throughout the day. Followed all the eating instructions and gave Louie multiple walks. Louie came home himself and in perfect condition! I would recommend her and would use her again next time. Thank you, Ka Ying!
