They were incredibly communicative throughout his entire stay, sending us daily photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. The biggest sign of how happy Duke was came on the second day when he started doing his signature comfort “cuddle” between their legs which showed us that he felt comfortable and safe. I really appreciated Cecilia's empathy and care for my dog. I needed a dog-sitter for my wedding weekend, and it was very important to me to find someone who would take such great care of him that I wouldn't have to check in at all during that weekend. Cecilia agreed to a trial night to make sure it was the right fit for both of us before booking a longer stay for the wedding. I have a reactive dog who was a covid puppy, so he is not always friendly with people and other dogs. Cecilia was very understanding and made sure to go at my dogs' pace when it came to park visits or time around people. By the time I dropped him off for the wedding stay, my dog's tail was wagging and he definitely remembered Cecilia from the trial night. He even let his playful side show, which is rare around people he doesn't know well!
The Best Cat Sitter Ever! I cannot recommend Nafis and Nowreen enough! From the very first meeting, it was clear that they genuinely love cats and treats every furry guest like their own. They were incredibly patient with our shy cat, giving them all the time they needed to feel comfortable. They never rushed the process and even took the time to explain me cat behaviours and what they might be feeling, which really put our minds at ease. Every day, without fail, Nafis sent us photos and updates, so we always knew how our cats were doing. It was such a comfort that. They made sure our cats felt safe and loved. We were also so touched by how well they accommodated they. They accommodate our cats on their own private room where they could settle in peacefully, and it was clear they were receiving top-notch attention. And we can’t forget sweet Mochi, their own cat, who was so gentle and friendly. It showed us just how much love and care exists in their home. Nafis went above and beyond in every way. He is patient, kind, communicative, and truly understands cats. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your little furry one like family, look no further. We are so grateful to have found them!

As always he took great care of our pets - there was a medical issue with our dog which he addressed quickly, getting to our vet and treating till we were back, keeping in touch with us at all times throughout. This was our first time boarding our 2 year old cats Boots and Beans. Mofei was very accommodating, attentive and gentle with our cats. He has two very friendly and well behaved cats but was able to provide a large private room for our cats to stay in until they felt comfortable socializing with his cats. Beans is very shy and he had a hard time adjusting to his new environment. Mofei was responsive with updates and went above and beyond to help Beans adapt. I only board my girl with Ilana and Lambros. Ava stayed in their care for two weeks while I was away, and Ilana kept me updated throughout her stay with photos and messages. Didem is amazing! This is the second time that she has house-sat for us and looked after our senior cat, and it is clear that Didem cares very deeply about making our cat comfortable. She has gotten to know our cat well at this point and genuinely enjoys spending her time with them, which is wonderful to see. I know our cat loves all the extra attention! Didem is always very prompt and responsive, and she gave me consistent updates while I was away. I want to recognize that Didem went out of her way to look after our cat despite it being a last-minute request, combined with the fact that we had moved further away since the first time that Didem house-sat for us. She made a longer trek just to help us out, and it is certainly appreciated. I can't recommend Didem highly enough, she cares deeply about the animals she looks after and does an excellent job looking after your house and communicating consistently while you are away.
