I did not want to put him in a daycare setting—I wanted him to receive one-on-one care, attention, and love just for him. Vanshika and Vipal gave him exactly that, and they completely took away all of my fears. They treated my French Bulldog, Marlo, as if he were their own dog and a real member of their family. From the moment I left him with them, I had absolutely no stress or worry because I knew he was surrounded by love, cuddles, and care. Marlo had no anxiety while he was there, and it was clear that they made him feel completely safe and comfortable. He was him self! They went above and beyond in every way. They carefully followed his food and medication schedule, including preparing and cutting his food exactly as needed. They reached out right away whenever they had a question, kept me updated on how he was doing and behaving, and always responded incredibly quickly. We even did a trial day beforehand to make sure Marlo would be comfortable, and it was honestly the best idea. It gave me complete confidence that he was in the safest, most loving hands possible. I know Marlo would be so happy to go back and spend time with them, even if he did not need to be watched. “Sasha was an amazing caregiver and Bandito was treated like a king. She took him to the dog park lots of times and her videos & pictures showed him really having a fun time. She was very attentive to his needs (even when he was naughty) and gave him his medication daily. She played with him and tired him out - he came home and just wanted to sleep! Sasha was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely use her again. Plus, her boyfriend loved Bandito and that was an unexpected but awesome bonus.”

Family and friends trusted me with their pets when they travelled. My time volunteering for the Toronto Humane Society during university deepened that experience; teaching me to read an animal's cues, be patient with nervous or unsure pets, and help them feel safe in an unfamiliar place. Rie is an experienced pet sitter with patience and understanding of dogs’ nature and behaviour. This is the first time my dog has been separated from me and stayed in a stranger’s home. I can imagine how scared my dog could be. Today marks the fifth day my dog has been back home with me. He looks healthy and normal. This is the 2nd time that Agnes took care of our senior dog. My husband and I are very impressed by how Agnes cared for Penny and with her excellent customer service. She sent photos and messages often so that we knew exactly how Penny was doing. Agnes followed instructions very well. She is super friendly, caring, responsive, and flexible. When we picked up Penny, we noticed she wasn't too excited to see us as if she wanted to continue to stay with Agnes and her lovely dog. Hahaha! Fergus has become Penny's great playmate. I know Penny misses them. For sure, we will ask for Agnes again for our next trip.

The Best Cat Sitter Ever! I cannot recommend Nafis and Nowreen enough! From the very first meeting, it was clear that they genuinely love cats and treats every furry guest like their own. They were incredibly patient with our shy cat, giving them all the time they needed to feel comfortable. They never rushed the process and even took the time to explain me cat behaviours and what they might be feeling, which really put our minds at ease.
