As a senior dog, Beau needs a little extra TLC, and Ivan was incredibly attentive - he made note of all Beau’s needs and took excellent care of him throughout the stay. We also truly appreciated Ivan’s daily communication. He kept us consistently updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. One of the highlights was how well Oslo bonded with her sweet retriever, Zeena. The two of them got along instantly and played nonstop — it was so comforting knowing he had such a great companion during his stay. This meant Oslo got regular walks, lots of outdoor time, and fun playdates with Zeena, which he absolutely loved. Candice was amazing with communication as well. She consistently shared updates and photos, which really put us at ease and allowed us to see just how much fun Oslo was having every day. It’s not easy leaving your pet for an extended period, but Candice made the entire experience completely stress-free. I was super nervous about leaving my girl but they put my mind at ease. We knew our cat would need more time to settle in and had a short trial stay with them. Towards the end of it she was already warming to them. I could also tell that they are really knowledgeable about cat behaviours and truly love cats. About: I have been taking care of my cousins two dogs anytime they go on vacation for the past 4-5years. I always look forward to spending time with them! My schedule is very flexible since I work from home. This allows me to be with the dog throughout the day, so they'll have company and care whenever they need it. I only go into the office on a flexible, as-needed basis, so my days can be built around the dog's need As a sitter who works from home, I can provide a safe and comfortable environment right in my own apartment. I'm able to keep a close eye on your pet throughout the day, ensuring they're comfortable and safe. My building is secure, and I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, walks, and playtime.

I liked that my dog was happy, played outside in the backyard with the other dogs. She did not want to eat and Yasmine helped her with adding some treats sprinkled on top of her regular food. I received pictures and videos almost daily. I got information and answers promptly. Yasmine and her family were very pleasant and helpful.
José and Maria were absolutely awesome with Pongo!!!!! Pongo was the happiest he’s ever been. Playing around with other doggy friends, getting daily walks, and a beautiful garden to run around in :) They were so great with giving me updates on Pongo and I will definitely be back another time. It’s hard for me to trust anyone with Pongo but would definitely reach out to Maria and José again! Thank you both!!!
We’ve had Shayla and Cal watch Daisy a few times now and they’re always amazing with her! It’s such a relief knowing she’s with people we know and trust, and we never have to worry about her while we’re away. Daisy is always happy and well cared for with them. Akira is the best dog sitter/carer/boarder we’ve ever had. They’ve just done an excellent job caring for and loving Lucky during long trips, short overnights, and challenging transitions. We’re so sad to be moving away and losing such a good dog friend. We’re pretty sure our dog likes Akira more than us.
We had a good experience leaving Toby in Dustin’s care. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced with dogs. We appreciated the structured approach he takes to their care, including walks, feeding, and their daily routine. Toby seemed comfortable with him, and we felt confident that he was being well looked after. We were happy with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to have Toby stay with Dustin again in the future.
We had such a great experience with Ivonne and Manuel watching Copper! They were so patient, caring, and wonderful with him, especially knowing that he can be a little anxious. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. They were so great that we ended up rebooking them for the following week! We couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be booking with them again.

Barbara took exceptional care of Bambi. Finding someone you trust with your pup for an extended trip is always stressful, but Barbara made the entire experience completely worry-free. Every single day, she sent adorable photo updates that brightened my day and gave me total peace of mind. Her two Chihuahuas, Ozzy and Daisy, were the absolute sweetest companions and welcomed Bambi like family. It was wonderful knowing Bambi had built-in best friends to play and cuddle with the whole time. Barbara is attentive, caring, and a true animal lover. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to bring my dogs back to her, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for top-tier care!
Maria Angelica and Miranda were absolutely amazing with Kimi! They took him on walks whenever they could, kept me updated regularly, and it was so lovely to see how happy and comfortable Kimi was with them. He was always so excited to go with them, which was such a sweet sign of trust. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Definitely recommend! 😊
Celia she’s amazing! It was the first time having to leave my boy for overnight care. I was very anxious until I met Celia. She received us with a big smile and she took time to talk to me to calm my worries. Through out his stay my boy got all the love and care possible from Celia and her family, they spoiled him. I got constant updates and lots of pictures with his new friends. My boy had the best time! I couldn’t find a better person to take care of him. We will return soon, that’s for sure! Pui was amazing. She took great care of our papyrus and sent us many pictures and videos showing us how well he was adjusting while we were away. Although we were anxious about leaving him for the first time, she made us feel at ease by being available whenever we had questions or worries about how he was doing. We will definitely choose Pui again if we go away. Thanks for everything you did, you went beyond what I expected.
Ilinca took wonderful care of Bear during his 16-night stay! She ensured he settled in comfortably right away, sent frequent and reassuring updates, and was incredibly accommodating throughout. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
