I didn’t know who to trust and how this would work out. But as soon as I met Rebecca and saw her place (which was extremely dog friendly) I immediately knew, this is where I will drop Fido for boarding. Rebecca was amazing with Fido and he had a great time with her. She sent me videos and photos everyday and told me everything I needed to know. I was up to date on his activities and everything. Our dog, Indie, recently stayed with Rahul & Minal. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of her. She is a big and friendly dog, but very shy. She warmed right up to them and it didn’t take long for her to feel completely at home. My family loved getting the pictures they sent of Indie during her stay.
Lok Yung and Kam Hin took care of Sesame for a month while we were away. We met up before the boarding to go over Sesame’s routine and a few things to keep in mind, and they were very attentive and asked questions to make sure they understood everything. Throughout the month, they sent us photos and videos from time to time, which was really nice! They were always responsive, and I could tell they genuinely cared about Sesame. I also really appreciated that they spent time playing with him and giving him attention. Sesame seemed happy and very well taken care of throughout his stay. Would definitely recommend them! :)
Arya is amazing! Our little dog loves staying with her, and you can tell she really cares about him. She always makes sure he’s comfortable and enjoying his time with her. I really appreciate how caring she is and how she keeps us updated with photos and videos while he’s there. It gives us peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands. We’re so happy to have found her! ❤️
We had to find a person to watch our cat last minute and Alishba was so incredible. We could not have asked for a better sitter. She was so accommodating with dropping him off with her. She sent photos and videos everyday which made us know he was safe and in good hands. I highly recommend her!

ManSze was absolutely fabulous during our Husky’s trial stay! She gave me regular updates (which I really appreciated), and made sure Kai felt comfortable in her home. He was tuckered out when he got home and seemed way less anxious than he usually is after coming home from boarding. I’m definitely booking her pet sitting services for a longer stay in the next few months!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
