She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the stay. She asked lots of questions upfront to make sure she understood Coffee’s routine, preferences, and needs, which showed how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing Coffee was in such careful hands. During our trip, she regularly sent photos and videos, which we really appreciated. I also have a Shih Tzu, and I love giving her the opportunity to socialize and make new furry friends. When pets stay in my home, they have a clean, safe, and calm environment where they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. If I ever need to step out for a short time, I have indoor security cameras so I can monitor them remotely and make sure they are safe. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions, so pets feel comfortable and maintain their normal routine while their owners are away.

Celine’s home is a doggie paradise, and she clearly treats every dog with the love and care they deserve (which is a lot!) Super communicative and makes an anxious dog mom like me less anxious with really consistent and reassuring updates. A true professional in every way, integrates dogs super well together, and very mindful of their emotions, needs, and triggers. A++++, Bolt already can’t wait to go back!
This is Spock’s second time staying at Man Sze’s. Spock was so excited that he tried jumping out of the car when he heard saw her at the meet up spot! This time Spock stayed 6 nights. Man Sze and her partner planned activities for him to keep him entertained daily, including parks, a sunflower festival, lick mat, etc… and gave very detailed updates every 24 hours so I didn’t need to worry about when I’ll get updates from them. Definitely will recommend them for petsitting!

Amelia is a wonderful dog sitter! Our boy Nori is a friendly Shiba that can be reactive to some males but Amelia cares for Nori with care and expertise. He comes home exhausted as her dog Benji is experienced and such a good play friend. Amelia sends pictures and deals with our special requests with no issues. Her communication is great and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to care for other dogs!
Pina's stay at Le Thu An N's house was wonderful; they took care of her as if she were our own; in the photos, she looked very relaxed and, above all, very well cared for. Le Thu An N checked in with us about everything we needed to know the whole time and was very flexible about drop-off and pick-up times.
Valerie is a brilliant dogsitter! She gave such love and care to my dog Winnie. Winnie was so happy and relaxed when she came home, didn't seem stressed at all. In fact, she didn't want to leave when I picked her up!! Valerie provided me with many updates, pics, and videos throughout Winnie's stay. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
