Charlie is quite anxious and attached dog so leaving him with a stranger can make me anxious but first time meeting Robin, I knew Charlie would be fine. Robin has a friendly and kind vibe about her and I could tell she really cares about dogs. Robin was great with sending us updates and photos. Twix was very comfortable with her and warmed up to her faster than he has in any of his previous boarding experiences. I can’t recommend Arya and Sal enough! They took such amazing care of Latte while we were away. From the moment we dropped her off, we knew she was in great hands. Their communication was outstanding, they kept us updated with constant messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious from every update that Latte was being loved, spoiled, and treated like an absolute princess. Thank you both for caring for her as if she were your own. We are so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to leave Latte with you again. Highly, highly recommend!
Samira is absolutely lovely!! I cannot say enough nice things about her. My cats did hide and climb up her shower, but they were happy. Samira is a true animal lover and it shows. She’s very kind and gentle. Sent me photos of their escapades during the day. I would for sure utilize Samira to watch my cats again, and I highly recommend her.
We had a great experience! She was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made everything so easy. She took Mango on a long walk (around 3 hours!), and it was clear he had an amazing time. Mango came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. She also kept us updated throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Admittedly, I am an overly concerned, parent. So anytime, bedtime and leaving my French bulldogs with somebody is a lot of anxiety wrong with it. After the very first day staying with Sophie, all that is, I was gone the communications. The pictures all just let me know this was the best decision for them for me. I would and you should consider it.
Our dog had an amazing time at Céline's. It was obvious from the moment we arrived to our meet & greet how much thought and care she puts into the entire boarding process and experience, and ensuring compatibility with the other dogs. Her home truly is a doggy paradise. I've never seen Luna so excited to be dropped off at a sitter's, hah!! She sent us lots of cute updates and photos. This was a wonderful experience and Luna will definitely be back.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
