We had such a wonderful experience with Sam! This was the first time Mochi stayed with her, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Sam was incredibly quick to respond throughout, and it was clear from all of her updates that she genuinely cared about Mochi and wanted to make sure he was happy and comfortable. We received daily updates along with lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We especially loved getting to see how comfortable Mochi was with her! She even put together a little report card for him at the end, which was such a thoughtful and adorable touch. We’re already looking forward to having Mochi stay with her again! ❤️

We had such a wonderful experience with Rong and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Cookie. This was the first time we had ever left Cookie with someone he didn’t already know, so we were understandably a little nervous. Cookie has separation anxiety, and even when we’ve left him with people he knows, he can have a hard time being away from us. But Rong was absolutely wonderful with him. From the photos and updates, we could tell how happy and comfortable Cookie was, which was such a relief for us. In fact, when we came to pick him up, we were amazed that Cookie wasn’t even overly excited to see us! That alone told us how safe, happy, and well cared for he had been with Rong. Rong was kind, caring, communicative, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire stay. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was also extremely flexible and even accommodated our last-minute request for an earlier pickup, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, it was clear that Rong genuinely cared about Cookie and treated him with so much patience and affection. Everything, from the communication to the updates to the care itself, was excellent. We’re so grateful to Rong for taking such wonderful care of Cookie and would absolutely trust her with him again. Jashnoor was amazing with Pluto and Astro. She sent me lots of updates and photos throughout their stay, which I really appreciated, and I always felt like I knew exactly how they were doing. Both of my dogs have their own little quirks and can take a bit of time to warm up, but she was very patient with them and let them get comfortable at their own pace. She even took them out separately at first and was really thoughtful about making sure they felt safe and settled. I also appreciated how observant she was, even checking with me when she noticed Astro’s eye looked red. By the end they looked completely relaxed and comfortable with her, which says a lot. The photos she took were also so good and I ended up saving a bunch of them. I would absolutely book Jashnoor again. She was caring, attentive, communicative and really took great care of both of them.
Shu was great with Pluto and Astro and I felt really comfortable leaving them with her. She kept me updated throughout their stay and was very attentive to both of them and their different personalities. My dogs definitely have their quirks, and she handled everything really well and adjusted based on what worked best for each of them. They were both comfortable with her, which is always the biggest thing for me. She’s caring, reliable and easy to communicate with, and I would definitely book her again. I’m really glad I found her.

I can’t recommend Soohwan and Seon Hee enough! They were very communicative both before and during the sit. They sent me multiple pictures every day, and took amazing care of Wilbur. They took him on an adventure and treated him very well. We’ll definitely be rebooking with them!
Melissa and her family took great care of Kiwi and we would be happy to leave him with them again! Melissa is responsive and sent frequent updates and pictures to us during his stay, which was very much appreciated. Kiwi was clearly adored by everyone in the family, especially by Melissa’s two sweet and caring daughters who made sure that he got lots of play time 😄 We’re glad to have found such a lovely family to help care for our pup when we’re away.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
