“We had plans to travel outside the country during Xmas time and I was looking a day care of our 10 year old pet Sparkle. I must say I was lucky to find Claudia. Claudia and her whole family are pet lovers from their hearts and pets understand that love and care very well. Sparkle was super happy in her home where she was loved and taken care of so well. Generally when we go to pick Sparkle back from day cares, she complains in her way about why we left her and all (she has separation anxiety) but this time there was hardly any and that told me how “at home” she was during her 4 night stay with Claudia and family. Jingyi was an amazing pet sitter, and I highly recommend her! She followed all of my instructions carefully and paid close attention to every detail regarding my pet's care. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure everything was done exactly as requested. Throughout the stay, Jingyi communicated exceptionally well. She kept me updated regularly, responded promptly to messages, and gave me peace of mind while I was away. I especially appreciated the photos and updates she sent, which showed that my pet was happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care. I could tell that my pet was well looked after and enjoyed spending time with her. I don’t do tips because I pay well to begin with and I don’t do reviews. All I will say is both my beautiful babies have been with these guys two times now the first time it was two weeks and extended to four weeks and the second time it was two weeks extended to six weeks and I had no concerns or complaints and I will use them again. That is all I will say they are a little expensive and I had to provide the food despite the fact that they are more expensive in fact I had to provide everything but I have no concerns about the care they provided. They communicated regularly. They sent me regular pictures and when I travel again in September 2026, I will use them again if they are available, that’s it
Krista was wonderful with Misty. As a shy and reserved cat, Misty can take some time to warm up to new people and environments, so we were thrilled to see how comfortable she became during her stay. We knew she was settling in well when Krista sent us photos of Misty curled up right next to her! Krista was patient and attentive, making sure our picky eater was eating well and feeling comfortable throughout her stay. This was also Misty's first time ever being around another cat, so we really appreciated the care Krista took with introductions. Oscar was very interested in making friends, while Misty was a little more hesitant. Krista thoughtfully kept them separate at first and allowed Misty to adjust at her own pace. As Misty became more comfortable, they were able to share space together, and Oscar was very respectful of her boundaries. Krista was easygoing, flexible, and great to communicate with. When we picked Misty up, she was relaxed and content, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing she had been well cared for. We highly recommend Krista and would happily trust her with Misty again in the future!
Hoi was exceptional with Thor. From the moment we met her, we felt completely comfortable and knew he would be in great hands. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. Hoi was very communicative throughout Thor's stay, sending plenty of photos and daily updates that kept us informed about his activities and overall well-being. From the pictures, it was clear that Thor was relaxed, happy, and comfortable—just as he would be at home. I was especially thrilled to see him enjoying trips to the dog park, making friends with dogs of all sizes, and going on exciting trail walks. It truly felt like a little staycation for our pup! Hoi was also incredibly accommodating when it came to Thor's special meals and specific care requirements. We are so grateful for the love and attention she gave him, and we would not hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended!
Dizzy looked so happy in all the photos and videos she sent us! We loved seeing how much outdoor time and attention Dizzy received during the stay. We cannot recommend Petra highly enough! She took care of our dog Maggie for almost three weeks, and from the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing Maggie was in such loving and capable hands. Petra kept us updated with photos and messages throughout our trip, and it was obvious how comfortable and happy Maggie was. Maggie can be an anxious dog, but seeing her completely relaxed, playing, and even lying belly-up—a position she only uses when she feels totally safe and secure—gave us so much peace of mind. Petra went above and beyond to make Maggie feel at home. She even let Maggie enjoy baths, one of her absolute favourite things. It was clear that Petra genuinely cared for Maggie and treated her like one of her own. Coming home to a happy, relaxed dog is the best feeling, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care Petra provided. Teruko was very attentive and accommodating to my senior dog. He needs medication twice a day, uses a pee pad and enjoys going on walks, and she was able to meet all our requirements! She also updates me regularly and voluntarily. (I am always wondering if he ate or pooped, how he's doing throughout the day). From the pictures she sent, it looks like he really enjoyed his stay. When I picked him up, he also didn't seem to want to come home.

Roberta and Giancarlo were both really lovely to deal with and sent lots of updates and photos of our little cavapoo along the way. It was our puppy's first time away from the family and they were so sweet with her. We would definitely call on them again in the future.
