Rie is an experienced pet sitter with patience and understanding of dogs’ nature and behaviour. This is the first time my dog has been separated from me and stayed in a stranger’s home. I can imagine how scared my dog could be. Today marks the fifth day my dog has been back home with me. He looks healthy and normal. It was a great experience for my dog to stay with the sitter and play with other dogs during boarding time. I appreciated Rie's good care in keeping my dog healthy and safe.
Ting and Shiu took care of Duke like he was their own dog. They took him out for numerous walks, ensured he was cared for and even gave him a bath after a full day of fun in the mudd. We are so grateful for their caring attitude and wonderful care. They even fixed a toy he broke and sewed it back together. Thank you for keeping him safe and happy while we were away. We couldn’t be happier with the care Choco received during his two week stay! They truly treated him like a member of their own family and made sure he was comfortable and well cared for the entire time. Choco is very picky and selective about people and doesn’t always warm up to new people easily, so we were really happy to see how well he got along with Claudia’s family. We also did couple introduction stays with them before this trip which went well! They were very attentive to his needs and also kept up with his medications and supplements, which we really appreciated. Claudia gave us great updates throughout his stay, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Seeing photos and updates of him just chilling and spending time with their daughter and their dog Dizzy was especially heartwarming. It really made us feel like he was genuinely comfortable and happy there. Being away from him for two weeks was much easier knowing he was in such good hands. We’re so grateful for the care they gave him and would absolutely trust them with him again!
My dogs, while well behaved, are the typical chihuahuas ans they thrive better with someone who knows how to handle the breed, and Carlos was extraordinary in that regard. It was also a plus that his family speaks Spanish and my dogs are Spanish speaking as well! Super recommended.
Susan was absolutely wonderful with our Mateo. He is a very small Italian Greyhound - a sensitive, emotional, and fragile little boy who gets very attached to his people and usually has a hard time with separation. Leaving him for 11 days was not easy for us at all, so finding someone we could truly trust meant everything. From the beginning, Susan made us feel that Mateo was in the best hands. She and her whole family are such kind, warm people. You can immediately see that they genuinely love animals and understand how to care for them- but most importantly, how to make them feel loved, safe, and comfortable. Mateo settled in so well and truly became attached to them during his stay. Knowing that he was happy, cared for, and surrounded by kindness gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We are beyond grateful for all the love and care they gave him. We feel so lucky to have found Susan and her family, and we will absolutely be coming back.
