She constantly sent us reassuring photos, was quick to analyze our Sandy’s strengths and weaknesses, and just as quick to make sure Sandy felt reassured and loved. There was plenty of exercise and entertainment during the day as Sandy had a couple of other pups to play tag with in their spacious and well kept backyard/garden. Afterwards they enjoyed iced water to cool down. I was nervous about the tuck in at night but Celine was patient and spent time and energy to make sure Sandy felt at ease. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and Louie instantly connected with Yvonne, which gave me so much confidence right from the start. While I was away, they sent regular updates and photos, which meant so much and allowed me to fully relax knowing Lou was in great hands. Louie can be quite reactive with other dogs, and they took the time to really listen and understand his needs. They handled him with such care, patience, and awareness — I was beyond impressed. It’s not easy to find people you completely trust with your dog, but I am so grateful to have found Yvonne and Manuel. Louie was so happy there, and I will absolutely be booking with them again. We had such a wonderful experience with our pet sitter! She was incredibly accommodating and took great care of our dog, Shadow, for two weeks while we were abroad. She was attentive, caring, and made sure Shadow was comfortable throughout his stay. Since Shadow isn’t comfortable with stairs, she went above and beyond by staying with him downstairs so he wouldn’t have to navigate them. We really appreciated her patience, flexibility, and genuine care for Shadow. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!
Nick and Divya were absolutely wonderful with Toto. They were super friendly and made him feel comfortable right away. I could tell from his photos how happy and relaxed he was. Celia she’s amazing! It was the first time having to leave my boy for overnight care. I was very anxious until I met Celia. She received us with a big smile and she took time to talk to me to calm my worries. Through out his stay my boy got all the love and care possible from Celia and her family, they spoiled him. I got constant updates and lots of pictures with his new friends. My boy had the best time! I couldn’t find a better person to take care of him. We will return soon, that’s for sure! I’ve used Manni more than once now and Zack is always happy, relaxed, and clearly very comfortable with her. She sends regular updates and photos, pays attention to his routines and personality, and makes the whole process very easy from drop-off through pickup. Most importantly, I never have to worry about him while I’m away. It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys having him around, and he trusts her. Reliable, thoughtful, communicative, and very accommodating. I’d happily book with her again and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone reliable and caring to look after their pet.
Nicole took wonderful care of Snoopy and gave us complete peace of mind throughout his stay. Snoopy can be quite timid, especially around unfamiliar dogs and new environments, but Nicole was incredibly patient and attentive. She followed his routine carefully, handled his walks very thoughtfully, and always made sure he felt safe and comfortable. She also sent us detailed updates and photos every day, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, we could clearly tell when we picked Snoopy up that he had been relaxed, happy, and very well cared for. By the end of his stay, he was completely comfortable with Nicole, asking for scratches, relaxing on the sofa, and behaving just like he does at home. We’re very grateful for the care and attention she gave him and would absolutely trust Nicole with Snoopy again. Highly recommended!
Omkar was great with Oreo! He came in a clutch when our regular sitter cancelled, and we are really happy that we went ahead with him. From taking Oreo on walks, to playing with him & ensuring we were kept updated, Omkar was fantastic. We'd definitely reach out to Omkar the next time we need someone to babysit Oreo.
Teruko has taken such good care of our dog while we were away for a month. My maltipoo has anxiety and was never apart from us for a long time. Teruko was extremely patient with our dog and knew exactly how to care for her and make sure she was at ease while we were away. She also sent daily updates and pictures/videos. I loved how transparent she was. Will definitely be booking with Teruko in the future again!
Susan went above and beyond for our Bailee boy. It was our wedding weekend and it was the first time we needed someone outside of our family and friends to watch our 11 year old dog. We really were nervous about the whole thing but when we first met Susan we instantly knew she would be an amazing match for Bailee. She was patient and kind. She even went over and beyond and was able to bring our dog with her to our photo location for our wedding during his stay with her. Usually our dog has allot of separation anxiety with us, but when we departed from him after the photos, he wasn’t upset at all and was so happy to stay with her. My husband and I were genuinely so shocked and surprised. Thank you so so much Susan for calming my own nerves about leaving my dog for the weekend. You truly are a gem. Bailee loves you so much!
