Hi there! We’re a young married couple living in Toronto who have loved and cared for animals our entire lives. From growing up with an Akita, a Malinois, Schnork, Yorkshire, Pointer and a Scottish Terrier, to welcoming countless furry friends into our home, animals have always been part of our family. With plenty of time, love, and experience, we make sure every guest feels safe, happy, and truly at home. Your pets will enjoy cuddles, playtime, and a warm environment while you’re away.

Giancarlo and Roberta are always so dependable, friendly and communicative. It's clear they genuinely care about the dogs they take care of and Archer LOVES seeing them every time. Definitely recommend them a million times over. They are awesome :)
Roberta and Giancarlo were both really lovely to deal with and sent lots of updates and photos of our little cavapoo along the way. It was our puppy's first time away from the family and they were so sweet with her. We would definitely call on them again in the future.
Giancarlo and Roberta were great! Timely, communicative, passionate about the animals in their care. Luna had a great time, she was fast asleep 2 minutes after pickup in the car! Will definitely use Giancarlo and Roberta again! Absolutely amazing!!
My Freya looked so happy in the pics Giancarlo shared during her boarding in North York. She was well cared for and taken on frequent walks. She came home in great spirits. I would recommend him and Roberta in a heartbeat. This was my first experience using Rover too. Delighted that it went well.
We couldn’t be happier with our Giancarlo! They are incredibly reliable, caring, and Franklin gets so excited every time they arrive, which says everything. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is getting great exercise, attention, and care while we’re busy. Communication is always great and we really appreciate the updates. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and wonderful with their dog!
I needed a sitter for the day because I was cancelled on last minute. They responded and accepted right away! So grateful and boo was very comfortable. They tracked his walks which some walkers don’t do and I will definitely book again :) Very sweet couple to leave your pet with!
