“Rachel is a wonderful dogsitter and took amazing care of our fur baby. She was attentive to all of his needs and communicated with us regularly so we were always informed on how our baby was doing. After not eating much the first day, Rachel went the extra step and cooked plain chicken for him on the second day to ensure his belly was not empty. She gave our fur baby lots of love, attention and cuddles. We would not hesitate to leave our baby with Rachel in the future. Thank you Rachel!!!”

This was our first time boarding our dog, Arlo, overnight, and because he can be a bit of an anxious dog, we were naturally nervous about leaving him. We weren’t sure how he would adjust to being away from us, but from the moment we met Nan, we felt reassured. It was immediately clear how much she genuinely loves and understands dogs, and her experience and calm, caring nature gave us confidence that Arlo would be well looked after. What meant the most to us were the regular updates throughout his stay. Nan sent photos and videos every day, and seeing Arlo looking relaxed, happy, and comfortable was such a relief. As anxious dog parents, those updates helped us feel connected to him and gave us peace of mind knowing he was settling in and enjoying himself. Nan treated Arlo like one of her own. It was obvious he was getting lots of attention, exercise, affection, and patience—something that is especially important for a dog who can be a little anxious in new situations. She took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable, and it truly showed. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and completely at ease. Seeing him so content after his first overnight stay away from home meant everything to us. We are so grateful to Nan for taking such wonderful care of Arlo and making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. Pei-Shan was an amazing sitter for Winston. Along with her furbaby Albus they hosted Winston for a fun weekend. Winston is usually very shy and anxious, but Pei-Shan made Winston feel at home. I received lots of updates and photos of their hangout. Thank you for having Winston!!
