Very professional and caring. My dog enjoyed his stay.

This was our first time boarding our dog, Arlo, overnight, and because he can be a bit of an anxious dog, we were naturally nervous about leaving him. We weren’t sure how he would adjust to being away from us, but from the moment we met Nan, we felt reassured. It was immediately clear how much she genuinely loves and understands dogs, and her experience and calm, caring nature gave us confidence that Arlo would be well looked after. What meant the most to us were the regular updates throughout his stay. Nan sent photos and videos every day, and seeing Arlo looking relaxed, happy, and comfortable was such a relief. As anxious dog parents, those updates helped us feel connected to him and gave us peace of mind knowing he was settling in and enjoying himself. Nan treated Arlo like one of her own. It was obvious he was getting lots of attention, exercise, affection, and patience—something that is especially important for a dog who can be a little anxious in new situations. She took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable, and it truly showed. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and completely at ease. Seeing him so content after his first overnight stay away from home meant everything to us. We are so grateful to Nan for taking such wonderful care of Arlo and making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter, and we will absolutely be booking with her again in the future. ❤️🐾

I contacted Nan for a last minute booking due to work travel. I intended to board my dog Otis at a kennel but sought out a different arrangement after realizing the kennel has no on-site staff overnight. From my first inquiry contact with Nan, I was immediately assured that Nan was the best person to care for my dog Otis. Not only did Nan ask important questions about Otis in the event of an emergency (like ensuring his vet and emergency contact info was available and up-to-date), she spent a fair amount of time gathering information from me about his personality and unique needs to ensure an adapted happy and positive experience. Nan also recognized my nervousness (this is the first time I've left Otis in sitter/kennel care), and she very kindly acknowledged this and asked what would be helpful to me as well! Nan was well prepared, organized, and on-time with our drop off and pick up plan. We went through Otis' comfort items, medications, and his feeding and elimination schedule. Nan didn't rush me at all during this time and followed the instructions precisely. Nan also stayed in regular communication with me, providing updates on how Otis was adjusting, photos, and confirming when medication was given. On pick-up, Otis was happy and relaxed. Nan made my first experience with a sitter an exceptionally positive experience. I highly recommend Nan because not only is she pleasant and easy to work with, most importantly, my Otis was clearly well cared for and remained a happy boy! Given that I travel a lot, I will definitely be contacting Nan again - working with Nan gives you true peace of mind that your pet is safe and loved.

We felt 100% comfortable leaving our dog with Nan and were very happy with our experience. We espeically appreciated the updates and pictures Nan sent.
