About: We are a couple wfh, who provide calm, attentive, and reliable care, treating every pet as if they were our own. We’re very mindful of routines, potty schedules, and feeding times. I’ve had dogs since I was a child, so I understand that every dog has a unique personality and benefits from a personalized approach to care. My husband also grew up caring for pets, including a dog, hamsters, a turtle, and birds, which has helped us develop patience and attentiveness with different types of animals. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. Since we work from home, we're able to structure our day around walks, potty breaks, feeding times, playtime, and companionship, ensuring pets are never left alone for long periods. In our apartment, pets are free to move around and relax comfortably. There is also a balcony where they can enjoy some fresh air during the day. We live in a calm, family-friendly neighbourhood, with a nearby park that’s perfect for walks and outdoor time.

Hoi was exceptional with Thor. From the moment we met her, we felt completely comfortable and knew he would be in great hands. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. Hoi was very communicative throughout Thor's stay, sending plenty of photos and daily updates that kept us informed about his activities and overall well-being. From the pictures, it was clear that Thor was relaxed, happy, and comfortable—just as he would be at home. I was especially thrilled to see him enjoying trips to the dog park, making friends with dogs of all sizes, and going on exciting trail walks. It truly felt like a little staycation for our pup! Hoi was also incredibly accommodating when it came to Thor's special meals and specific care requirements. Dizzy looked so happy in all the photos and videos she sent us! We loved seeing how much outdoor time and attention Dizzy received during the stay. We cannot recommend Petra highly enough! She took care of our dog Maggie for almost three weeks, and from the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing Maggie was in such loving and capable hands. Petra kept us updated with photos and messages throughout our trip, and it was obvious how comfortable and happy Maggie was. Maggie can be an anxious dog, but seeing her completely relaxed, playing, and even lying belly-up—a position she only uses when she feels totally safe and secure—gave us so much peace of mind. Petra went above and beyond to make Maggie feel at home. She even let Maggie enjoy baths, one of her absolute favourite things. It was clear that Petra genuinely cared for Maggie and treated her like one of her own. Coming home to a happy, relaxed dog is the best feeling, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care Petra provided. Karen took amazing care of my Shiba Inu, Dashi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was communicative, reliable, and cared about Dashi’s well-being. Teruko was very attentive and accommodating to my senior dog. He needs medication twice a day, uses a pee pad and enjoys going on walks, and she was able to meet all our requirements! She also updates me regularly and voluntarily. (I am always wondering if he ate or pooped, how he's doing throughout the day). From the pictures she sent, it looks like he really enjoyed his stay. When I picked him up, he also didn't seem to want to come home.

Roberta and Giancarlo were both really lovely to deal with and sent lots of updates and photos of our little cavapoo along the way. It was our puppy's first time away from the family and they were so sweet with her. We would definitely call on them again in the future.

Ilana and her family took wonderful care of our Pepe . She was easy to communicate with and allows us to do a meet and greet with Lamar . Pepe had a great time meeting a new friend .
