We had such a wonderful experience with our sitter! Our Chow Chow stayed with them for 4 nights, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. They prepared a very detailed routine document for our Chow Chow and followed her routine so carefully. It really showed how much they cared about making him feel comfortable and keeping his usual schedule. Picasso is a senior dog and requires extra care and attention which was provided from the moment I dropped him off. I was given updates and pictures throughout his stay. I only board my girl with Ilana and Lambros. Ava stayed in their care for two weeks while I was away, and Ilana kept me updated throughout her stay with photos and messages. She was also available if I had any questions or concerns. When I picked up Ava, she was happy and cared for. Petra took very good care of Thor and Thor enjoyed his stay with her! We received lots of pictures, videos and regular updates and we could see he’s in good hands. It’s was the hottest days of the year and air was polluted with wild fire . Petra ensured Thor doesn’t get exposed by doing short walks. Thank you! We would definitely choose Petra again.
Yaesul and Hyunjun were absolutely amazing with our senior dog, Duke! From the moment we dropped him off, they made him feel so welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly communicative throughout his entire stay, sending us daily photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. The biggest sign of how happy Duke was came on the second day when he started doing his signature comfort “cuddle” between their legs which showed us that he felt comfortable and safe. When we picked him up, he didn’t even seem to care about leaving their house to come home with us 😂. As funny as it was, it showed us just how loved and well cared for he was. We feel so grateful to have met Yaesul and Hyunjun and trust them completely with our boy. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter.
