“This is officially the first time I have my dog taken care of a by strangers from the internet. I booked on the first day of my trip to Toronto (last minute), regardless Rohit was very flexible and accommodating. The website really has precise information/description about the siters’s service and prices. My dog is 85lbs black Labrador/Germand shepherd, super stable except for separation anxiety. On our first meeting he was very supportive and asked very important questions about my Jack’s eating habits, behaviour with others animal/human, sleeping habit and activity requirements. After a small visite in the backward ,I knew that I found a very good location for my companion; shaded area full of plans, trees and a nice deck. During Jack’s stay, Rohit sent me updates and pictures that greatly reduced my anxiety and made me feel secure about his wellbeing. Rohit gave me great debrief on Jack’s stay and behaviours when I picked him up plus i got to meet Rohit’s sister (Ritu) how was very knowledgeable on animal care. I would recommend Rohit and Ritu to friends and family members on futur visit in the area. I love the approach they both had towards my compagnon during his stay. Thank you Marty”
“Muneeba was incredible. She clearly loves animals, and it was definitely felt by my pup the minute she met her. My pup instantly took to her on the meet and greet, and I knew I had chosen the right person to care for her while I was away for a week. She sent pictures and videos every day. Let me know every detail of how she was doing, and she clearly had a wonderful time staying with her. She’s never been away from me since she was born. This is her first time staying overnight with anybody anytime and the two of them clearly bonded incredibly for the week while I left her with her. When I returned, my pup hid behind her as she didn’t recognize me at first, but eventually came around and gave me a kiss and was glad that I was home. So yes, I would highly highly highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs. She is such a sweet person and her father as well. They truly know how to take care of your loved one. I will definitely be using her in again in the future for all my sitting needs for my pup. Thank you for taking care of her. I’m so happy to know you. From the moment I met them, they reassured me that he would be well taken care of, and they truly lived up to that. Sally is an amazing person and a fantastic dog sitter. This is our first time using Sally and as always we are a bit nervous leaving Kobe with someone new, but we could tell he was in good hands. Your fur baby's well being is your top priority when you are away. During our recent travel our boy Yuki was at Zee's place. It was such a relief to find a sitter who not only looks after your baby's physical needs but also their emotional well being. We were so impressed by the way Zee used to share regular updates about Yuki. Soldier was the perfect big brother to Yuki and was so accommodating and playmate. We cannot recommend Zee enough for the future boarding of Yuki. She genuinely loves animals and it shows. The only downside was that Yuki was having so much fun with Zee and Soldier that we felt he would be bored once he was back. Haha. We are so glad that we met Zee and Yuki was in his second home.
I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received with Kannan. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Mylo felt comfortable, safe, and loved. She provided hourly updates to both my sister and I (meaning 2 different accounts), when most people don’t even like providing updates to one person. It’s clear she genuinely cares about dogs and treat them like their own. Mylo looked like he was having so much! She went on many walks & followed instructions to a tee about his sleeping arrangements. We were a bit worried about this being a first time boarding (especially of 2 nights) and how Mylo would do with a new person, but she mentioned how well he slept and how comfortable he was doing. Nothing more is needed if your pup is comfortable and having fun! Kannan ended the boarding session with an adorable custom made report card. It mentioned Mylo’s Highlights from his stay, a report about his walks and his great tales of chasing away the squirrels. It also had a cute note stating “teachers notes”, which we really loved reading. I 100% wholeheartedly recommend Kannan! She went above and beyond for Mylo and I’m glad she was reliable and caring. It’s hard trying to find a place good enough for your pups where they can’t tell you how they’ve been treated. With how relaxed and comfortable Mylo looked in his photos, and when we brought him home, I’d say he had a great time. Will definitely book Kannan again! Thank you for taking such good care of Mylo. Puts our minds to ease.
