We had such a wonderful experience leaving our Maltease, Oscar, with Ram and Shuchee while we were away in Mexico. They truly treated Oscar like he was their own, and that gave us so much peace of mind while travelling. Sally is amazing! When we dropped Kobe off, Sally took notes to ensure a smooth transition. Sally was attentive with our requests but also implemented some strategies of her own. She went above and beyond with Kobe as he is such a fussy eater. I truly appreciate all the updates and photos. Kobe was well cared for and was happy when we picked him up. Sally is one of a kind! I will definitely use Sally again!
Sai was absolutely incredible with my dog, Mocha, for a two night stay. He and his wife were warm, welcoming and accommodating; Mocha liked them both instantly. I really appreciated them taking the time to get to know Mocha - his likes, dislikes, triggers, food and bathroom schedule. It gave my peace of mind to leave him with them and they also kept me updated about how he was doing with lots of pictures! I could see Mocha smiling- I definitely recommend them!!
My babies were well taken care of by the entire family, which is more than I can ever ask for. With 2 dogs, I know it can be a handful to learn the personalities of each but they took the time to understand their unique needs, routines, comforts and personalities. Communicated well and promptly, and I'm grateful to find a good loving and accepting family home that offers everything my dogs needed while I was away. Will recommend and trust that they will be in good care when rebooking.
