“Very professional, did a meet and greet first so our dogs could meet first. Gave me advices on some questions I had regarding training my puppy. You can see she is experience with dogs and training them and it shows with her own dog as well.”

About: Growing up on my dad's farm taught me that animals can have personality and intelligence. Whether they need someone to run them across a field and back or someone that looks after them while they snooze on a sofa, nurturing dogs physically and mentally is a task I do with pride. I usually work early mornings and am free after 3. I do live with a roommate that doesn't appreciate animals unfortunately so boarding is not service I can provide regardless of how much I'd love to. I used to work for Dogtopia, a dog daycare where I learned heaps of valuable information whether it be health wise or behaviour wise. Dogs are usually very good at exhibiting when something doesn't feel right and I will be able to read what they need and let you know as soon as possible. I can even treat mild to moderate illnesses if need be. Being away from a pet is hard, that's why I want to provide a service that eases that anxiety the best way I know how, by making sure that your dog stays happy and healthy as they wait for you to come back.
About: I’ve grown up with and cared for many pets, and now we have two puppies of our own, as well as a tortoise! Living near plenty of green space, we love going for walks and would love to walk your furry family members too! When we’re not out walking, we love to play with and snuggle our furry friends! Working with the school system, I’m almost off work for the summer months and will have plenty of time to help care for your loved ones! I have a large, fenced in yard, live near green space and a dog park, and have two puppies of my own to keep your fur baby company if you wish! We have lots of toys for the pups to play with and we always love a good snuggle!

I’m patient, gentle, and always make sure pets are well cared for and happy while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and can adapt depending on your pet’s needs. Since I split my time between Brampton and Vaughan for work, I prioritize bookings that are easy to access so I can give your pet consistent care and attention. I’m available for both short and longer stays depending on location. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I make sure to follow your instructions carefully and keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. I pay close attention to their behavior to ensure they feel safe and stress-free. “I booked Mikaela for drop-in visits for my cat and she was communicative, caring, accommodating, and punctual. I would definitely book her again in the future. Thank you, Mikaela!”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life — I’ve had both dogs and cats since childhood. Caring for them feels as natural to me as breathing. I’ve lovingly looked after my own pets and happily helped friends, neighbors, and family care for theirs. For over 25 years, I’ve given warmth and attention to puppies, kittens, senior pets, and those with special needs. To me, every pet is a unique story, a little heart that deserves safety, comfort, and love. I care for them as tenderly as I would for my own family. Because I work part-time, I have plenty of time to give your pet my full attention. I’m available for boarding on weekends and on weekdays, so your furry friend will always have someone to play with, comfort them, and keep them company when you can’t be there. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priority. I create a calm and comfortable environment where animals feel secure, relaxed, and loved. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, or simply spending quiet time together, I make sure all their needs are met. If needed, I can provide a dedicated space for rest and sleep. I care for every pet with patience, kindness, and the same love I would give to my own family.

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is the personalized care and attention I give to each dog’s unique needs. I have experience providing gentle, patient care for senior dogs, as well as raising and caring for young pups—including two of my own. My goal is to make every walk or visit enjoyable and stress-free for both you and your furry friend. I work from home most of the week so i can shift around my lunch to take out pets during those hours. I am also free in the early mornings and evening and most weekends! When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment tailored to their needs. “Jenny took care of my cat while I was on vacation. She is great with cats and dogs and I recommend her to anyone searching for a responsible and compassionate pet sitter. She did more than my expectations and I would definitely come back to her in future! Thank you so much Jenny!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog owner based in the Mississauga downtown core / Square One area. I’ve had and cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments — from extra large breeds like King Shepherds to small Chihuahuas. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs through every stage of life, from puppies to senior dogs, including times of sickness, recovery, and old age. I understand that every dog has their own personality, energy level, and comfort needs, and I always try to make sure they feel safe, cared for, and comfortable during our time together. I currently offer: • 30-minute solo walks – $30 • 30-minute group walks – $15 per dog • Longer walks available upon request I’m reliable, patient, and truly enjoy spending time with animals. Feel free to reach out with any questions — I’d love to meet your pup 🐾 Dog walking fits naturally into my routine. I enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and spending time with animals, so I’m able to give dogs calm, attentive care and consistency during their walks. I treat every dog like my own and focus on keeping walks calm, safe, and enjoyable. I pay close attention to each dog’s comfort level and try to make the experience as stress-free as possible, especially for dogs who can be nervous about things like loud noises, plastic bags, or unexpected objects like signs or movement on the street. During walks, I stay aware of surroundings and adjust the pace based on the dog. If needed, I gently guide them through situations that feel overwhelming, helping them build confidence over time. I also use simple structure during walks, like asking for a sit before crossing the street, to keep things safe and consistent. In a client’s home, I respect their space and routine and make sure everything is left as I found it. My goal is to create a calm, trusting experience where dogs feel safe and owners feel at ease knowing their pet is cared for properly.
About: I have spent my life caring for animals, growing up alongside a wide variety of breeds including Rottweilers, Huskies, Boston Terriers, and Jack Russells. I have experience managing different temperaments, sizes, and energy levels. Recently, I parted with my two closest long-term companions my 11 year old tabby, Captain, and my 10 year old Bully, Whiskey. Stepping into pet sitting allows me to offer my experience and structured care to other pet parents in need of a reliable handler. I will be the sole caretaker in the household. The environment is quiet, organized, and structured. There are three cats who are fully accustomed to dogs; they are highly independent and generally indifferent to guest pets, choosing to interact if a dog matches their energy. I am available for boarding and house sitting. My work schedule runs Monday through Friday in the afternoons (exact hours can be detailed during our consultation). Dogs staying with me will experience a relaxed, low-stress environment with routine potty breaks and dedicated attention. I reside in a 3rd-floor apartment with reliable elevator access. For senior dogs or those with mobility restrictions, I am physically capable of lifting and carrying larger breeds up and down the stairs if necessary. Due to the resident cats, I strictly accept dogs that are safe, relaxed, or neutral around felines.

“Alexandra took really good care of Skitty and Spirit! Reglar updates and photos were very helpful to ease your mind while away. I highly recommend Alexandra to anyone needing a reliable sitter with lots of experience.”

“My sweet Phoebe is everything to us and I felt so comfortable with Carolyn. Carolyn had to administer very important medication for Phoebe’s heart condition at the same time each day and this was our first time leaving Phoebe in the care of anyone since she started her medications. Carolyn’s daily updates were something we looked forward to and showed us just how healthy (and sassy) Phoebe continued to be in our absence. I would not hesitate to hire Carolyn again. She was reliable, loving and so very patient to our special girl. It’s so clear how much of an animal lover Carolyn is. Thank you so much!”

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
