“Juan was one of the best sitters we could ever find. She showed love, patience, and kindness to our furry little ones. Thank you, we will definitely book with her again. Thank you again.”

“Sally was amazing. She was extremely communicative and transparent. She followed all of our instructions and requests for Nyx perfectly and they had a wonderful time together. Our dog has stayed at several sitters and family members, and we can always tell how she fared by her demeanour when she’s back with us. Nyx came back calm and happy, and we could see she had a lovely time. I’m sure Nyx would yank us down the road to visit Sally again!”

“Hi Sai and Family, Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Tiger while we were away! It is such a huge relief to travel knowing they are in such safe, loving hands. We truly appreciate the updates and the extra belly rubs and walks you gave him, especially allowing him to sleep next to you to give that comfort feeling at a new place. Thanks for being awesome.”

“Jenny took good care of Bigi our 11 yr old beagle. She was prompt and updated us regularly about Bigi. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our time away without any worry. I highly reccommend her.”

“Our first time leaving our dog with Natalie. It was a great experience. No anxiety and relaxed stay for our dog. Would definitely repeat. Thanks Natalie for taking wonderful care of Roxy.”

“Hong and Mark took extremely good care of Buddy who seemed to have really enjoyed his time there. They also sent regular updates about Buddy, which was amazing. Would definitely recommend them for an amazing stay for your pet.”

“Sabina and her family were unbelievably wonderful! She made sure to update me about Chico everyday and sent me the cutest photos, he absolutely adored her! This was my first time leaving him in the hands of another family, so I was a little nervous about how he would act, but he was such a good boy and I’m so happy I found Sabina. Will definitely trust to leave Chico with Sabina and her family again :) highly recommend!!”

“This was our first time leaving Yogi with a sitter, and Mike and Mel made it such a great experience! They stepped in on short notice, kept us updated with messages and adorable pictures, and were so friendly and fun. Yogi clearly had an amazing time and came back happy and relaxed. We’re so grateful for their care and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Mary Anne was the best dog sitter ever for Nina! She was super keen on every detail around her caring and kept me posted along the 5 nights that she stayed with her. Mary Anne is kind and attentive and will for sure go the extra mile to make your pets feel loved and safe”

“Your fur baby's well being is your top priority when you are away. During our recent travel our boy Yuki was at Zee's place. It was such a relief to find a sitter who not only looks after your baby's physical needs but also their emotional well being. We were so impressed by the way Zee used to share regular updates about Yuki. Soldier was the perfect big brother to Yuki and was so accommodating and playmate. We cannot recommend Zee enough for the future boarding of Yuki. She genuinely loves animals and it shows. The only downside was that Yuki was having so much fun with Zee and Soldier that we felt he would be bored once he was back. Haha. We are so glad that we met Zee and Yuki was in his second home.”

“Thank you Varun and Rashmi for taking very good care of Norru!! You remained constantly in touch and kept me posted at every step. One of the best dog sitters I found on this app. Will definitely consider you guys next time again.”

“it's my fur baby's second time at Lili's place, it's his second time and Knux had a lot of fun playing. Lili is very caring and sends photos and videos and updates regularly (or when you are in doubt). I would highly refer Lili... a worried free experienced Pet sitter.”

“It was not the first time Zenaida took care of my cat, and it will not be the last. Zenaida is marvelous, she took great care of my cat and was very attentive. Zenaida is the best!”

“I highly recommend her! She took great care of my cats, Kiko and Sosa, while I was away. She kept me updated with photos and visit notes, and I could tell she genuinely cared about their well-being. “Shawna is the perfect cat sitter. After coming back from a 35 day trip my place was spotless. My kitty is happy, weights the same and all my plants are fine and pretty. Let her look after your pet and you won't be disappointed”

About: Growing up on my dad's farm taught me that animals can have personality and intelligence. Whether they need someone to run them across a field and back or someone that looks after them while they snooze on a sofa, nurturing dogs physically and mentally is a task I do with pride. I usually work early mornings and am free after 3. I do live with a roommate that doesn't appreciate animals unfortunately so boarding is not service I can provide regardless of how much I'd love to. I used to work for Dogtopia, a dog daycare where I learned heaps of valuable information whether it be health wise or behaviour wise. Dogs are usually very good at exhibiting when something doesn't feel right and I will be able to read what they need and let you know as soon as possible. I can even treat mild to moderate illnesses if need be. Being away from a pet is hard, that's why I want to provide a service that eases that anxiety the best way I know how, by making sure that your dog stays happy and healthy as they wait for you to come back.
“Jenny took care of my cat while I was on vacation. She is great with cats and dogs and I recommend her to anyone searching for a responsible and compassionate pet sitter. She did more than my expectations and I would definitely come back to her in future! Thank you so much Jenny!”

“Gauri is a wonderful sitter. Within just a few minutes of meeting her for the first time, Zeus became very comfortable with both her and Otis. Since Zeus is very pampered by his family and naturally quite shy, he usually takes some time to warm up to new people. Gauri kept me updated frequently with pictures and videos, and I was so happy to see him relax, get comfortable, and start playing with them. Zeus will definitely be spending more time with them in the future!”

About: Hi! I’ve been providing full-time dog boarding and pet care in my community for the past 9 years. Caring for dogs has been a huge part of my daily life, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for every pup. I also have my own Golden Retriever who is currently 14 years old, so I understand the importance of patience, routine, comfort, and attentive care — especially for senior dogs. Our home is a spacious 110 x 170 ft property with one of the largest fenced backyards in the neighborhood, providing dogs with plenty of safe outdoor space to play and explore during suitable weather. When indoors, dogs are treated like part of our family and can relax comfortably in a calm home environment. I also provide regular photo and video updates every 1–3 hours, so owners can feel connected and reassured while away. Over the past 9 years of full-time boarding experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of helping dogs build healthy routines, confidence, and positive behaviors in a home-style setting. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort will always be my top priority! I’m a full-time dog boarder and a stay-at-home mom, so dogs are rarely left alone and are always part of our daily family life. Our typical day starts around 8–9 AM with outdoor potty time and backyard play. Depending on the weather, dogs usually spend about 10–30 minutes outside enjoying the yard and social time. After coming back inside, I observe their energy levels and interactions to see whether they’d like to continue playing indoors or settle down and relax. If the weather is rainy, too cold, or uncomfortable, we usually do a quick potty break and head back inside, where I’ll add more indoor play and enrichment time before breakfast instead. Breakfast is usually served around 9–10 AM. After meals, each dog is encouraged to have a calm, quiet rest period for a few hours. I’m very mindful about avoiding intense activity right after eating, since it can lead to stomach issues or discomfort, especially for larger breeds. Around 12–1 PM, we head outside again for another backyard break and play session, usually around 20–30 minutes depending on the weather. On beautiful days, dogs may stay out longer and enjoy our large shaded backyard with mature trees. During colder or rainy days, outdoor time is kept shorter for comfort and safety. Inside, dogs have access to about 2,800 sq ft of indoor living space and are treated like family members, not kenneled all day. On weekdays around 2:30 PM, I briefly leave for about 30 minutes to pick up my child from school. If I’m caring for a particularly anxious dog, I may bring them along for the short car ride so they feel more comfortable and secure. Our third outdoor session is usually between 4–5 PM, again depending on weather and the dogs’ energy levels. Dinner is served around 6 PM, followed by another calm rest period to help digestion and keep everyone relaxed for the evening. Around 9 PM, we do one final backyard potty break before bedtime. Since it’s already dark by then, outdoor time is usually kept to about 10 minutes. After that, the dogs settle in for the night and sleep indoors with us near the primary bedroom, just like part of the family. I currently have a 14-year-old Golden Retriever and a 12-year-old rescued small mixed-breed dog. Over the past 9 years of full-time boarding, both my dogs and I have gained a great deal of experience living and interacting with dogs of all personalities, ages, and energy levels. I’m especially experienced with senior dogs and pay very close attention to behavior, movement, appetite, energy changes, and overall comfort. Because I observe dogs carefully throughout the day, I’m often able to notice signs of discomfort or health concerns early. My boarding environment is designed to help dogs maintain healthy routines, emotional balance, and positive social behaviors. For example, after meals, dogs are encouraged to rest calmly instead of continuing active play, which helps protect digestion and reduce risks such as bloating or stomach discomfort. I also schedule at least four potty breaks every day to support overall comfort and urinary health. Dog boarding is my full-time focus — I don’t run another business or work outside the home — which means my attention stays fully on the dogs in my care. Constant companionship and supervision can also provide a lot of emotional comfort for dogs while they are away from home. Weather conditions are something I take seriously as well. Extremely cold temperatures can affect dogs physically, especially seniors or smaller breeds, while wet conditions may contribute to skin irritation, paw inflammation, or discomfort. During hot summer days, outdoor time is adjusted carefully to avoid overheating, especially during midday hours. We often use shaded areas, fans, or tents to keep dogs comfortable outdoors when needed. In colder weather, dogs may wear jackets when temperatures drop below around 10°C. On rainy days, dogs are thoroughly towel-dried after coming back inside to keep them warm, dry, and comfortable. These are not occasional routines — they are habits and care practices I’ve consistently followed every single day over the past 9 years.
“Jenny did a great job taking care of my dog. I left her with her for a day and she was well taken care of. Ellie was able to comfortably explore a new environment and meet some new friendly pups. I would definitely take Ellie back to Jenny.”

“We are so very thankful to Maricel and Arnel for looking after our energetic and loving pups. They are very easy to deal with and everything went perfectly smooth. They truly care about our pups while under their care. Highly recommended and would definitely book again.”

“Sai was a great host. Sent me updates with great photos where I could tell my pups were having a great time and being well taken care of. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again in the future when I'm in town.”

“Kandace did a great job with our 14 week old Puppy. Kept us up to date with pictures and showed genuine care and compassion for animals. Thank you so much for making Juno felt so welcome.”

“We recently had Kunal take care of Cooper, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, Kunal was super easy to communicate with and genuinely seemed to understand puppies, which immediately put us at ease. Cooper can be a handful at times (lots of energy, very curious), but Kunal handled him with patience and calm confidence. What really stood out was the little things — regular updates, photos, and just the way he paid attention to Cooper’s routine and comfort. It never felt like Cooper was just being “watched”; it felt like he was being cared for. When we got Cooper back, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. That says everything. Would absolutely trust Kunal again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and genuinely caring.”

“Absolutely fantastic, our puppy Leo loves every walk of doggy daycare session with Todd. Todd has taken such good care of Leo, he’s patient, understanding and willing to work with Leo even though he’s still a puppy. Many thanks Todd for the exceptional care for our little guy”

About: I currently have a job at an animal shelter, that has me attend to both dogs and cats. I know how to care for them, to give them mental stimulation and enrichment, to properly clean up after them, all the works. Before I’ve had to start working at the shelter, I had to complete a course specifically about animal care, and what to do in many different kinds of situations. I’m sure that your pet would have an amazing stay with me! :) I've taken care of my yorkshire terrier since I was ~8 years old. I've had her ever since she was a pup. Unfortunately, she has passed, but she made it to almost 14 years old. I know how to take care of the smallest lil guys even up to the oldest sweethearts. I've also brought my dog to a dog park multiple times, so she's been around multiple different kinds of dogs, and that therefore means that I have also surrounded myself with a bunch of different dogs! I've visited my grandparents a few times, and hung out with their larger dog (labrador) and cared for their cat that had little kittens. I've also occasionally looked after my neighbours cat, and cleaned up their litterbox, etc. I'm currently attending university, so I'll have to work around a schedule, but I’ll still be able to take them out for walks, etc! luckily my schedule pretty flexible, so tell me the time you want, and I will try to make it work. I have recently started working at an animal shelter, but for the times that I’ll be over there, my family will take care of your babies at home :) I have a fenced backyard, with an area of grass for your babies to do their business in. Also, there's a park close to my house, and I would gladly bring them over there to play if you wanted me to do so! I am also able to walk them around my neighbourhood. my house is a pretty relaxed environment, and I've become pretty knowledgeable on animal behaviours + indicators of health thanks to my current studies in animal biology and my experiences in my current job at the animal shelter. I can assure you that I will do my very best to take care of your buddy!
About: I have lived with and cared for dogs for over 15 years, so I truly understand their personalities, routines, and emotional needs. Every dog is different, which is why I always start with a meet and greet to get to know your pet’s behaviour, comfort level, and habits before any stay. My husband Prasanth and I are also pet parents of a 3 year old lab, so we completely understand the anxiety and concern owners feel when they are away. We make sure to keep communication open with regular photo and video updates to help you feel connected and reassured. I am certified in Pet First Aid for dogs and cats, and I only host a maximum of two dogs at a time. This allows me to provide personalized attention, calm companionship, and a home like environment where every pup feels safe and loved. My goal is simple: to give your pet the same care, comfort, and affection I give my own. Me and my husband work from home, so there is almost always someone around to look after the pets. This allows us to give them plenty of attention throughout the day. At my home, every dog is treated like family. I have a secure backyard where pets can safely play, stretch, and enjoy fresh air throughout the day. I always supervise outdoor time to make sure everyone stays happy and safe. Inside, the environment is calm, clean, and pet-friendly. I keep water available at all times, follow each pet’s feeding schedule carefully, and make sure they have comfortable spots to rest.
About: Small dogs and puppies need extra attention, comfort, and supervision and I make sure they feel safe, supported, and loved at all times. I’m calm, responsible, and very attentive, so I pick up on their needs quickly. I also keep owners updated with photos, videos, and messages, so you always know how your little one is doing. Your fur baby will get care, routine, and affection, just like at home.” “I keep my schedule open and flexible so I can focus on the pets I care for. Whether it’s drop-ins, walks, or sitting, I always make sure their needs fit smoothly into my day. I enjoy starting and ending my day with walks, play, and cuddle time, so pet care blends naturally into my everyday life.” For puppies, structure is everything. In my home, I create a calm and predictable routine — scheduled meals, regular outdoor breaks, supervised playtime, and basic training like sitting, waiting, and potty habits. I keep dangerous items out of reach and always monitor them closely. If I’m caring for puppies in a client’s home, I follow your routine step-by-step so your puppy gets consistency. I make sure they stay safe, avoid chewing hazards, and get plenty of positive attention.”

“This is the second time we’ve booked walks with heather while we were on vacation. Bao always has the best time with her and is super excited to see her! She’s super punctual and easy to communicate and coordinate with!”

“Shawn is excellent with Cosmo. He works with the individual needs of the dog, making sure that they're comfortable and happy on the walks. They became friends very quickly. Very happy to have found Shawn on Rover.”

“Alyssa is wonderful! She is kind, knowledgeable, and obviously cares about animals. Causeway loved her from the moment he met her and looked forward to going on their walks. Thank you so much, Alyssa for the excellent care you provided to Causeway.”

“Riley is amazing with my little Dixie. In just one week she has built an amazing bond with him. He looks forward to seeing her and going for walks with her. She is also training him and he has ha improved a lot in his social skills. Great work Riley…!!!!”

“Mayra was fantastic!! This pleasant and friendly young lady went above and beyond in our expectations of her. We have a dog that takes time to warm up to people and other dogs. She can be a little difficult to deal with and is very stubborn. Mayra listened closely at our 'meet & greet' and applied that learning to properly deal with our difficult dog. She adjusted her schedule to meet our needs at short notice and did more than just take her for a walk. Mayra spent time playing with our dog, sitting & petting her in her favourite spots while playing soothing music, and hand-feeding her, when she didn't want to walk. She comforted her during a thunderstorm. Mayra understands that stepping in to care for a dog is more than just taking the dog around the block on a leash. She provided detailed updates, photographs and videos after each walk. All of which made us very comfortable with our choice to ask Mayra to do the job she did. I would, very highly, recommend Mayra, and will, most definitely, be utilizing her services again!! Thank you, Mayra!!!”

About: I've had pets almost all my life. From small to large, cats to reptiles, hedgehogs to large dogs. 10 years volunteering in wildlife rehab, with a specialty in rabies vector species (skunks and bats have my heart). Especially fond of cats, small creatures, and large dogs. Fun fact: In nearly a decade of caring for skunks, I've never been sprayed. Animals can tell who we are. I work from home on a flexible schedule. Not typically an early riser, but I set my own hours and am willing to adapt to your pet's schedule. I can't take home anything free-roaming or larger than a hamster cage, as Ali is king of this castle and not welcoming to outsiders. However, I am able and willing to come to you. I'm tidy, respectful, and well accustomed to following detailed feeding/medicating/routine guidelines.
“Shawna is an excellent dog walker! She is so knowledgeable and comfortable with all types of dogs. Our dog can be quite stubborn but she worked her magic and got him moving! Thanks again Shawna, will absolutely use her again next time we need her!!”

About: I've taken care of my own cats for about 10 years. I have also provided care for neighbours and family with their own cat caring needs. As well as looking after family's dogs for extended periods of time. I'm currently a stay at home mom/wife with kids in school, so I have time between school drop off and school pick up to visit and walk pets during the week. I love walking so I can take your dog for as long or short as walk as they need, I enjoy cuddling with dogs of any age and size. I respect a cat's need to hide, I will ensure that their needs are met but if your cat is not a people person I will never cross their boundaries.
“Skyler has been great to work with! We are leaving on a trip and in preparation for his upcoming dog sitting stay, we’ve been hiring Skyler to dog walk to help our dogs get used to him. Skyler has been asking lots of questions about our dogs to get to know them. We’ve appreciated his flexibility in meeting with us and our dogs multiple times to help ease the transition and our mind leave them. Our dogs are our babies and we wouldn’t just settle for anyone! I feel like Skyler is a natural with dogs and I think our dogs will be in great hands! Thank you Skyler! 🙂”

“Gabriel is very good with Ace! He is punctual, funny and knows a lot about dogs! I like that Ace is comfortable around him. I’ve used Gabriel 2 or 3 times now and will continue. Thank you so much Gabriel!”

“Punctual, on time and looked out for my dog by crossing the street when there were other dogs approaching on his walk. I had also called Charmy when I needed help letting my dog out in the backyard while I was away, and she was always on time and sent me photos!”

About: Hi, I’m Katie Latimer – and I’m here to give your pet the love and care they deserve. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me. After losing Brady, a beloved pup who left a big pawprint on my heart, my passion for making animals feel safe, happy, and loved only grew stronger. I now run my own virtual assistance business where I get to work with some amazing pet brands—so animals are a part of both my personal and professional life. That passion also inspired me to launch Sittin' with Katie, my own pet walking and sitting service. It’s the perfect way to combine my love for animals with my work, and I truly feel lucky to do what I do. When I’m not out on a walk with a four-legged friend, you’ll probably find me sending dog videos to my friends, or falling into a (very cute) rabbit hole of pet reels. I genuinely care about every animal I meet and treat them like they’re my own. If you’re looking for someone who will shower your pet with love, keep them safe, and maybe spoil them with a few extra cuddles—you’ve found your match I work from home so it’s easy for me to jump off the computer anytime for a good play session, potty break or just good old belly rubs. I can easily crate your dog if needed and provided outdoor time when at your house. I won’t surround them with any other animals unless permission is advised by my clients
About: I have 12+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’ve supported neighbors and family with daily walks, feeding schedules, enrichment, and basic training reinforcement. Because I work from home, I’m highly responsive and can provide reliable, consistent care. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, and administering simple medications if needed. My goal is always a safe, structured, and loving experience. Your pet won’t just be walked — they’ll be genuinely cared for. I treat every dog like my own and take the time to understand their personality, energy level, and routine. As someone who truly misses my own furry friends back home, I pour that love into every pet I care for. Since I work from home, pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to provide consistent walks, drop-ins, and check-ins throughout the day without rushing. I’m available weekdays during daytime hours and most weekends. Because I’m home-based, I can be flexible and responsive to your pet’s specific schedule and needs. Your pet’s safety is my top priority. During walks, I use secure leashes and stay alert to surroundings at all times. I avoid overcrowded areas and ensure dogs are comfortable and hydrated. In your home, I respect your space and carefully follow feeding, medication, and routine instructions. I always double-check doors, gates, and locks before leaving. Clear communication and photo updates are included with every visit.

About: Hi, I’m Jaida! If there’s one thing people know about me, it’s that I love animals and am happiest when I’m around them. I currently work part-time as a dog groomer and previously worked at a dog daycare, where I spent my days supervising, training, and caring for dogs. Those jobs have given me experience working with dogs of different breeds and sizes, and helped me become comfortable handling different behaviours and situations. I also have two large dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pet. I’m currently an undergraduate student hoping to build a career working in veterinary medicine. Spending time with pets is something I genuinely enjoy. Whether your dog wants to spend the day playing or would rather relax beside someone, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them comfortable. Since I work part-time, I have a flexible schedule and can often make time for pet care throughout the week and on weekends. I’m reliable, easy to reach, and happy to send pictures and updates while you’re away. When caring for your pet, my goal is to make things feel as normal as possible for them. I’ll take the time to learn their routine and follow it closely, from feeding schedules to walks and any special instructions you may have. I know being away from their owner can be stressful for some pets, so I try to make sure they feel comfortable and secure while you’re gone. My experience in grooming and daycare has taught me how to read dog body language and recognize when a dog is excited, nervous, tired, or needs space. I’ll always pay attention to how your pet is feeling and adjust my approach to what works best for them. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll treat your space with respect and leave everything the way I found it. I know pets are family, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, whether that’s during a quick walk, a drop-in visit, or an extended stay.

“It was Dyno first time staying overnight, kunal took great care as he made Dyno feel safe. I am greatfull for treating Dyno feel like home and letting him sleep with you Definitely recommend he is a great sitter to have”

“Nisha and Joe were fantastic! Bear came home tired from all her exercise and playing with new friends! Nisha and Joe were so accommodating when we had to extend by a night! Beat will most definitely be back!! Thank you for taking such great care of our fur baby!”

“Anna was truly incredible. We got married and she cared for Bella for the whole weekend. We were stress free knowing she was in good hands with Anna. Bella was also a little injured prior to going to Anna and she was phenomenal with giving her her meds and following all the instructions we gave. Highly recommend. Thank you for loving our Bella!”

“Sofia is a true animal lover. She was incredibly patient with my dog, great to work with and attentive/ understanding with my dog's needs in the moment. She followed my dogs schedule, kept me updated throughout the stay and went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable. I would recommend Sofia to anyone who is looking for a sitter. Thank you so much for taking great care of Cali while I was away.”

“No difference..it's the same excellent experience with David again He is very responsible and very helpful. Pictures and updates were all on time. And it's really peace of mind when the doggos are with David. The best thing I like about David is that, he always takes the time to talk about the stay and it really gives an assurance that the stay went well for both him and the doggies. Its a surprise when he talks about the little things that only you know about the doggos. Thank you again David. We will bug you soon.”

“Sukanya is a great sitter. She took care of Benji, gave me regular updates as requested and was very accommodating. She has experience looking after huskies and made sure Benji was loved and well looked after while I was away.”

“Syd was wonderful and made us very comfortable leaving our dog unexpectedly with a new person. She provided kind, compassionate care, going above and beyond, and gave detailed updates, keeping us in the loop while we were away. Her experience and calmness with dogs was highly evident.”
