Louisa is a nervous mastiff and can be quite particular, so finding someone I trust with her is no small thing, and Pei exceeded every expectation. From the start, Pei created such a calm and welcoming environment. Louisa was given the time and space she needed to settle in at her own pace, and it was clear she felt safe to gradually explore, enjoy the trails, and grow more comfortable each day. Pei kept me consistently updated, which gave me huge peace of mind. The updates were thorough, reassuring, and showed not just experience, but genuine care and affection for Louisa. What really stood out was the extra effort and attention to detail. Louisa is an extremely fussy eater, and Pei took the time to make thoughtful adjustments, adding toppings, adapting her meals, and ensuring she stayed well fed and happy. That kind of effort meant so much. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and feel incredibly relieved and grateful to have found such a wonderful “home away from home” for my sensitive girl.”
“Our dog pepper was with a lovely lady and her family, while we were in another country for our sons wedding. Mona kept us posted with pictures and little messages. We had many years ago left our much younger dog in a very nice kennel outside of Mississauga and he came home mentally squirrelly barking and pooping and peeing all over the place it took him a few days to come back down to normal. So when i visited with Mona for a meet and greet it went very well, i felt that our senior dog of 18 going on very shortly to the ripe age of 19 was in very good hands. I am looking forward to having Mona look after pepper again, as we can see travel even down the road to see family he is needing more care than before. Mona will be my go to again. Thank you for your tender care and love on our little senior dog, you were a blessing to us.. I never worried at all while we were gone. Pepper actually came home after our trip and settled right back into the home routine... he was for sure loved on! And Mona lives close by! Bonus for me.... I cannot recommend Mana highly enough! She took amazing care of my dog for two weeks and went above and beyond in every way. Throughout the entire stay, she constantly sent photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was clear from the pictures that she treated him like one of her own. What really impressed me was when my dog got sprayed by a skunk. Mana immediately stepped in, went out to get special products, and took the time and effort to properly clean and care for him. Our dog, Jasper, stayed with Claire for a full week, and this was his very first time away from home. Naturally, we were quite anxious about leaving him. Claire was honest, communicative, and incredibly attentive throughout his stay. Turbo seemed to really enjoy his stay with Sabrina and Rich! He was comfortable and happy, plus he warmed up well to them. Sabrina was attentive and cared for Turbo like he was her own dog. We got plenty of pictures and video updates as well. Overall a very good experience and Turbo had a good vacation of his own!
Himanshi was a great sitter for our little 1 yr old pooch. She was professional and very attentive and sent us regular updates. This was the first time we had our cockapoo stay overnight at someone other than family’s house and she did great. Himanshi sent us updates which put us at ease. Danielle provided an exceptional second home for Duke. I was very pleased with the way she went over and beyond to make Duke feel right at home, along with her children. He had full roam of her house which he loved, and he followed her wherever she went. She even provided Duke with Pup Cups and treats to make Duke’s stay with her a memorable one. Danielle even provided me with daily pictures and updates which made me and my family more at ease. I know now, whenever we’re going to be away and can’t take Duke with us, Danielle is going to be the first person I call. Sharon was absolutely wonderful with our dog Jersey. We haven’t boarded Jersey outside of our home for years and know she gets very nervous when we go out of town. Sharon was so caring and did 2 pre-visits with us to ensure Jersey was comfortable when we left her overnight. Sharon was caring a patient as Jersey took some time to settle in.
