About: Growing up with dogs, I developed a love for and learned to take care of dogs from a young age. As a dog trainer and with my work at a doggy daycare, I have experience with all ages and sizes of dogs. I have also previously volunteered at a shelter and have experience with rescues as well. I work part time at a doggy daycare, so I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, love, and snuggles for dogs. My time is fairly flexible overall. I have a fenced in yard and a very walkable neighbourhood. My own dog is fairly dog neutral and may engage in play but is also just happy to coexist. I feed dogs in separate areas to avoid any issues that may arise around food. Dogs are crated or in separate areas if there is a brief time that nobody is home and as requested by the owner (ex. Crate at night). I also have a toddler who enjoys playing with dogs that are willing but is respectful and generally ignores dogs if they do not engage her in play.

This was a trial run before our upcoming two-week trip to Europe, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. To my surprise and relief, he settled in with Deborah almost immediately. It was so clear from the updates and photos that both dogs felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. Turbo seemed to really enjoy his stay with Sabrina and Rich! He was comfortable and happy, plus he warmed up well to them. Sabrina was attentive and cared for Turbo like he was her own dog. We got plenty of pictures and video updates as well. Overall a very good experience and Turbo had a good vacation of his own!
