Sharon is amazing! My boy Boris had a great time with her, evident by the many photos and videos she sent during his stay. Sharon really takes the time prior to your pets stay to find out all about your pet, their routines and their habits. When I arrived to drop him off he ran in excited to see Sharon again (we had a meet and greet previously). Sharon is great at communication and responds to queries quickly. I cannot recommend Mana highly enough! She took amazing care of my dog for two weeks and went above and beyond in every way. Throughout the entire stay, she constantly sent photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was clear from the pictures that she treated him like one of her own. What really impressed me was when my dog got sprayed by a skunk. Mana immediately stepped in, went out to get special products, and took the time and effort to properly clean and care for him. Our dog, Jasper, stayed with Claire for a full week, and this was his very first time away from home. Naturally, we were quite anxious about leaving him. Turbo seemed to really enjoy his stay with Sabrina and Rich! He was comfortable and happy, plus he warmed up well to them. Sabrina was attentive and cared for Turbo like he was her own dog. We got plenty of pictures and video updates as well. Overall a very good experience and Turbo had a good vacation of his own!
