PAWsitively Great Pet Sitters!
I worked as a veterinarian receptionist for two years. Since then, we owned a yellow lab for nine years. More recently, we have been dog sitting for friends. We have now been dog sitting with Rover for over four years. We have watched all kinds of dogs - Chihuahuas, Pugs, Poodles, Dachshunds, Miniature Schnauzers, Beagles, Goldendoodles, Labs, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Great Danes etc. All of us have an active role in caring for your dog to ensure he/she/they have the best experience possible. We both work from home full time so we are able to let your pup out or take your pup on walks during breaks throughout the day. We will ensure that your dog gets a lot of attention. We will ensure your dog is fed, cuddled, and played with each day. We have a fully fenced-in yard. We also live near a large field, forest area and a dog park. We have extra leashes, poop bags, food/water bowls and dog toys (if needed). Don't worry about bringing a crate since we have a large 42-inch crate available for your pup to use! While your dog is staying with us, we want to help your pup stick with their routine. To do this, your dog is able to sleep in our rooms, in their crate or wherever they are usually set up! You don't have to worry while you're away, your dog will be treated as if they are our own! We will send you daily pictures with updates of your dog's time with us!

Rachel & Michael were so, so kind, patient and accommodating with Eda. I'm immensely grateful of how understanding they were, as Eda can be a very nervous, quirky girl who takes many meds. This was Eda's first experience staying with people other than family, and Rachel&Michael's willingness to do a last-minute trial run before doing a longer stay, and their updates during Eda's stay really put me at ease. Rachel and Michael took such good care of our dog Milo. This was the second time he stayed with them while we were away. As always we received updates of Milo with pictures everyday. Schedule
We will make your pup feel welcome and loved while they are staying with us. We will take them on walks, feed them and play with them before, during (on breaks), and after work.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced backyard. We do not live near a main road (limited traffic). We will follow and respect the rules you have set for your dog at home. We have a baby gate set up near our front door to keep your dog safely inside as people come and go. We have a safe, dog-friendly home that can support your pup!
A typical day
With your dog, we will go on lots of walks around the neighbourhood, through the nearby forests and Lion's Park. We will also give lots and lots of snuggles, belly rubs and back scratches. We will spend a lot of time playing with your dog and their toys. There is no doubt that your pup will have an awesome time!
