She came to our home to meet our dog Ollie on two occasions, which allowed him and us to get very comfortable around her. In those meetings she was so naturally loving and nurturing to Ollie, which allowed him to trust her almost immediately. She listened intently on Ollie’s eating schedule, his medication routine, and his route for walking (altered due to his recently knee surgery) and she implemented all our requests while house sitting. She sent frequent pictures and updates (twice daily) to give us peace of mind that Ollie was doing okay in our absence, as he is a very nervous and anxious dog. We could see from these pictures and updates that Ollie was coping well in his new circumstances for the week. She also took excellent care of our home, keeping it clean, taking out our garbage, and essentially leaving it as we left it. We couldn't be happier with the care Angela provided for Thor. From our very first meet-and-greet, she made us feel comfortable and took the time to get to know both Thor and us. Throughout our trip, she kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and videos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. When we picked Thor up, it was obvious he had been incredibly well cared for. His coat looked shinier, like he had been brushed regularly, and he came home relaxed and content. Normally he's extremely excited and clingy after we've been away, but this time he was calm and happy, which told us he had received plenty of attention, affection, and exercise while we were gone. We also ran into an unexpected issue with Thor's food delivery, and Angela went above and beyond by helping us pick up his food from the pet store without hesitation. That level of kindness and flexibility meant a lot to us. If you're looking for someone who genuinely loves animals, communicates exceptionally well, and treats your dog like one of her own, we highly recommend Angela. We wouldn't hesitate to trust her with Thor again and will absolutely be booking with her in the future!
Paige is the best!! She took such amazing care of my girl and our home! She kept me updated everyday and sent lots of pictures. She’s amazing with our dog, takes care of her as if she was her own. I was able to enjoy my week away knowing my dog was in safe hands and having the best time!
Marina was amazing! She looked after our older dog in our home for a week, and expertly managed all our dog's needs, including multiple medications twice each day. Our pup seemed to get comfortable with her quite quickly, too. Marina also left the house in excellent shape. You wouldn't know anyone had even been here. Audrie was great! Was the first time using Rover after I started to become uncomfortable leaving my 18 year old cockapoo alone for any extended periods of time. His declining mobility means he can’t always get himself up to standing and needs some help occasionally when he wanders into a corner and can’t figure out how to turn around. Audrie was so sweet with him and I came home to a happy, well cared for and sound asleep puppy! Can’t thank Audrie enough for her kind, responsible and mature approach with caring for Jackson.
