Leo wouldn’t eat at first but Melanie was able to find him an alternative so that he would eat. We never doubted that Leo was not well taken care of. Sharon really takes the time prior to your pets stay to find out all about your pet, their routines and their habits. When I arrived to drop him off he ran in excited to see Sharon again (we had a meet and greet previously). Sharon is great at communication and responds to queries quickly. From the moment that Foram met my golden doodle, Salem, she was welcoming and amazing. She allowed Salem to get comfortable with her new surroundings. I cannot recommend Mana highly enough! She took amazing care of my dog for two weeks and went above and beyond in every way. Throughout the entire stay, she constantly sent photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was clear from the pictures that she treated him like one of her own. What really impressed me was when my dog got sprayed by a skunk. Turbo seemed to really enjoy his stay with Sabrina and Rich! He was comfortable and happy, plus he warmed up well to them. Sabrina was attentive and cared for Turbo like he was her own dog. We got plenty of pictures and video updates as well. Overall a very good experience and Turbo had a good vacation of his own!
