Rommel sent multiple photo and video updates every single day, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. But what really blew me away was when Adonis ran out of treats, Rommel went out and bought more without a second thought. That kind of care and initiative isn’t something you can teach, it just shows the type of person he is. I came back to one happy, well-loved dog, and that says everything. “This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous. After filtering my search criteria and reading a lot of reviews (I wanted to make sure there were repeat visits), I reached out Jacky and Rocio. They were quick to respond, friendly and so patient with me. They answered all my questions and even wanted to learn about my dog. I asked to meet up with them beforehand so that our dogs could meet (to make sure they got along and to calm my first-time jitters 😅). They were more than happy to meet up for a dog walk around their neighbourhood. Jacky and Rocio were very accommodating to our schedule. At drop off, they made the transition so seamless and comfortable (for both myself and my dog). They sent me many updates, photos and videos of their day together over the entire 4 day stay. Honestly, my family and I joked that our dog might not want to come back to us because of how happy she looked in pictures! The pick up was also very efficient. I’m already booking them again for another out of town trip. If you need somebody to look after your fur baby, I highly recommend Jacky and Rocio. They treat your pet like their own.”

“Danielle provided an exceptional second home for Duke. I was very pleased with the way she went over and beyond to make Duke feel right at home, along with her children. He had full roam of her house which he loved, and he followed her wherever she went. She even provided Duke with Pup Cups and treats to make Duke’s stay with her a memorable one. We left our very anxious Morkie with Sharon for 2 weeks while we were away on vacation. I was very nervous to leave our dog for so long. Although our pup was shy and nervous at first, she warmed up to Sharon very quickly. Sharon is a very caring and kind person. She sent me photos and video updates every single day. Her and her husband will ensure your dog gets all the walks, exercise, and outdoor adventures your dog needs and more, receives the support, encouragement, and at-home adjustments for all your dog's quirks and challenges, and gets all the care and love your dog deserves. They are incredibly patient and understanding, and are just two genuinely dog loving people who will treat your pets like their own and make sure your pets are safe and have all the fun while you are away. Mana is also very thorough as she will understandly require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility and will provide a form/checklist (dog feeding instructions, personality traits, routines, acceptable treats, etc.) for the owner to complete.
