They were quick to respond, friendly and so patient with me. They answered all my questions and even wanted to learn about my dog. I asked to meet up with them beforehand so that our dogs could meet (to make sure they got along and to calm my first-time jitters 😅). They were more than happy to meet up for a dog walk around their neighbourhood. Jacky and Rocio were very accommodating to our schedule. At drop off, they made the transition so seamless and comfortable (for both myself and my dog). They sent me many updates, photos and videos of their day together over the entire 4 day stay. Honestly, my family and I joked that our dog might not want to come back to us because of how happy she looked in pictures! The pick up was also very efficient. Not only did they take amazing care of our dog, Miracle, but they treated her like one of their own. By the end of our meet-and-greet, Miracle was playing with toys, and by the second day we were away, she was eating her usual amount—something that has NEVER happened before! This helped us to feel like we still got to enjoy Christmas with our pup even though we weren’t there with her. With our trip coming up, we found Shelly and her family at the very last minute and didn’t even have time for a meet‑and‑greet. Turbo seemed to really enjoy his stay with Sabrina and Rich! He was comfortable and happy, plus he warmed up well to them. Sabrina was attentive and cared for Turbo like he was her own dog.
