They were quick to respond, friendly and so patient with me. They answered all my questions and even wanted to learn about my dog. I asked to meet up with them beforehand so that our dogs could meet (to make sure they got along and to calm my first-time jitters 😅). They were more than happy to meet up for a dog walk around their neighbourhood. Jacky and Rocio were very accommodating to our schedule. At drop off, they made the transition so seamless and comfortable (for both myself and my dog). They sent me many updates, photos and videos of their day together over the entire 4 day stay. Honestly, my family and I joked that our dog might not want to come back to us because of how happy she looked in pictures! The pick up was also very efficient. From the moment that Foram met my golden doodle, Salem, she was welcoming and amazing. She allowed Salem to get comfortable with her new surroundings. I cannot recommend Mana highly enough! She took amazing care of my dog for two weeks and went above and beyond in every way. Throughout the entire stay, she constantly sent photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was happy, safe, and well cared for. It was clear from the pictures that she treated him like one of her own. What really impressed me was when my dog got sprayed by a skunk. Mana immediately stepped in, went out to get special products, and took the time and effort to properly clean and care for him. Turbo seemed to really enjoy his stay with Sabrina and Rich! He was comfortable and happy, plus he warmed up well to them. Sabrina was attentive and cared for Turbo like he was her own dog. We got plenty of pictures and video updates as well. Overall a very good experience and Turbo had a good vacation of his own!
