“We had Vicky watch our cat for four weeks and we knew we left her in good hands! Vicky was communicative, attentive to our needs and wonderful to deal with. Our cat has a lot of medical issues, and Vicky was able to handle all of the medications with ease. Very professional and we will definitely use her again when we go on vacation or just a quick weekend away. She was amazing and I can not recommend her enough!!”

“Carrie has looked after our two cats multiple times, most recently while we were on a two week trip. She went above and beyond to care for our cats while we were gone. I’m not sure who loves her more - us or our cats! I highly recommend her.”

About: I have been dog walking for 2 and a half years now, my first year and a half spent on Rover and the last off, but I'm back! I have learnt to handle dogs of all sizes and personalities, as well as finding a love for helping ease the stress pet owners may face in regards to finding care for their pet. I was briefly enrolled in a veterinary technician program, and learnt a lot about animal behavior and became Fear Free certified! Though college was not a fit for me, I wish to continue working with animals and helping out where I can❤️ If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out! Please check my calendar as I will try to always update which days I am unavailable. WALKS: currently available all days/times STAYS: currently available all days/times though the further out the booking is, it may change my availability as I am in the process of looking for a full time job Your pets happiness and safety is my upmost priority. I would love as much information from you as possible about them so that I can take care of them accordingly. If your pet is high energy, I can play with them until they're tired, and if they're more calm, I can just hang out with them and give them lots of love and attention! I always bring treats with me, so please inform me if your pet has any dietary allergies and I will try to accommodate if possible! Unfortunately I am not able to walk dogs over 70-80lbs if they are not good on a leash. I LOVE big dogs, but this is only due to me not being strong enough, and I don't want to put myself or the dogs in unsafe situations if I do not have the strength to control them. I am also not a fan of using slip leads, as I don't feel they are super safe for most dogs. I have my own clip leash that I may bring if that is the case, so please let me know if that is needed/okay❤️
About: IG: Lady.rav | FB: Raveen walks dogs - Halton & Area Dogs are my happy place — I’ve always felt at home around them. I’ve owned four German Shepherds, all rescues, and have done a mix of personal and professional training with them (including one with dog aggression). Those experiences taught me how to understand dogs deeply, from their body language to the way they respond to human energy. I’m active, love hiking, and think everything is more fun with a four‑legged friend beside me. Dogs usually settle quickly around me and feel comfortable, which makes walks, playtime, and downtime easy and enjoyable. Whether your pup needs exercise, company, or calm structure, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, understood, and loved. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m currently building my consulting business, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility during the week to focus on caring for furry loved ones. On weekends, I volunteer helping abuse survivors move into safe housing during the day, so my evenings remain open and available for walks, drop‑ins, and overnight care. My schedule allows me to be consistently present, reliable, and attentive to each dog’s needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your routines closely so your dog feels safe and comfortable. I’m respectful of your space, keep things tidy, and pay close attention to your pet’s body language and needs. I double‑check doors, gates, and safety details, and keep communication open so you always know how your pup is doing. My goal is a calm, secure environment where your dog can relax and you can feel confident while you’re away.

“Hailey is hands down THE BEST!! She took the absolute best care of our cat for a week while we were away. We 200% recommend Hailey for the care of your animals. We are already rebooking Hailey for our next trip.”

About: We’ve cared for different pets since we were very young, and we’re comfortable handling all kinds of dogs. A lifelong experience observing canine body language helps me understand their needs quickly. We also know how to work with both high-energy puppies and calm, senior dogs. We believe in the importance of daily walks and exercise to keep them balanced, reduce stress, and support their overall well-being. We can take care of dogs during the week, as long as they’re used to being alone since we have a hybrid work schedule. Weekends are also open for me, which means we can spend extra time having fun with them and making sure they’re well cared for. We care for pets in my own home, where we offer a calm and safe environment. We have a small patio where they can relax, and we make sure they always feel comfortable. We also love taking them out for walks or playing with them to keep them happy and engaged.

About: What sets me apart is that I work from home, so dogs get consistent attention, supervision, and regular walks throughout the day. I take dogs out about every three hours to help keep them active, comfortable, and accident-free. I have lived with and trained dogs for most of my life, and I enjoy caring for dogs with different needs, personalities, and energy levels. Whether your dog is playful, shy, or needs a steady routine, I focus on creating a safe and positive experience. I have an 8-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix who is friendly with other dogs, and my home in Milton is puppy-proofed for safety. We can’t thank enough for the love, care and kindness Erin showed towards my cat Leo. Even though Leo is very shy, she tried her best to give him company and make him comfortable. She took real good care of his food, water, litter and treats. Will definitely recommend

She is always responsible and accommodating to our cats’ needs and wants. She’s very responsive whenever we message her. I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks!

Raveen is Reliable and dependable! Our pup was well cared for during the drop-in visit. He was fed on schedule and got a nice bathroom break. Raveen also kept updating me through out! We felt confident leaving our dog in such capable hands. Highly recommended! Thank you Raveen!!
Caro-Lynne did an excellent job dropping in to my house to take care of my cat. She fed him, replenished his water, scooped his litter box, gave him treats and interacted with him. I'm completely happy with her services. She was easy to contact and send messages and pictures about how my cat was doing when she came over. Highly recommend Caro-Lynne.

We had an amazing experience with Cyntia! She took excellent care of Coco and Pixie while I was away for vacation. She followed all instructions perfectly, kept me updated, and made sure they were happy and comfortable. She even set up her cameras (with my permission) so she could check on them anytime, when am away busy, which gave me so much peace of mind. I will definitely always work with her in the future. Highly recommend Cyntia to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter! Thank you dear Cyntia!

You can coordinate how much supervision you want directly with your sitter. While every sitter’s schedule varies, here are some examples of supervision by pet care service:
- Boarding or doggy day care: Many sitters can provide frequent companionship because they design their day specifically around the pets in their care or work from home.
- House sitting: Your sitter generally stays in your home for the requested duration, which may include overnight care. They may step out briefly to visit other pet clients, but your home remains their primary base.
- Drop-in visits or dog walking: These can be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute windows (and can be shorter or longer at your request) to help your pet receive dedicated attention and care during those specific times.
Interested in constant or 24/7 care? This service often incurs an additional fee but many sitters are happy to discuss this option with you.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Milton choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a veterinary professional or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
