I’ve lived with cats nearly my entire life, bunnies for a fun/hectic 5 years or so and dogs for a short while in my earlier years, I love dogs so very much and have always had a certain affinity with them. I’ve grown up around a handful of dogs and also assisted a friend with her pet care business in my old town caring for dogs and cats alike. About 8 years ago I assisted a homeless momma cat and her 5 kittens that were found in my back shed. I helped them get back to good health and find safe housing through an animal fostering system. They’re pictured in my photos 💜 While living in my old town I also gained a friend who runs a farm animal sanctuary and volunteered there when I was able! I do have a shoulder injury preventing me from much heavy lifting - or in this case - walking active larger dogs, I’m good with the slow oldies 🥰 - additionally, I was rear ended earlier this year losing my vehicle and have sustained some low back injuries so I will unfortunately be unable to assist anyone that is not relatively accessible from town transit for cats and dogs alike but especially dog walking.

I’m very adaptable to new environments and am able to follow written instruction with ease. If you would like extra photos of your babies while you’re away please let me know and I’ll be happy to do so :)

Meaghan was fantastic taking care of our cat Wesley while we were away. He is normally very shy and he was out of his shell after the first visit— she even managed to trim his nails! She was so response and went the extra money to even feed our axolotl.
I cannot express how amazing Meaghan was with our babies!! We were gone for 2 weeks, and she was just sooo amazing with them! She did an initial meet and greet before we left, and both our cats warmed up to her so fast! Our older cat, Kiki is SOOO picky with anyone she meets, but she warmed up to Meaghan so fast. We couldn't ask for more from her, she really went above and beyond. Meaghan was kind enough to also water our plants, and tidy up. The pictures she took and updates she gave us, made us so at ease! We appreciate you so much Meaghan, and thank you so much!! 5 stars really isn't enough!!

We had an amazing experience with Meaghan! She was highly professional and always arrived on time for our dog's walks. She took great photos and gave excellent updates about his walks as well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again!
Meaghan was extremely attentive to my fur baby Willow! When I returned home, my place was spotless and Willow was very happy. Meaghan maintained communication and sent me many photos while doing her drop in visits. I would definitely book Meaghan again in the future. Thank you!

Schedule
I curate my own schedule on a monthly basis though I’m often able to shift things around if need be. I’m available weekdays and weekends and most times of day. Happy to discuss a discount for multiple visits.
