About: Hey there! I’m here to help you with all your pet care needs! I am a true animal lover, I have a dog of my own named Aria who is literally my world alongside my son. Growing up I had my family dog, Sushi, and my two cats, Bella and Sylvester. I have been caring for animals since I was very young and it truly is one of my passions. I have been dog walking for about 10 years now. It started out just walking a couple friends dogs and now I am on Rover. I am a nursing student in a hybrid program. I am at home most of the time, I have a dog myself so I am home most of the time caring to her and my young child! I ensure that all dogs/cats get the privacy or walks that they need. Every animal is different and I adjust my care to each animals needs. We take every safety precaution and since I have a dog, it’s always strongly recommended we do a meet and greet before hand to ensure everyone gets along!

About: I've always had a soft spot for all creatures under the sun, and being able to care for a pet, be it mine or someone else's always brings me great joy. I owned a cat for over 17 years (and a hamster and 2 rats in college), I currently have one cat at home and have done drop in visits most of my life to help care for all sorts of pets, from fish, lizards, rabbits, cats, and dogs. I have experience as a live in pet sitter, and while I can't bring pets to my house due to my own little territorial fluff ball, I'm just as happy to care for your pets as though they are my own. As an actor, work isn't always easy to come by, and with my flexible availability and empathetic heart, I think I would make a great companion for your pets when you can't physically be with them. I work in the entertainment industry which can be feast or famine, so I am looking for supplemental income for the foreseeable future! About: We are a family of four: Kristen, Jeff, Vaeda (born May 2025) and Maggi (mini schnauzer rescue). We have a welcoming and fun home & go on hikes often. Maggi is a big scaredy-cat when it comes to humans, but loves to meet new fur friends and can’t wait to meet yours! Your pup will have a friend in her for sure! We are happy to accommodate your pups needs and are excited to get to know their quirks! Our Daughter, Vaeda is also excited to meet your pup, though she’s much to small to play just yet! We keep her and pups at a safe distance always. I (Kristen) work from home most days (1-2 days in office), so your fur baby won’t be left alone for long most days. We are usually home on weekends and tend to go hiking when possible in the area. If your pup loves to walk, we love to bring them along! We usually feed our pup in the mornings and give treats in the evenings when training (Maggi is a work in progress, we love training her new commands)! My husband (Jeff) takes the dog on morning walks, while I (Kristen) take her out after work around 5/6pm. Walks are usually 30 mins to 1 hour in length around the neighbourhood or a nearby park. Whenever possible we are outside on our back deck and Maggi joins us when she’s interested in company. Maggi is a lovely pup and she plays well with other dogs!

(There is also a private wooded trail that runs through my property) I have a Welsh pony named Stormy, of which your dog(s) will have no contact for safety reasons, but she is very friendly. In teenage years dog walking and house sitting for teachers and family members to adulthood caring for friends animals and friends of friends who have referred me. I have done house sitting, dog walking, pet visits for potty breaks and check ins. I am also able to take care of smaller animals and cats if you are not a dog owner but have other furry friends who need tending to. I am self employed and also homeschool my children so am available at all hours to drop in, dog walk and help where I am needed in caring for your pets. I am able to come to your home to take your dog for a walk, let them out or check on them as needed. I can walk your neighbourhood or take them for a longer walk in nearby walking trails or hikes. I am able to provide them with treats, water and the necessities of while out on walks. I am able to go to your home to spend time with them and play with them if needed instead of a walk if preferred at times. For cats and other animals I am able to stop in to provide food, clean litters, attend to cages or whatever else they may need.

About: I have had cats since I was 2 years old. I have 2 dachshunds that are the center of my world. Various pets growing up: bunny, hamsters and fish. I walked dogs in my neighborhood as a child and teen. I am a teacher and I love all animals. I teach at a school in Shelburne. Most days I have two 40 minute lunch breaks where I could walk/take care of pets I have one day off every week (mostly Fridays some Mondays) and I am off all summer . I am also available after school and into the evening. I am available most weekends. I have a fenced in yard. I always ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable. I adapt to your pets needs (shorter/longer walks depending on heat/cold/age/endurance etc.). I love to run and be active and walk around Island Lake.
