We have recently used Emily for dog walking service and her punctuality, polite demeanour and dress are more than satisfactory. Our dog is a Bassett Hound which is known for their characteristic stubbornness with new people, Emily was very understanding and we managed to work around Daisy and her ways that we love and hate at the same time. Emily is great.

Catherine was absolutely lovely and so patient with our big timid pup! We had a meet and greet and she allowed baine to take his time and get to know her. She respected his boundaries and by the end he warmed up to her really well! We did decide to go with another walker off the app but highly recommend Catherine 😊

About: I've been caring for animals and pets (dogs, cats, parrots, raccoons, monkeys, fish and hamsters) since I was a child. I am a legal advocate for pets and the wildlife. I also have experience with diabetic cats. I know how to check for glucose levels and how to inject insulin. Pet care is intertwined with my daily life. I work part time in caring for pets, and advocating for them. It is my passion and life fulfillment. My approach is built on a foundation of respect for your individual care philosophy. I understand that every owner has their own routines, rules, and unique bond with their pet, and I prioritize adhering to your specific guidelines above all, as long as they are reasonable and on par to my fee. Within that framework, my care is dedicated to providing a complete experience of well-being: ensuring safety and security, offering companionship, facilitating outdoor adventures, and meticulously following all dietary and hydration instructions. It is important for clients to understand that my service fee reflects a companionship model. The care I provide is centered on creating a calm, loving, and attentive presence for your pet—much like you would if you were home relaxing with them. True companionship is about shared, peaceful time; this may mean lounging next to your pet while I read a book or quietly scroll on my phone. This is not pet entertainment service, high-energy exercise bootcamp or a professional training or physiotherapy service. While pets receive appropriate engagement and outdoor time, the fundamental value is in professional oversight and companionship within a secure, low-stress environment. Please note that requests which require a bespoke, meticulous, or over-the-top standard of engagement beyond this companionship model will necessitate an additional gratuity, which will be mandatory and it can be negotiated.

About: My husband and I both love animals. We have a 11 year old pug named Maisey who loves dogs as well. We also have a 7 year old daughter who is a huge animal lover like ourselves. We have a big home and will treat your animals like our own. Dogs are allowed on furniture and get lots of walks and play time. We also have 3 cats. Luna, Arlo and Felix. All our animals are friendly. I work part time a couple of days a week. I'm gone at most for 3 hours. My husband works nights so he is home during the day sleeping. We have a fenced yard with lots of space. We allow dogs in our beds if this is something your dog needs to feel comfortable at night. I will send photos often if this is something that you would like to feel more comfortable as well :)

Ryan has been a great help with the pups! They live at a retirement home in the community with my father and the staff are often pulled away to attend to residence and not able to keep to the walk schedule. Ryan has been super helpful with stepping in on short notice and making sure the pups get in their walks!

About: I offer personalized, one-on-one care that treats your pet like family — not just a client. What sets me apart is my attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to keeping your pet happy, active, and safe. I specialize in solo walks, drop-ins, and quality time, so your dog gets 100% of my focus every visit. I’ve worked with everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a slower pace and extra care. Whether it's leash training, medication administration, or just being a steady presence when you’re away, I'm here to give your pet a calm, trustworthy experience. You’ll get real-time updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands — rain, shine, or snow. Pet care is a priority in my daily routine — not just something I squeeze in. I keep a flexible schedule that allows me to offer morning, midday, and evening walks or visits, including weekends and holidays. Whether you're working long hours, away for a few days, or just need consistent support, I make sure your pet’s care fits seamlessly into their normal routine — and mine. Because I work for myself, I can give your pet focused, dependable attention without rushing. Your pet gets a calm, consistent caregiver every time. In your home, I’m mindful of keeping doors locked, gates closed, and your pet’s environment clean and stress-free. I never cut corners and always keep a close eye on how your pet is feeling physically and emotionally. I’m calm under pressure, attentive to signs of stress or illness, and always put your pet’s well-being first. You’ll get updates and photos so you always know they’re happy, safe, and loved.

About: I am a 23 year old business owner with over 10 years experience caring for animals of all kinds. I first started by looking after my grandparents' four German Shepards starting at age 12, and since then I've cared for many friends and neighbours pets - including dogs of all sizes and breeds, cats, bunnies, and even reptiles! Alongside pet-care, I also have extensive experience with house-sitting and babysitting for multiple families over the years. This has included housekeeping, garbage and utility management, general home upkeep, and consistent home security. I'd love to connect and support you, your pets, and your home in anyway I can! Looking forward to chatting! Earlier this year, I opened my own landscaping business after working in the industry for over six years. As the season winds down, I’m excited to return to a few things I genuinely enjoy—like pet and house sitting. My business grew enough this year that I now have a small team, which means I’ll still be able to continue offering Rover services full-time even once the landscaping season begins again. I also work as a snowboard instructor on Saturdays from 7am–3pm, which is the only time I’m unavailable. Outside of that, most of my design work is done remotely, giving me plenty of flexibility. I’m genuinely excited to help keep your pets happy and your home well-cared for, no matter the season! I think one of the most important morals - and something I always stand by - is being dedicated to caring for your pets and home with the same attention I give to my own. At the same time, I believe your pets and home deserve the same respect and love you would show them yourself - almost as if you never left! When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize maintaining the routines they know best - feeding schedules, walk times, bedtime habits, and all the little things that make them feel secure. I make sure their environment stays safe, clean, and stress-free, always keeping doors, gates, and personal items exactly as you left them. I also send consistent updates so you’re always aware of how things are going. When pets stay in my home, I ensure the environment is just as safe and structured. I make space for their belongings, maintain their routines, and keep a calm, pet-friendly atmosphere. I pay close attention to comfort, cleanliness, and supervision so they feel welcomed and at ease in a new space. These beliefs guide everything I do. Building trust with both my clients and their pets is always the first step toward creating a safe, comfortable, and positive experience. I want you to feel completely confident that your space and your animals are in reliable hands.

About: Whether your big dog needs to burn some energy on a long walk, or your little furry friend needs a quick trip outside and some couch cuddles. I’m here to help! I grew up around dogs. Over the years my family has had Cocker Spaniels, Chocolate Labs, Weimaraners, and even a Great Dane! Seven years ago I adopted a Mini Dachshund full of love, and stubbornness, who taught me the importance of proper training! Last year when she suffered an IVDD set back. I learnt about a whole new level of care, from bladder expression to wheelchair use. I’m ready to do whatever it takes to keep your dogs happy and healthy! I work as a freelance writer, so have an amazingly flexible schedule that will allow me to find the perfect time to come hag out with your pet! Primarily looking to come drop in or take your dog for a walk in your neighbourhood. But I do I live on a large farm with over a km of walking trails if you want me to pick them up and take them on a outdoor adventure! I have a special needs dog, but if your dogs temperament is the right fit. I’d be happy to have them in my home for day care or overnights.
