“Every single interaction with Warren and Angelika is amazing. My puppy gets excited when we’re going down there, and is practically leaping out of my arms at the door. She comes home happy and tired. I’m pretty sure the days she doesn’t go, she’s judging me for not being as fun at Warren’s. :) I feel genuinely blessed to have found Warren. I feel totally sure that she’s being treated well, and have no anxiety at all. That’s worth more than gold!”

“We used Rover for the first time, and are so thankful we came across,Shraddha. She was fantastic. We were so nervous leaving our puppy for the first time ,and Shraddha made it such a wonderful experience. We received updates, pictures and even a video. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.”

“Great experience! Easy drop off and pick up, they were very flexible and great communication with our 15 week old puppy! He was exhausted he slept the whole ride home. Would use again and very happy!”

About: Lifelong Animal Lover With 10+ Years Vet Experience 🐾 Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Bailey, and I offer in-home pet boarding, daycare, and care for small to medium dogs, cats, and small animals. My pricing is set at what I believe is a fair reflection of my experience in the veterinary industry, the quality of care I provide, and the time dedicated to your pet. At the same time, I work hard to keep my services affordable because I understand firsthand how expensive being a pet parent can be. My goal is to provide trusted, professional care without adding financial stress. I’ve worked in the veterinary field for over 10 years, and I now work from home for a pet microchip company—meaning I’m available, attentive, and trained to notice even the smallest changes in your pet’s behavior or health. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I share my home with two friendly chihuahuas, two bunnies, and 3 pet rats, all of whom are used to meeting new animals and do great with visitors. I also have a gentle, animal-loving 7-year-old who has grown up around pets and understands how to treat them with care and respect. Animals have been my passion since childhood, and I love creating a calm, fun, and secure environment where your pet can feel like part of the family. Whether your pet needs cuddles, playtime, supervision, or just a quiet place to relax, I’m here to make their stay safe and enjoyable. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out—I’d love to meet you and your furry (or fluffy!) family member! I currently work from home for a pet microchip company—so I’m home and available all day. Since the company is very pet-friendly, they’re incredibly accommodating when it comes to things like background noise, potty breaks, or anything else your pet may need. Plus, my own 2 dogs are home with me all day and would love to play with your pet! When your pet is in my home, they’ll be treated just like my own! They have full access to the couch and all areas of my pet-friendly two-bedroom apartment. You’re welcome to bring any personal items—beds, blankets, toys, or anything that helps your pet feel more at home—but we also have plenty of toys and treats here for them to enjoy. My two dogs use pee pads during the winter months, but I’m absolutely able to take your dog out for walks if that’s part of their routine. If your pet is also pee-pad trained, that works perfectly for us.
“Allison and Scott are the best :) They watched our pup for daycare and he had the best time. We had to extend his stay because we were running behind and they had no issues at all and are such friendly people. Thanks again!”

“Our dog was very happy and calm when we picked him up. Amanda was accommodating our last minute need for a dog sitter. Her property was perfect, took Walter on a long walk. Would definitely leave my dog with her again.”

About: I retired in 2020 and returned to college to receive my Registered Veterinary Technician diploma in 2023. I have been a foster parent to hundreds of animals over my lifetime, specializing in animals who require medication and specialized medical care. I am retired and available to watch your pet at any time. Last minute and longer term care remains an option. I do travel on occasion but this would be communicated with plenty of notice. I have just moved to the Fergus area and reside in a park-setting which has a fenced leash free area on site. There is a lake should your pup like the water! I can accommodate crate trained animals however my general thinking is that your pet would be like my own were, snuggling on the bed or couch. I realize how important consistency and routine is to your pets wellbeing and would ensure that your routines are followed should I be staying at your home.
“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jean. She treats our pup, Jolene, like part of her own family and consistently goes above and beyond for us. Jean is incredibly flexible with scheduling and always puts the safety and well-being of the dogs first. Jolene comes home from her time with Jean happy, fulfilled, and clearly well cared for. Jean does an amazing job balancing all of Jolene’s needs while making sure she feels loved and comfortable during both daycare and overnight stays. She truly is the best pet sitter anyone could ask for!”

About: I love animals and will make sure your dog will be loved more than anything else. Being a pet owner myself I understand the worries of leaving your pet in the care of someone else. I would like to put your mind at ease and give your pet the best experience possible. I work from home and have a small multipoo that will be a wonderful host to your pet. I have time for frequent potty breaks and 2 long walks per day, can do more if required. Pets are allowed to sleep on the furniture and on the bed if that is what they are used to. I only take one dog at a time and you will get plenty of pictures and videos during their stay. “Fabulous experience! Santanna is absolutely wonderful and so welcoming. This was our 5 month old puppies first experience and she fit right in with the other dogs and animals. “Samantha her husband and the entire family were very friendly and welcoming to Tiko, Lili her dog as well. She was very accommodating to a change of time to pick up... which in the end was not needed.. I will recommend her and Lili her dog as great friends. Thank you so much for your kindness.”

“Cari takes great care of our Willow. She gets some nice long walks (which are wonderful) and comes home happy and tired. She loves it at Cari's and can hardly contain herself when we pull into the driveway. Excellent care for both doggie daycare and boarding. Love! ❤️”

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Orangeville commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in ON ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines such as the DHPP or DA2PP, Rabies, and Bordetella.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. On Rover:
- 73% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 88% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
