About: I have owned dogs for over 30 years and am a true dog lover. Being retired allows me to provide full-time, attentive care, patience, and companionship for every dog. I am retired and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be fully devoted to your dog’s care. Pet care easily fits into my daily routine, with plenty of time for walks, companionship, play, and attention throughout the day. I provide daily walks, plenty of playtime, scratches, belly rubs, and constant attention. Your dog will receive lots of love, companionship, and calm, full-time care in a safe, comfortable environment.

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve raised puppies and, most recently, provided dedicated senior care for my beloved dog until she passed away in May. My home has very few stairs, a beautiful fenced in yard, and everything your dog needs for a comfortable stay. Whether your dog is energetic or enjoys a slower pace, I’ll treat them with the same love, care, and attention I’d want for my own. I’m also happy to send you photos and do FaceTime calls if that’s something you would like :) I’m currently a graduate student who is not working so I have a lot of availability and flexibility. I will treat your dog with the same love and care that I treated mine with. I have a beautiful, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely run and play. There are only a few steps to enter the house, and if your dog has mobility challenges, I’m happy to carry them if needed. Your dog will be treated like family and will enjoy the same love and freedom my own dog did, whether that’s curling up on the couch, relaxing in a cozy spot, or simply being wherever they’re happiest. I also have an 9 year old daughter who absolutely adores dogs and loves spending time with them. Since the company is very pet-friendly, they’re incredibly accommodating when it comes to things like background noise, potty breaks, or anything else your pet may need. Plus, my own 2 dogs are home with me all day and would love to play with your pet! When your pet is in my home, they’ll be treated just like my own! They have full access to the couch and all areas of my pet-friendly two-bedroom apartment. You’re welcome to bring any personal items—beds, blankets, toys, or anything that helps your pet feel more at home—but we also have plenty of toys and treats here for them to enjoy. My two dogs use pee pads during the winter months, but I’m absolutely able to take your dog out for walks if that’s part of their routine. If your pet is also pee-pad trained, that works perfectly for us.

I have been a foster parent to hundreds of animals over my lifetime, specializing in animals who require medication and specialized medical care. I am retired and available to watch your pet at any time. Last minute and longer term care remains an option. I do travel on occasion but this would be communicated with plenty of notice. I have just moved to the Fergus area and reside in a park-setting which has a fenced leash free area on site. There is a lake should your pup like the water! I can accommodate crate trained animals however my general thinking is that your pet would be like my own were, snuggling on the bed or couch. I realize how important consistency and routine is to your pets wellbeing and would ensure that your routines are followed should I be staying at your home.

About: I love and adore animals. I have two cockapoos. One is 11 years old and one is almost 3! One day, I like to own a sanctuary and rescue animals that are in need. I am loving and caring and treat all animals like family. I work from home, so have the ability to provide frequent potty breaks, if need be, and I take mini breaks to play with my doggies. Fetch, a short walk, tricks or treats and lots of cuddles - not because it's for them, it is actually for me to get some comforting cuddles! ;) Anway, give me a try and you can judge for yourself or the fur babies can! Prior to accepting to dog board/dog sit/dog walk, I/we like to do a meet and greet, just to ensure that our lovely pets can get along, as we would hate to cause any unwanted harm for either pets. I am communicative, and will keep you in the loop during your time away. Every parent is different, and every pet is different, so I will ensure to care for your pet with the needs he/she each requires, and not to mention, lots of photos! You will feel comfortable and worry free when your pet is with me! *I care for the dogs based on your special instructions, respect the dog's boundaires and what it is acceptable". I work from home. Can care for your pet doggy during the day, evening or overnight if need be. Just need ample notice, as per my request. Pets roam free in our own. They are only restricted or limited depending on the instructions given by the owner. Transparency and communication is key.
