About: Lifelong Animal Lover With 10+ Years Vet Experience 🐾 Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Bailey, and I offer in-home pet boarding, daycare, and care for small to medium dogs, cats, and small animals. My pricing is set at what I believe is a fair reflection of my experience in the veterinary industry, the quality of care I provide, and the time dedicated to your pet. At the same time, I work hard to keep my services affordable because I understand firsthand how expensive being a pet parent can be. My goal is to provide trusted, professional care without adding financial stress. I’ve worked in the veterinary field for over 10 years, and I now work from home for a pet microchip company—meaning I’m available, attentive, and trained to notice even the smallest changes in your pet’s behavior or health. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I share my home with two friendly chihuahuas, two bunnies, and 3 pet rats, all of whom are used to meeting new animals and do great with visitors. I also have a gentle, animal-loving 7-year-old who has grown up around pets and understands how to treat them with care and respect. Animals have been my passion since childhood, and I love creating a calm, fun, and secure environment where your pet can feel like part of the family. Whether your pet needs cuddles, playtime, supervision, or just a quiet place to relax, I’m here to make their stay safe and enjoyable. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out—I’d love to meet you and your furry (or fluffy!) family member! I currently work from home for a pet microchip company—so I’m home and available all day. Since the company is very pet-friendly, they’re incredibly accommodating when it comes to things like background noise, potty breaks, or anything else your pet may need. Plus, my own 2 dogs are home with me all day and would love to play with your pet! When your pet is in my home, they’ll be treated just like my own! They have full access to the couch and all areas of my pet-friendly two-bedroom apartment. You’re welcome to bring any personal items—beds, blankets, toys, or anything that helps your pet feel more at home—but we also have plenty of toys and treats here for them to enjoy. My two dogs use pee pads during the winter months, but I’m absolutely able to take your dog out for walks if that’s part of their routine. If your pet is also pee-pad trained, that works perfectly for us.
“Isabella and Mark are incredible! They recently watched my dog, Fenway, and the entire experience was seamless and positive. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thank you, Isabella and Mark!”

Stephanie updated me daily, asked questions when needed, and sent lots of adorable photos. She responds to messages promptly, which I really appreciate. They are definitely dog lovers, and I would be happy for Roscoe to stay with them again. You can't go wrong with these Stephanie and Brandon!”

About: We are a family of four: Kristen, Jeff, Vaeda (born May 2025) and Maggi (mini schnauzer rescue). We have a welcoming and fun home & go on hikes often. Maggi is a big scaredy-cat when it comes to humans, but loves to meet new fur friends and can’t wait to meet yours! Your pup will have a friend in her for sure! We are happy to accommodate your pups needs and are excited to get to know their quirks! Our Daughter, Vaeda is also excited to meet your pup, though she’s much to small to play just yet! We keep her and pups at a safe distance always. I (Kristen) work from home most days (1-2 days in office), so your fur baby won’t be left alone for long most days. We are usually home on weekends and tend to go hiking when possible in the area. If your pup loves to walk, we love to bring them along! We usually feed our pup in the mornings and give treats in the evenings when training (Maggi is a work in progress, we love training her new commands)! My husband (Jeff) takes the dog on morning walks, while I (Kristen) take her out after work around 5/6pm. Walks are usually 30 mins to 1 hour in length around the neighbourhood or a nearby park. Whenever possible we are outside on our back deck and Maggi joins us when she’s interested in company. Maggi is a lovely pup and she plays well with other dogs!
“Brittany and Daniel along with their daughter were fantastic and a perfect choice to look after our cats while we went on vacation! They gave us regular updates and took pictures on every visit and I can tell they absolutely love pets! Five star on communication as well! I highly recommend them to look after your pets!”

About: I've always had a soft spot for all creatures under the sun, and being able to care for a pet, be it mine or someone else's always brings me great joy. I owned a cat for over 17 years (and a hamster and 2 rats in college), I currently have one cat at home and have done drop in visits most of my life to help care for all sorts of pets, from fish, lizards, rabbits, cats, and dogs. I have experience as a live in pet sitter, and while I can't bring pets to my house due to my own little territorial fluff ball, I'm just as happy to care for your pets as though they are my own. As an actor, work isn't always easy to come by, and with my flexible availability and empathetic heart, I think I would make a great companion for your pets when you can't physically be with them. I work in the entertainment industry which can be feast or famine, so I am looking for supplemental income for the foreseeable future! Lots of availability right now :) The care I provide is always based on the needs of the pets! Whether it is my utmost attention or just a nearby presence during naps, making your pet happy and comfortable is always my priority!
About: We have had our furry cat friend for over 8 years now. So about 5 years ago we decided to add our furry dog friend to our family. We have watched family's dogs a few times over night here and there. We're looking forward to meeting new friends! We have a cat who is a little older, so your furry friend must be able to get along with cats. We also have our wonderful, furry dog friend who is about 8 years old now. He can be shy to meet other friends as first but he is very friendly and excited to meet new friends! My husband and I currently work full-time. So we wouldn't be able to host dog or cat friends during the week unless it's summer or holidays when I am off of work. Most weekends are open for us, after 4 pm fridays. We have a very large backyard which is fenced in. We also have an 8 year old daughter who is very helpful when taking care of our pets. She is also very playful with our furry friends as well. Your furry friends must be able to get along with our cat and our dog. Our dog Juno some times has some times when he can be quiet anxious so we are pretty familiar with anxious pets.

I walked dogs in my neighborhood as a child and teen. I am a teacher and I love all animals. I teach at a school in Shelburne. Most days I have two 40 minute lunch breaks where I could walk/take care of pets I have one day off every week (mostly Fridays some Mondays) and I am off all summer . I am also available after school and into the evening. I am available most weekends. I have a fenced in yard. I always ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable. About: I’ve cared for dogs for friends and family and am comfortable with daily walks, feeding routines, and basic care. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on keeping dogs safe, happy, and active. I follow instructions carefully and always make sure each dog gets the attention and exercise they need. I have a flexible daily routine that allows me to schedule walks and drop-in visits throughout the day. I make sure each pet gets my full attention, and I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet different needs, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I provide a safe and structured environment with a fully fenced 2-acre yard for supervised play and exercise. I stick to each dog’s routine, including feeding and rest, and make sure they get plenty of attention, activity, and care throughout the day.

About: I know cats aren’t just pets — they’re complex, quirky family members with their own rhythms and personalities. I take the time to get to know each cat's comfort zone, whether they’re a snuggly lap-lover or an independent observer who just needs a tidy litter box and quiet respect. I’m confident with cats of all ages, from playful kittens to older cats needing extra care. I’ve administered oral medication, handled special diets, and I’m that person who genuinely doesn’t mind deep-cleaning litter boxes — I actually think details like that matter. I always provide clean bowls, fresh water, spotless litter, and calm companionship while you're away — plus updates and photos, so you never feel too far from your fur baby.
About: Growing up we constantly had many different pets. May it be cats, dogs, birds or even fish. I love animals and the joy they bring, so as soon as I got my license I started a successful pet sitting business back home. Now that I have moved to Port Hope, I am looking to start back providing care and assistance to my fellow neighbors and their beloved animals. I am extremely patient and kind. I love all animals and if I am not familiar with a particular care process, I am happy to learn. I look forward to being able to provide my services to anyone who needs it. I do currently work 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday but my work is on a hybrid model and I live close to work. I am willing to come and help before work, after work and even on my lunch breaks if needed. My weekends are very open and flexible as well. I currently rent and have 2 cats, so taking care of your pet in my home is possible but restricted. While taking care of pets in their home. I will abide by all house rules. I will visit your home and provide a minimum of 3 walks a day for drop ins, if I am housesitting then more care will be provided. I will also brush your pets and if you wish more grooming services, this can always be discussed.

“We have recently used Emily for dog walking service and her punctuality, polite demeanour and dress are more than satisfactory. Emily is great.”

On the day of she reconfirmed the booking, showed up on time, went for a very nice long walk with our dog and made sure everything was closed and locked on her way out. “Ryan has been a great help with the pups! They live at a retirement home in the community with my father and the staff are often pulled away to attend to residence and not able to keep to the walk schedule. Ryan has been super helpful with stepping in on short notice and making sure the pups get in their walks!”

“Alice was a hit with my dog right away. He is usually fearful of new people but he warmed up to her right away. I was worried about leaving but now that I know Alice is going to come and hang with him I feel better already.”

About: I retired in 2020 and returned to college to receive my Registered Veterinary Technician diploma in 2023. I have been a foster parent to hundreds of animals over my lifetime, specializing in animals who require medication and specialized medical care. I am retired and available to watch your pet at any time. Last minute and longer term care remains an option. I do travel on occasion but this would be communicated with plenty of notice. I have just moved to the Fergus area and reside in a park-setting which has a fenced leash free area on site. There is a lake should your pup like the water! I can accommodate crate trained animals however my general thinking is that your pet would be like my own were, snuggling on the bed or couch. I realize how important consistency and routine is to your pets wellbeing and would ensure that your routines are followed should I be staying at your home.
“Our dog Odin has never been happier at a kennel than he was staying here. He loved all the exercise and running around and he loved getting to stay inside the house and feel like part of the family. Santanna was great with providing regular updates and sending pictures of Odin during his stay. I highly recommend Santanna and her services. Your pet will be safe and cared for like they are at home.”

They took such amazing care of him and were wonderful about sending updates and photos to show me how he was adjusting and having fun. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thank you, Isabella and Mark!”

“Stephanie and Brandon are amazing! Roscoe had a great time during his visit. He stayed with them for a whole week and I was confident he was receiving great care the whole time.

About: I 've been a dog owner for most of my life, growing up with family pets and later caring for dogs of my own. Spending time on a farm has also given me hands-on experience with a variety of animals, including dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Before our current dog, we had a rescue for about 8 years, so I understand the patience and care needed for dogs with anxiety or fearfulness. Creating a calm, safe, and reassuring environment is something I take seriously. I genuinely love helping other pet owners feel confident that their dogs are well cared for when they can't be home - whether that means providing a comfortable place to stay or getting them out for a fun, energizing walk during the day. I understand how stressful it can be to leave pets at home during the work day or when you go on vacation. I enjoy staying active and love walking or running with dogs, so your pup can get as much exercise and attention as they need. Our current dog is very friendly, used to having other dogs around, and would be thrilled to have a playmate. I work from home 3 out of 5 days a week but my schedule is flexible. Our dog is accustomed to being fed morning and night and is happy to be walked any time of the day or to roam our property. My yard is not fenced but we live on acreage so our dog tends to roam freely. For dogs who may not do well roaming we can use a leash or a rope to keep them safe. Happy to cater to pets needs to create a safe and happy environment in our home or theirs.
“Cari and her family took great care of Willow for her first weekend stay! Cari kept us up to date on Willow's adventures and sent us pictures and updates on how she was as a guest. Willow got lots of walks in the park, snuggles and kept everyone laughing with her zoomies in the yard. We are very happy with Cari's care and will for sure have Willow stay another time. Thank You!”

“I could give 6 stars if i could. Maricel took care of our furr baby Scooby while we were gone for a week and trust me I felt Scooby was safe and well taken care of and we were able to enjoy our trip while Scooby enjoyed his little staycation with her. Thank you Maricel for taking such good care of Scooby. He will definitely come back in future.”

“Milos first time at boarding went very well thanks to Angela. I felt as ease knowing he was doing well and had frequent updates which was appreciated. Will definitely book again soon!!”

“Nicolette was great with my 15 month old Portuguese Water Dog. He's a good size active breed so finding someone willing to board him in their home is a bit rare. She was thorough and kind and asked very good questions to get to know us. Kingston had a chance to run around in her backyard prior to the boarding which really helped him get comfortable. My boy doesn't love being alone and is very much a velcro dog. Nicolette provided pictures and updates and when I picked him up he was happy as could be. Thanks Nicolette!”
