“Yingxue is so sweet, and we’re so so happy that my partner and I met her through Rover. She took the best care of our cat Tao while we were vacationing for a week. She sent us so many pics of him everyday, and that helped us feel very reassured! Tao looked very relaxed and well taken care of in the pictures and that meant a lot to us. She went out of the way and left us a cute little Polaroid of her time with him. It’s clear that Yingxue loves cats, and has a way with them! She followed all of our instructions to a t, made sure he was fed, brushed, played with, and given his asthmatic inhaler on time. She kept us posted throughout the week and we really appreciated the ongoing communication. She was also very respectful of our home, made sure the humidifier was running smoothly, left things very neat and clean, and took care of all our plants as well. We had a great experience with Yingxue during our 10 day vacation. She took excellent care of Sprinkle (our cat) as well as our home. She was prompt in communicating with us and sent us tons of pictures, videos, and updates of our cat, which made us feel at ease during our holiday. Sprinkle was given lots of personal attention and love and Yingxue ensured that her routines and care instructions remained the same which greatly helped our cat adjust. She coordinated with us perfectly before the start, throughout the duration of the house sitting, and towards the end, making the whole process smooth. We will definitely be going with Yingxue for future house and cat sitting needs.
Andrew was great with our 6 month energetic mini golden doodle. We felt very comfortable with him in our home and trusted him to be with our dog. I would recommend andrew to anyone who needs help with their family pets and would book him again in the future.
Ezri looked after my dog and my niece’s dog for four days and nights. Neither dog had ever had a stranger look after them. Ezri stayed at my home. We met with her ahead of time to familiarize the dogs. Ezri sent a LOT of text messages, photos and videos of our pups. It was during a heatwave. She made pupcicles and lick mats. She gave longer walks at night, when the pavement was cooler. She bonded well with our pups as by day 2 they were behaving normal in the extreme heat. Ezri is a quiet person who understood our dogs. She did a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to book her again or recommend her to anyone else. Ezri has a quiet authority about her that our pups responded to and respected. Thank you Ezri. When we came home, I couldn’t tell that she had been there for the four days. Very professional!

Vania is amazing! This was our first time booking her for a boarding at our house and she did a wonderful job. Prior to the booking, she came over for a house visit to see the two dogs and a tour of the house. And when we left Vania was able to take the dogs on their walks together, she let them out for frequent bathroom breaks, she played with them, gave the one dog her daily medication, and cuddled them as well! Vania sent us photos and videos throughout the sitting as well which was greatly appreciated! Overall, if you are looking for someone who loves dogs, who has a warm presence and is caring then Vania is the right person to take care of your fur babies! We highly recommend Jaspreet and Sarvesh for caring for your fur babies. We recently took an eight day cruise and they did in-home sitting for our two dogs and one cat. Everything from our initial meeting to departure and eventual return was done to make sure our pets were well cared for and that we had the peace of mind that allowed us to enjoy our time away. They asked for and adhered to details about our pet’s routines and preferences and set up a WhatsApp group to communicate daily, including sending daily updates with photos and videos. It was great to see happy, stress free pets being cared for in their own home. And when our return flight was delayed almost five hours, Jaspreet and Sarvesh stayed the extra time until we returned. We’ll definitely be calling on them again!
Steven & Liza watched my dogs while I was in the UK back in December for 12 days!! I got daily updates, photos, and videos on them which made me enjoy my trip much better. I forgot to give a review when I got back but thankfully I needed someone to watch my dogs again for an event we were attending. We were able to enjoy our time without worrying about the boys and we got regular updates while they were in Steven and Liza's care.
