Dog trainer in progress… I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and dogsonalities, and I truly enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s a relaxed walk or a more energetic run. I’m very comfortable with active dogs (I play basketball myself!), and I always make sure they get both the exercise and attention they need. I also have hands-on experience with pet care beyond the basics, including administering oral medications and helping cats use inhalers for asthma. I understand that every pet has different needs, and I’m always patient, gentle, and detail-oriented when caring for them.

We had a great experience with Yingxue during our 10 day vacation. She took excellent care of Sprinkle (our cat) as well as our home. She was prompt in communicating with us and sent us tons of pictures, videos, and updates of our cat, which made us feel at ease during our holiday. Sprinkle was given lots of personal attention and love and Yingxue ensured that her routines and care instructions remained the same which greatly helped our cat adjust. She coordinated with us perfectly before the start, throughout the duration of the house sitting, and towards the end, making the whole process smooth. We will definitely be going with Yingxue for future house and cat sitting needs.
Yingxue took very good care of my anxious kitty, Genghis, while I was away. She was patient with him, followed his feeding routine, and made sure he got the care he needed. Genghis didn’t end up playing much during the week, but that’s just his personality and wasn’t a concern for me. I am grateful that Yingxue stayed for the full hour each visit instead of just dropping in to do the basics. It was nice knowing Genghis had someone around for a while each day. When I got home, Genghis definitely missed me, but he was healthy, well looked after, and hadn’t been neglected while I was away. Yingxue was reliable and trustworthy throughout the whole booking, and I’d be happy to book with her again 🙂.
Yingxue did such a fantastic job. She even came earlier than requested . We left the whole house overnight with her to take care of my 2 furry babies. She took my little one to sleep with her. I have no doubt that she will always take care of your pet diligently. I hightly recommend her 100% . Thank You
Yingxue did an amazing job taking care of our dog and 3 cats. All but one have health issues & specific needs, and she followed all our instructions and administered medications and an asthma inhaler. Yingxue was very responsive and sent numerous pictures & updates each day which was very reassuring and appreciated. She left our home clean and tidy, and our pets were all relaxed and happy when we got home, which means they were treated well and not stressed. I highly recommend Yingxue and would definitely book her again.
This the second time Yingxue looks after our home and Paco. We really like how Paco loves her and the good care Yingxue takes of him and the house. We are always kept updated of everything. Yingxue is our first option whenever we need the service.
Yingxue is so sweet, and we’re so so happy that my partner and I met her through Rover. She took the best care of our cat Tao while we were vacationing for a week. She sent us so many pics of him everyday, and that helped us feel very reassured! Tao looked very relaxed and well taken care of in the pictures and that meant a lot to us. She went out of the way and left us a cute little Polaroid of her time with him. It’s clear that Yingxue loves cats, and has a way with them! She followed all of our instructions to a t, made sure he was fed, brushed, played with, and given his asthmatic inhaler on time. She kept us posted throughout the week and we really appreciated the ongoing communication. She was also very respectful of our home, made sure the humidifier was running smoothly, left things very neat and clean, and took care of all our plants as well. Do yourself a favour and hire Yingxue!!!! I definitely will again ❤️❤️ very grateful for her!!!

Schedule
I work as a software developer, recently my project needs me to go to office two days a week, usually Monday and Tuesday but it’s negotiable, we can try to work it out together : ) Other days in the week I am pretty flexible and I looking forward to meet you and your furry friend : )

I believe all pets are part of our family, and I treat them with the same love and care. From offering a safe and comfortable environment to giving them attention, affection, and playtime, I make sure they feel happy, secure, and truly at home.
A typical day
I am happy to follow the usual routine, whether that means mealtime at a certain hour, a nice walk, or playtime with a favorite toy. If there is not a set schedule, I will make sure they are fed, have fresh water, get a potty break or litter box clean up, and enjoy some play or affection depending on their personality.
