A little bit about me: I am a 26y/o very outgoing young professional individual living in Mississauga with my parents therefore I can only do boardings for cats and smaller dogs only, sorry. I have a culinary background and my interests/passions include: plant based/vegan lifestyle; all types of important movements like Animal rights, environmental issues, human rights, affordable housing, etc.; health and fitness; horticulture/plants; and being low to zero waste as much as possible. I do have over 10 years of experience taking care of animals on and off (mostly dealt privately and some on rover so that’s why I don’t have many reviews on here). I don't have a companion animal of my own because I'm not financially ready to. But some day I will and of course being a walker/sitter is an amazing way to connect with other people's companion animals and continue to learn about the responsibility of taking care and giving the most love to them. I do have more experience with taking care of animals than on my reviews. In the past I have taken care of my friend's & reoccurring clients' fur babies while they were on a trip for a weekend, week(s), month(s) or even just the day/evening. I've done it all! l would love to take care of your fur babie(s) when they cannot be with you. Either you're at work and they need to get out of their homes for a bit or you have a trip and they need some company I can babysit them, feed, and play with them; making sure they will be spoiled while you're are away! Here are some of my experiences: My first client was when I was 14, I babysat two kids and they had a dog named Denver, he's an Aussie Doodle. Denver was a wild one, full of energy! It took me 30min-1hr to play or walk with him sometimes longer to calm him down before I dealt with the kids when they get home from school. I had house sat for a couple of friends and one friend had a dog named Kona, she is a husky, lab/Pitt mix and she loved humans a lot, but not other dogs or other animals, she'll attack and pull! She had so much energy just like Denver, but she was much stronger, like sometimes if you don't hold on to the leash she'll pull you away. I usually have to walk her and play for more than an hour to get all the energy out of her. Kona was a lot to handle but she's still a sweet heart ❤️ I took care of her and my friend's apartment for about 3 months. Then I took care of 6 kitties and a older age Chihuahua, named Elvis for multiple times while my friend was on a trip. He is so adorable and the kitties too! Had lots of cuddles and I had to make all the food for them. It was very easy, and they love it! Last of all, I used to volunteer at a doggy daycare facility too. (Don't remember the name of the place but it was in Mississauga around Lakeshore) So, I've dealt with all kinds of dogs from big to small, easy to hard, young to old. So long story short, I have a good amount of experience with both cats and dogs of many breeds and difficulties, but mainly dogs.
